Very unhappy with the trains at all hours of the day and NIGHT. Never saw anything about this. Felt like it was an earthquake every few hours and sometimes multiple times in a hour. There was an umbrella in the pool area that could have killed someone. It blew over multiple times and children were putting it back up until I called somebody to come take it away.

The sites and the pool are way too small for the amount of people that are crammed in. An adult pool hour would be fantastic! We've stayed at KOA all over the country and never paid so much for the smallest campsite ever. Over $100 a night. Will go back to check original reservation costs. Staff did their best on busy July 4th weekend but will probably go somewhere else when in the Dells.

Overall, we enjoyed our time in the campground. We came for the attractions in town. A couple things prevented me from giving this site a wonderful review. The facilities were well maintained. Some of your older employees need to remember we are customers, not staff. They are either mean or grumpy! We told the kids to stay clear of anyone in a staff shirt, if they approached them, call an adult.

The older gentleman was upset because he was asked to assist me in backing up my camper in a tight space. No one is a professional at backing up a trailer unless it is their primary job. He made me feel unwelcome. Otherwise the campgrounds were clean.

It’s a nice, newly expanded campground that has multiple shower houses. The new showers need ventilation - the AC unit drips all over the toilet. Nice staff, just not a homey feel like other KOAs.

You were awful you your staff treated us as criminals or low life people as if we were there for free. You’re just a money hungry place not a home away from home. You acuses us of things that did not happen and were out right rude. We weren’t even in hitched when your staff yelled at my kids.

Rock solid KOA. Easy guided check in. Perfectly level pull through site. Convenient reliable utilities. Good tasting water. Bonus of bushes between sites and some trees for privacy and shade. Good looking pool. Clean bathrooms. Well supervised grounds. Friendly staff. Nice store where I picked up a bag because I forgot my laundry bag at Exactly what I have come to trust and appreciate from KOA’s

A little pricey for a campground but every now and then it's worth it. We had a dog run, grill, and nice chairs already set up. I would recommend for a few days in the Dells!

Our site was 10 feet from a road and we have 4 kids under 8. We asked to change spots and the woman at the front desk said no. There was construction work at the site next to us making it uncomfortable for the kids to play and not the best environment to cook. Going inside wasn't really an option because it was so hot and the power to the campground kept going out so we couldn't use our ac.

The first morning the electricity went out…and when it rained the campground had two to 4 inches throughout and everyone’s electric cords were in standing water

We stayed for seven nights and despite the rain, enjoyed the campground immensely. The layout is great, and the office staff goes above and beyond to provide help. Thank you for a positive experience.

We booked our stay 6 months in advance. We are KOA members with VIP standing, that said, all of our information is there fir each csm0ground to see, not to mention we confirm it all in advance. They put us in a pull thru on a corner that no room for our car. Their wifi is spotty at best and trains all night so close it shook the rv. They couldn't move us do they let us leave early that's why 1

The campsites were overgrown and not well maintained. It was fine except when we saw an incoming severe thunderstorm warning, we went to consult with the front office they were dismissive, and told us we should check our own weather app...

The campsite was ok, we had to cut some tall weeds growing around a stump next to our camper right when we were setting up. During our stay the smell of pot smoke was constant which was annoying and unhealthy especially for our grandchildren. We went to the pool and didn't like the uncovered strips of metal jets or whatever they were in the splash pad area. We watched numerous kids and adults trip

Overall, the stay was ok. Didn’t have any issues with anything while there. The bathrooms were clean, but very hot and humid. The road in the main campground is in need of resurfacing and the spaces for all the pull throughs are very close together. I agree with other reviews that having fires so close to neighbors is a hazard. The newly expanded area is super nice, but floods - so be prepar

Was in the new area of the grounds. Inadequate drainage when it rains along with immature grassy areas made for a muddy mess. Power kept going out. Lots of bugs still need to be worked out.

Need a bigger check in area and maybe one more person at the check in station. The two ladies there were overwhelmed with the number of people checking in and wanting to purchase items. New camping area is amazing but needs better drainage. Need more or bigger bath house in the new campground. The one at the exit of the campground is small and people have to wait. We'll be back though.

New section had the sewer connection on my site so8 closer to the tounge of trailer all are near the rear or middle I had to pull the trailer up to connect so I could dump But other than that very nice area not on top of each other would come there again

The koa itself is great! Pool and splash pad were fun. Sites were nice. Accommodations were clean. The only downside is something they can’t control… a very loud train that comes through right next to the rv spots. It comes through every few hours even during the night.

The landscaping needs attention. The grass was all weeds and even had a tall weed growing on our patio site. Employees were driving to fast with their golf carts. The laundry room smelt like sewage. It was convenient place to stay next to all the Dells has to offer.

The Wisconsin dell koa was great. Everyone was super kind and the campground was clean. The pool Is small for the size of the campground and often felt way overcrowded. That's really our only negative comment.

Campground not maintained. Grass was high, gravel pads had very little gravel…overall landscape was poor. We have stayed at many KOAs and by far this was the worst, especially for what we were charged.

Really liked the new spacious spots for the larger coaches. It would be great to NOT have to drive thru the Alice and Wonderland section of the park to get to the new section. That was sketchy with a 40 ft coach. Maybe have a check in at the new gate or let us swing around and go in thru the new gate. Great clean up after that horrible storm. Staff was great and friendly. Great location. No kids

Great location! Restrooms near main building were usually clean but everything was always wet due to condensation. The bathrooms and laundry could use some AC. Store was well stocked!

We throughly enjoyed our time at the Wisconsin Dells KOA. We will be back. The campground is very nice . The only negative thing to mention is while we were there we had campfire tongs and hot dog coolers stolen. In no way does this reflect on the campground or the services they provide . People need to be aware that people who camp are not typically thieves but thieves do sometimes camp.

Booked 3 nights in a "Deluxe Patio Pull Through Site". Campground website picture shows a paver patio site with chairs and a grill. (Picture on left) What we got was a picnic table on a cement pad. (Picture on right) Moved sites as we were next to a gaggle of unsupervised children. Ended up in a back in site. Description also states "effortless" arrival and departure. This is true AFTER you squeeze through the initial untrimmed trees. IMO this is deceptive advertising and we feel like we got ripped off. Were only refunded $40. Campground is clean. Laundry facilities are okay. Shower house is okay, but a little small. LOTS of unsupervised littles running amok. Close to downtown and local activities

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying here with our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad along with the complimentary coffee each morning. The only downside was that it is right next to the Amtrak train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest grabbing a pair of complimentary earplugs from the office.
