The property was extremely clean, there were lots of fun things for my entire family to do even my toddler. All the staff were super helpful and very polite. My only complaint is Big Ben needs a new mattress because it is super uncomfortable. In the grand of KOA's - I LOVE THE DELLS KOA

This is the first time coming to a KOA campground . We booked a last minute cabin Memorial Day weekend . Cabin was nice sized and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and made check in and easy . We will definitely come back sometime!

I stayed in a cabin, passing through the area. The park, facilities very clean, well taken care of. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially checking in that night.Great camp sites, cabin sites.

The lady that was working the front desk that day was super nice and so kind. We were traveling through from Canada back to Kentucky and needed a place to stay. She left the light on for us and helped us out. Thank you! Amazing facility - super clean. Will always use this Koa when traveling to and from Canada.

I’ve stayed there before and really enjoyed it. However, this last visit I have a service dog and was told I needed to leave the store. This is a private campground and we don’t allow it! I will never be back.

The employees greeted us immediately upon arrival, and they made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The facilities were incredibly clean and well-maintained. The location was great - it was close to everything, yet far enough away from the hustle-and-bustle of the area.

Great! Cabin was clean, staff was very friendly, needed more firewood and they delivered it to us. This was our second time visiting and will stay again! Thank you all so much!

It is now to expensive for us to continue to use this facility. Luxury Hotels are cheaper.

Nice, quiet campground. Staff were helpful and friendly and I appreciated the text message communications. I imagine it gets pretty hectic here in the heavy tourist season, and that would not be my thing (but not the campground's fault!). I would stay again in fall or perhaps spring before the Dells is packed with tourists. (I came for nearby state parks, which are lovely)

Thank you for helping make our stay enjoyable this weekend. We reserved a tent site for 2 nights with our toddler but when we learned it was going to rain both nights, we decided to leave early. Staff was kind to offer an alternative cabin choice and saved the trip! Thanks again

The upper bathroom needs a bench to set personal items on while showering. The bed needed a thicker mattress, Cabin just needed to clean the walls for dust. The 1st cabin on the way out west, the mattress was good. Thank you for the pleasant stay. �

The KOA Wisconsin Dells was absolutely beautiful. The bathrooms and cabin were clean, the customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We will be back.

We had a great time! The entire staff was very helpful and very friendly. The kids loved all the Labor Day weekend activities, including the bike/scooter parade. We can't wait to go back!!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The property was well maintained and all facilities were very clean. The showers were fantastic! Our cabin had AC and a mini fridge which was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here as we plan on a return trip. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

The campground is very nice. Pool and splash pad great. It would be nice to have a large section of grass in the play area in addition to the sand pit. The small cabins were nice on the inside, great porch area. Paved patio, cement parking and screen door for all cabins recommended. Fix big gaps in door. Electrical hook ups great! Thank you for providing a fridge. A really great stay, nice staff.

Went with my boyfriend for our Anniversary..it was his first time in the Dells and im familiar with this KOA as i choose it as the place to stay. I LOVE this KOA and love how close it is to everything. It is always clean and maintained and they make everything convenient and for your comfort, love that you can text and they will deliver whatever you need.

We had a great time. The kabin we stayed in was clean at arrival, but the coffee maker had not been cleaned out from previous renter. Site was tidy and really nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a Great experience. When we come to the Dells again will most assuredly stay at the Dells Koa Holiday!

The bathrooms were atrocious! They smelled like urine, I most of our three day stay, our cabin was located near the washroom/showers, and the only time I saw staff cleaning them was in the morning and in the evening… With so many campers on the weekend that was not enough. Other KOA that I’ve stayed at are immaculate… KOA Wisconsin holiday was very nasty! Staff was friendly though…

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
