They put me in a premium site? That was supposed to be longer than my coach plus my tow vehicle. Not quite. Tail end of my coach was almost hanging over edge just so I could barely park my vehicle sideways. I asked about different site and was told that I should have put my coach length 45’ PLUS the length of tow vehicle 15’ for total of 60’. Yea right. Rude guy with no hair told me that.

Camped on site 21….dirt, no gravel. What a mess especially since it rained. For the price of these campsites, there should be a layer of gravel. Also, campsites are small and the campground is cramped. Nice and friendly staff who keep the place cleaned up, that’s a good point, but we would never camp there again or recommend it. Ridiculous price considering the lack of gravel on the site.

The picture on the website is misleading. The cabin was much smaller. The outside is not done there is not even grass, its just pricey for what we were expecting. Getting there was hard becasue the road is closed. Why cant the pool be available after check out?

Absolutely AMAZING!!! This was my first KOA stay and I was shocked as to how clean it is. I’ve been to KOA’s to visit and wasn’t impressed. My family stayed in a cabin and it legit looked brand new. All the beds came with bedding and pillows. If your forget your shampoo, they have that in there too!! I’ll be staying here next time for sure.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were always happy to help in any way and they greeted us like we've known each other for years! I haven't been to a KOA since I was a kid, but I see many more stays in our future. They welcomed our dog and had spaces for him to hang out, the grounds and bathrooms were super clean. We stayed in a cabin and the AC was a welcoming treat after a long hike.

Felt like we were packed like sardines. 35 ft 5th wheel with 3 slides, towed by crew cub truck. Was told hope your rig fits in the site. Only way we fit was to unhook.

A short stay to do just a few things in the area made this a very convenient place to stay. We had a pull through site that had ample room for our 45' motorhome and tow vehicle. Reliable power (50 amp), excellent water pressure and of course, sewer. Helpful and courteous staff. Lots of families camping and taking advantage of the many amenities.

Clean and quiet campground. Staff are friendly. Plenty of convenient amenities. Would definitely recommend. The only issue I had was the numerous text messages during our stay. Very responsive with email or phone communications.

$80+ per night on a weekday for a site we barely fit on. Neighbors were not necessarily loud, but sites were so close we could not help but hear them talking outside way past quiet time. On the plus side I did appreciate the daily trash pickup.

Our stay was great! The improvements that have been made over the last year are noticeable and appreciated. The only down side were things beyond the campground’s control, the road being closed and the water needing to shut off during the day for maintenance.

this was a very nice campground! the showers and bathrooms were exceptional! the pool nice. the place was very clean and the people friendly. 2 concerns: this was the first KOA site that was not level and I had to drive the trailer tires on the right side up on 2 boards to get the trailer level; the people when we ckecked in did not explain how to get 25% off at local attractions - why not?

The place was dirty and unkempt. The worker on Fri, July 14, was extremely rude. She lied to me about the park being “full” then proceeded to tell me of an opening. My request was to delay my checkout by two hours to determine if our baseball team won a game so we would need to stay. She wouldn’t work with me, and didn’t care. The workers repeatedly fail to answer the phone. Hateful

This was our first visit. Everything was super. Clean. Friendly staff. Kids loved the pool, more than Noah's Ark. Enjoyed the campfire. THANKS. see you again.

Went to check out the property prior to checking in- was told we really don’t do that? Looked around and came back at check in time to see they had started already checking others in prior to check in time but we were told to wait. We tent camp and have done so for years, we I believe we’re given the most undeveloped site they have, the other sites were flat and seem to have been Maintained be

The staff was super friendly, the campground and the bath houses were clean, the facilities were nice, my kids loved the pool and splash pad and the water was relatively warm. From my son “it was super fun and we had a good experience. We loved the pool and we wish we could stay there longer.” We hope to be back next summer.

Everything runs very well. Very noisy with three different group of campers that were staying in cabin directly to our side. Some up and loud 4:30 in AM. Some up until 3:30 AM. I had to yell to be quiet. One suggestion would be to install exhaust fans in bathrooms and showers. Extremely hot and muggy.

Family vacation to Wis Dells for a Thurs-Sunday weekend getaway. The Wis Dells KOA has very nice bathrooms and our kids loved the park and pool amenities. We stayed on a Deluxe Patio site and were very crowded w/ no privacy. Many sites are not nice. Firewood policy is bogus. WI DNR suggest using firewood from local sources. Local purchase should be ok and should not force onsite purchase from KOA.

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
