My campsite looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was 15 feet from a road with constant traffic the train tracks on the other side of us are so loud. It was horrible ended up getting a hotel room just to get some sleep. I have 2 autistic children had the road or tracks been disclosed prior I would have changed camp grounds. Was very nerve wracking keeping them safe. I felt tricked !

Great Park. Sites are roomy and it’s clean and quiet. Convenient location easy ti get everywhere we needed too. We will stay again.

Nice campground. I'm sure we had a new rv site and it was nice. Lots of dogs packed pretty tight and a fair amount of train noise.

We have stayed here before but this experience was not as enjoyable as previous stays. We were assigned a site in a newly opened expansion of the campground and were informed that the water was no potable. They provided a gallon free. Our site was as near to a very busy railroad line, and as far as possible from onsite restrooms, showers, and laundry. We got very little sleep.

We had an electrical issue at the post and after waving down one of your maintenance and camper escorts he had it fixed within 10 minutes! Impressive

The new area is amazing! The larger dog play area is awesome. The ability to book a spot with your own fenced in area is genius! We love staying here, I came as a kid and now I bring my kids so to see KOA grow is phenomenal. Thank you for always improving!

Worst weekend ever grounds had cigarettes butt's all over an goats that ate our bread..an only got 2 gallons of water ..closed at 5pm...had to go buy water to drink..rained one night an got flooded...not very level...granddaughter went to go get a gaga ball an office was closed...not happy camper here...

So we are sitting outside our RV an 3 goats from nowhere appear an eat our LOAF of bread an took a crap on our rug...YES we told the grounds worker but he said he don't know who's goats thay are an there not Koa's..plus we got 2 jugs of water when we checked in an went back up to get more water to drink an everything we went to office nobody was there...close at 5 pm...??? It was a festival weeken

Our stay was excellent. Our Host(s) were top notch. They were all about customer service and making people comfortable. It was very good to see the expansion of KOA yet the service and park were kept outstanding. I and my wife are looking forward to next year. Thank You to our Hosts.

This place is right along a RR track with loud trains constantly running. Also, all sites need more stones on each site so you aren’t on dirt!

We like the location, close to downtown. The location of the train made sleeping at night difficult. We he school on the back lot brought more light into the campsite. The staff was great, gave us a great suggestion for dinner.

Camp site very clean. The amenities were great! A swing two rocking chairs a table and 4 chairs, a fire pit and a new gas grill. Was not expecting to be so close to the a railroad track. First night counted 6 trains after 10:00 pm. Campground was very close to all the Wisconsin Dell activities. Our stay was 2 nights

It was great except in the new area where we stayed th streets are too dark so its hard to see where you are going when you are driving through the campground.

The sites are what you expect from a KOA, but they should tell you when booking that the water from the spigots you’re paying for at the sites is not drinkable! How do they call it full hookups when the water is contaminated?

Our stay was just what we were hoping for, relaxing and peaceful. We really enjoyed watching the trains go by as well.

We were late getting in and check in was easy. Was a bit difficult navigating through the campground in the dark but with a bit of effort we figured it out. Nice clean site. Train tracks were very close to our site and train comes through frequently. No train horn but definitely knew it was coming through. All in all a good experience.

Had a great weekend at the Wisconsin Dells KOA. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from check in and throughout our stay. The campground was very clean and well maintained. Nice level gravel sites with full hook ups. Many of the newer sites have extra amenities and are generous in size and length. The location was great for bike riding in the area.

The stay was great. The staff was great as well. We were in the new area so it was very nice. However, the cable system in this location something needs to be improved with that.

The park is clean and well laid out. We did have an issue on Sunday with two small dogs left in a class-A next to us. I don't know how long they were left alone, but they were barking constantly.

Worst KOA stay ever. The park was 80% empty. Because I only require 20amp the girl put me in a spot that shouldn't even be a spot. Its over grown and not level at all..I had to walk up an embankment to plug my van in. 100 other flat paved spots with nice chairs and bbqs...nope. I got to sleep on a tilt after driving 9 hr day. I work for KOAs and im embarrassed for them. Say no to #61 or #62

Nice park and staff. We had a deluxe site and were put up on the hill where everything was old and a bit rundown. There was a new section with nice level sites and a great dog park. Definitely pick your site before or call and ask for newer site especially with pets. That was our only complaint. If we would have noticed it sooner we would have asked to be moved. Otherwise a great stay!!!

First time visitor to this KOA and had a wonderful stay. Grounds are maintained very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the new section and was very surprised that we were supplied a jug a water since the water there was not yet suitable to drink but was okayed for everything else. Even with a loud train every now an then we plan on retuning next year.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The spots were small. Nobody emptied the garage near the bathroom for the two days we were there. Bathroom was clean. Facilities were nice.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
