We throughly enjoyed our time at the Wisconsin Dells KOA. We will be back. The campground is very nice . The only negative thing to mention is while we were there we had campfire tongs and hot dog coolers stolen. In no way does this reflect on the campground or the services they provide . People need to be aware that people who camp are not typically thieves but thieves do sometimes camp.

We have stayed at this KOA MANY TIMES, we've also been going to the Dells for well over 45 years, and have stayed at many places, it's really too bad that the current management/owner has really let this place fall to pieces. We used to enjoy it. Now it seems they only care about money and making a whole new section instead of keeping up with what they already had. Also, Oscar was very rude.

Sorta disappointed that splash pad items were broken Pool seemed dirty ( tree stuff) I would be fun for kids to have spinning targets to shoot at in pool area instead of one another. Kids aim isn’t the greatest and hit other adults in face.

With us staying on the new side of camp you always expect some hiccups. We had a couple power outages that Oscar handled with upmost professionalism and compassion with it being potentially the hottest week of the year. He alone made us never question wanting to come back!

Overall, it's a pretty nice place and the service was outstanding. Our back-in RV sites were a little tight to get in to. Our neighbor wasn't comfortable having a fire as they thought it was too close to our camper. There's a lot of nice looking cabins. Some train activity but it didn't keep us up. Best part of this campground is that your 5 minutes from the downtown area.

Sites were not kept up. Grass was not mowed, sites were not clean, fire pit was 5 ft from next door sites electrical pedestal so we could not have a fire. Bathroom/shower house was not kept up with cleanliness. It was clear that the campground has been focusing on their newer section. The only saving grace was the maintenance gentlemen dur the week, who was attentive.

Paid premium price for a patio and dog pen, was so dirty with dried mud I couldn’t let my dog lay on the patio. No grass just dirt and lots of weeds. Very poorly maintained.

Absolutely the best campground we’ve stayed at! The staff is awesome- they make themselves available to help and answer questions! Camp store is well stocked! The grounds are clean and well maintained! Pool and splash pad are clean and maintained! Sites are close together but not a problem! Yes, there are trains but not often! We’ll be back!!!!

We were put in the new area which was almost ready to go. We were next to a muddy drainage area and did not have WiFi service. One of the reasons we stay at KOA’s is for the WiFi since we are still working.

We were here luckily just overnight. We were stuck on lot we barely fit on. They need to control poison ivy/sumac everywhere. Nowhere to put vehicles because spots too small.

Thank you to Oscar and his team! Everyone was wonderful during our stay. The private bathroom/shower combos are very nice and clean. Just off the main strip with many activities/restaurants around.

This was our second time staying here. Always very friendly staff and very clean. My only complaint is they don’t pick up your trash bags any more from your site since they have had problems with campers. It makes it inconvenient for us older folks to walk and carry bags to a dumpster.

The new area is wonderful!! Love the pickleball court, and the restroom/shower stall setup was perfect! Our dogs loved the pet park, and the one at our site! On the con side, the new sites seem quite narrow, especially for sliders. And the monsoon rains that we experienced resulted in LOTS of standing water and deep puddles.

They left a stump at the side of the driveway a little less than 3 foot high in spot #75. It definitely should be removed or cut to the ground since they cut it down to a height you can't see while behind the wheel. On a side note, the campground is across the street from railroad tracks - trains come through often.

Very Very nice place to stay with very nice and clean bathrooms as well! Only 2 downsides are the spot we were in was very close to the next with little privacy and the wifi speeds were very slow with only about 5mbps speed.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Unfortunately, because of the amusement park atmosphere of Wisconsin Dells, this KOA pays the price. Noisy neighbors after hours, car alarms, narrow roads a little bit hard to maneuver especially if the oncoming car isn’t going to help by moving over a little bit. Staff can’t control rude people unless they’re in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights going to northern Wisconsin and stayed again on our way back from our trip. We enjoyed both stays. The staff was kind and our sites were level and close to the pool. The bath house was clean and the proximity to downtown and the Riverwalk was ideal. Thank you!!

Your park is hardly big rig “friendly”. Coming in they took me the wrong way and wanted me to back down a narrow road that was clearly marked “no RV’s”. The sites are close together. When we left the road I was supposed to use to exit my area was blocked with trucks that had pulled in trailers and then didn’t have enough room to park the truck. It took nearly 20 minutes to go 100 yards

It was the worse camping trip I have ever taken had us on top on the dog park an when they were helping us back in up a hill when our camper sits low nocked out everything underneath had no water in our camper no light in our bathroom do to bottoming out felt like I was being watched the hole time I was there had to licen to dog bark in the k9 I could just keep going an I will never stay agin

Pretty packed in sites. Hardly any area to walk our dogs. The grass (weeds) were over grown. No trash pickup at site. Bathrooms/shower were clean.

This is a family friendly park! So many things to do in that area. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were clean. We would stay here again- and we’re seniors with a puppy.

Booked 3 nights in a "Deluxe Patio Pull Through Site". Campground website picture shows a paver patio site with chairs and a grill. (Picture on left) What we got was a picnic table on a cement pad. (Picture on right) Moved sites as we were next to a gaggle of unsupervised children. Ended up in a back in site. Description also states "effortless" arrival and departure. This is true AFTER you squeeze through the initial untrimmed trees. IMO this is deceptive advertising and we feel like we got ripped off. Were only refunded $40. Campground is clean. Laundry facilities are okay. Shower house is okay, but a little small. LOTS of unsupervised littles running amok. Close to downtown and local activities

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!
