Thought it was a lot for a site that needed work, picnic table, sewer was so high for dumping, I wouldn’t stay up high next time. it was level. Very nice hosts!!

I loved everything about this campground. The setting was beautiful, the bathrooms clean, and the staff efficient very friendly. I would comeback and bring the grandkids.

We have never stayed at a campground that was so accommodating! We absolutely loved the dog pen at our site. The management was friendly! The entire campground was clean including the laundry area. Kudos to a job well done!!!

We lived the new part of the park. Very spacious spots Would have been a 5 except for water issues Hopefully that will be fixed soon Lovely area

From the time we said hello until we said goodbye the next morning, everyone was so nice and helpful to us. They went out of their way to make our stay a good one. They made it possible for us to park beside our friends we were traveling with. Later that afternoon they reset the WiFi so we would have a good signal. Next morning Scott moved a pylon so we could leave without backing out! Awesome!

Perfect campground for our stay. Close to everything WI Dells has to offer (which is a lot.) Kiddos enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of activities and restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Everything was good at our site #40. Very nice patio, table and chairs. There is a train that runs daily behind our site. It didn’t bother us too much but definitely hear it at night. The pool was clean and fun for our grandkids. The park is run down a bit, but kids still liked it. People were friendly in the store.

Rented a cabin, was decent, only complaints if the door lock was a pain in the butt to use, thought the key would break off with how hard it was to turn. Also the surfaces inside the cabin felt sticky. Otherwise everything else was as you'd expect at a KOA.

Oh my gosh! We loved the campground. It is amazing! Clean, easy to get too easy to get in and out of staff was friendly the ones that we actually met we weren’t there that much to meet too many people! We definitely will be back and we definitely will share with others to go there thank you thank you thank you

Amtrak trains runs through the campground, doesn’t feel like your camping, feels like you are sleeping at a truck stop. Water has nitrates, can’t filter the poison out. Warnings are hanging on every water connection.

We were in the new part. Site was flat and easy to pull into. Internet was very good- no problems. We could not use the water for drinking, cooking or giving to our dog but they did give us a gallon jug of bottled water. But a bit of inconvenience. Worst part was the freight train that was so close that our rv shook. Went by during day and night.

Our sight, B25, smelled like either a dead animal or poo. After a snarky exchange with the manager via text, he visited our site & discovered I was right about the smell & determined it was the new sewer line the city had installed nearby. After a few questioning remarks about why I didn’t say something sooner (I didn’t feel like moving), he did eventually refund us for one night.

The campground was very clean. Staff members were polite and helpful. Our 5 year olds loved the pool/splash pad and the playground. It was a quick drive into the Dells to check out attractions. We will definitely visit again!

Upon checkin, we learned the water for the upgraded space we paid for (120.00+) is not fit for human consumption. The grounds could be nice, but 120.00 plus for a space with full hookups didn’t have really have full hookups. If we weee informed about the water situation in advance we would have stayed elsewhere. Felt ripped off. People were nice, but the water thing was bad!

Loved everything about our weeklong stay except for 2 things: 1. We were located right next to the train tracks and there is alot of activity on those tracks and it shakes everything. We sort of got used to it but it was not peaceful. 2. We were located right next to a large sewer cover and it omitted smelly sewer gas. But the back in space was shaded and easy to back into. Great Staff!

Great base for a visit to the Dells. Less than 5 minutes from downtown. Clean with friendly and helpful staff. The new sites look wonderful.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and level campsite, close the playground/pool, clean bathrooms. Cons: crowded pool, undrinkable water (bring your own it's $4/gal in the shop), a train that runs nearly continuously in the wee hours of the morning. We had neighbors who had 2 extra cars roll-in just past midnight and played beer pong until 2 am - a late night patrol by staff would have helped.

The new area of the campground will be great once the well is better. The current water is non-potable. When we arrived the bathrooms and laundry room in the new area were immaculate. Then campers came in and destroyed them. Koa either needs to ban those types or have a more rigorous cleaning schedule.

Playground needs updating! Bathrooms were clean. The spigot didn’t shut off at our site. It was 8:30 am and the office still wasn’t open. We had to call the night number to get someone out to help. I hope they repair it for the next guest- my husband got soaked! Not a great way to start the day.

The campground itself was nice however the bath houses were always very dirty and smelly. The sign said closed periodically to clean but it definitely needed to be cleaned at least 4-5 times a day during this peak season of campers.

I realize the staff was going through some changes but there are areas in the campground that need immediate attention. The middle shower/restrooms have railings that are VERY wobbly. As a disabled person I use handrails & they only made me more unstable. The staff was very friendly & after a couple nights the trains faded & didn't seem as annoying. Laundry needs attention as well.

I booked a month ahead of time for a deluxe cabin and it was not. They tried to comedy me by giving me a microwave. The bathroom handle was broken the refrigerator handle was broken the coffee pot was dirty grass was not mowed grill did not work bathtub did not drain hair on the bed

We had so much fun at the KOA in Wisconsin Dells! Our cabin was clean and in perfect condition. It was so cozy. We had a blast in the pool and our kids loved the park. We would definitely come back again. Service was fantastic and we appreciated that we could text for help and get a quick response.

We arrived after dark. We spent 1/2 hour hunting for our spot due to campsites not being very well marked.

Check-in was fast and easy, staff was welcoming. Our site was on top of the hill, a pretty tight trip up with a 43 foot 5th wheel. Would recommend NOT trying to take anything over about 30 feet long up due to potential clearance issues and possible damage. Other than that, the park was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This KOA needs to get a handle on late night check-ins. Two nights in a row there campers showing up at 1 am to set up camp and being very loud until 3 am. There needs to be better communication about noise expectations for late check-ins.

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying here with our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad along with the complimentary coffee each morning. The only downside was that it is right next to the Amtrak train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest grabbing a pair of complimentary earplugs from the office.

Very clean, very nice staff, lots of activities for kids. Pool and play ground was a hit, did I mention they have a movie on Fridays. Wish there was a hot tub will the kids swim. Will be back for sure
