It was decent but unfortunately the cabin they gave us was next to bright light for the stairs so we felt like we had a spotlight on us the entire evening. Hard to enjoy the campfire when it was shining on our entire site.

It was fun, but the pool was disappointing with no supervision of kids jumping and running around. The water was not pleasant in that it was really cold. All the employees were great and helpful.

We came in for a week long trip with friends and Eric the GM worked it out for us to be next to each other in a shaded area. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our time. His attention to customer service is far above what anyone would expect.

Eric, who runs the campground was absolutely wonderful and caring. He invited everybody in when you came and got your site and he wanted to make sure everything was working at the site. As far as the campground the pool was very clean the bathrooms were clean. It was a great experience

Had a good time, but the lawns were in terrible shape. You could see where the plugs of grass were just left to die.

Quick over night stay while traveling through. Smelly bathrooms and dirty pool compared to the KOAs that we are used to. Also, there was a lot of trash laying around on the ground. Small tent spots.

Staff was friendly, but facilities / amenities / RV sites were all lacking and mediocre at best. Well below KOA standards

We love this KOA and have been coming for many years but some of the things that could be better would be for the store to be open later; 6pm is pretty early to close during peak season in July. Also the bathrooms smelt like pee so bad, every time we went in them. They were clean ed but the stink of pee was bad. Also our cabin was full of dog hair from. We had to clean it. The precious person.

Kids with no parents at pool. Running in groups to make cannon balls into pool to jump in together. A mother with child told them to keep jumping in. Almost got jumped on by some of them while trying to relax in pool.

Great clean family friendly campground. We stayed two nights and our son had a blast at the park, pool, mining sluice. They had a night time movie and a pancake breakfast for $5. We enjoyed the quiet campground with a fire each night. Friendly staff

Every year we spend a family weekend at KOA, is our favorite place for camping! KOA have many amenities for all & we like is very close to Wisconsin Dells downtown. People were very helpful! Thank you staff for good customer service! (We disappointed the showers and bathrooms was smelling, missing toilet paper & wasn’t very clean this year sorry �)

We have stayed here two years in a row and would stay again. Only negatives…no onsite trash pickup and some of the sites need their grass mowed. Looks Trashy��

We were tent camping this time. Our hope was that we would be close to a restroom. We were not. We had to walk through someone else’s site and down a flight of stairs to get to the restroom. It was not convenient for our young child. Restrooms were nice. Pool was small for as big of a campground as it was. It was too crowded for us, so we did not stay. Wish the playground was not sand.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The first night the trains were annoying as they woke you up every two to three hours but by the third night it was less distracting. We were in site 6. The prices in the store were very reasonable. The GM who answered my questions is a class act in all regards. A maintenance man helped me at the site and couldn’t have treated me better.

We had fun playing in the pool, on the pickleball court, and loved the pancake breakfast. It was dampened by the fact that one of the staff members was wearing a shirt with a Dr Seuss rhyme scheme stating one gun two gun red gun blue gun. It had four assault style rifles on it. I’m a survivor of gun violence and this was deeply troubling. This is why I am rating a three instead of five.

front desk worker was able to move us right next to our family in a cabin next door and everyone working was so nice and happy! our cabin was clean and perfect. we love coming to Wisconsin dells KOA every summer! thank you!

The staff is all SO AMAZING! Friendly and helpful. We ran out of propane in the middle of cooking breakfast, and they came and swapped out our tank almost immediately.

Overall good camp and location. We reserved a Paw Pen which was nothing but dirt. Not good for the dogs. Also, the camp is on the rail line and the trains are disturbing during the night.

It was sort of a reunion--The grandchildren who camped with me when they were little came and camped as adults (& a great-grandchild). One couple rented their own cabin. A total of 10 of us rotated through the 5 days I had my camper at the KOA--Most stayed 2 days because of work, etc. I stayed 5 days because I'm retired. We had a great time! The youngest camper was 2, & the oldest camper was me-86

We stayed in a cabin, I loved it- it had everything we needed, I (an adult) slept in the bunk bed, and it was comfortable. My mom said that her room was comfortable also! The staff was very friendly, they cabin outdoor area had great shade. I loved it, would absolutely go back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
