We had a tent site, the first site the tree could use a little trim. (91). We were given another site it was okay. The restroom were kept clean all day, definitely will stay there again

KOA host Eric was very friendly and quite helpful. Glad to see the return of Campfire Kevin for evening entertainment.

Cabin was nice, beds were comfortable but blankets were scratchy. There was no kleenex in the cabin and internet was slow, glitchy and mostly didn't work. I believe the pool is advertised as heated but it was quite chilly! Overall it was just a place to stay for us close to things we were doing so worked out well.

The best stay! It was my daughters birthday weekend and every worker we met remembered all weekend long. Told her happy birthday, gave us a great site, and even set up a happy birthday sign at our tent while we were away! A very relaxing spot in the middle of all the chaos of the dells. We will be back!!

Friendly staff, campsites and shared areas were very clean. Jim let us know all the greatest places to visit while in the area. I loved that they offered breakfast on Saturdays for a very reasonable price. Food was fresh and tasted great. Trash was picked up. I didn't take advantage of food or firewood delivery but loved that it was offered. We will definitely stay at the Wisc. Dells KOA again.

Staff are professional and dedicated. They keep the place running smoothly even in the busiest of times, The checking-in parking is very tight, the older sites are very shaded, somewhat level and on the smaller size. The newly added sites are very spacious and can accommodate big rigs. This area had some sites flooded during a heavy rain. The whole park is next to a busy rail line. Not too loud.

We just stayed the night on the way to destination. But it is a clean site, the showers were great, restrooms clean. Directions for our late night arrival were clear and easy to follow! I want to come back with grandchildren!

Stayed in Mum cabin and it was not very clean as evidenced by the garbage we found behind the storage chest in the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The campgrounds and amenities were in very good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I especially enjoyed the special activities that took place during our stay.

Great location. The water park was a nice feature. I appreciate that they had staff going around to campsites after the camp store was closed. Lot's of activities too.

Amazing! To start the customer service was fantastic! They actually cared that we were staying there. The facilities were very nice and very clean at all times. Close to everything that we had planned to do as well. Highly recommend this KOA if you’re in the area. All the staff was awesome and helpful! The GM Eric was so great and friendly. We are planning a trip back for next year already.

This is a very nice KOA about 3 blocks off downtown Wisconsin Dells. But its just far enough to feel away from the craziness. Its a pretty large campground with a decent camp store, activities, and nice bath house facilities.

Nice folks. They gave me a pull thru slot in front of 0ffice which was too tight to maneuver in with my toad attached. My idea of a pull thru slot is to be able to drive in and out without having to disconnect. If I have to disconnect would rather have a less expensive back in slot.

Great amenities and staff. Very large sites that in the new area. Only down side was proximity to road and the train tracks.

We had sites 17 & 18, these are not desirable sites On each side of these sites are deep drainage ditches and Don’t give much room for a fire pit to be sat around on all sides due to the ditches on each side. The campground it self is great the people running it are very friendly and inviting. Lot of activities every day. Would definitely camp here again just not the back row of the west a

We enjoyed having the small cabin available to us. The campground was just a stone throw away from the main drag. (downtown streets) Made it convenient as we didn't have to travel far. Cabin was nice. Sleeps 4 people. Had an ac unit which was nice on hotter days. Would we stay here again? Most definitely we would!

Just overnight. Staff were excellent. Splash pad was excellent. Proximity to town was great. Playground needs some upgrades and need roads need work with signage. Also need to have patrols in morning helping folks. Took us over 30 minutes to get out of park with multiple people blocking or partially blocking the roads.

The staff at the Wisconsin Dells KOA was absolutely amazing, very friendly and accommodating, the location is clean and has many great activities for the kids!

Great KOA. Only thing is the bathrooms could be a little better if they smelled better. Looked clean but urine odor was strong. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Had a great time in the Dells. The sites are a little narrow making campfire time iffy. Having good neighbors and great staff made up for any shortcomings. Manager Eric was great. Our son had a great time at the pool and splash pad as well as the pickleball courts. It would be nice if the pool was open from 8 to 9 for adults. Just a suggestion. Thanks for making the vacation memorable.

The bath house in the new section need to be updated. They are too small and there are not enough of them. The rest of the campground is fine.

The camp ground its self is beautiful, however there are train tracks the run outside of the campground. Its like 300feet from the camp, they run day and night and make it hard to sleep of your a light sleeper. The camp store also closes very early each day. So if your out past 6pm you can't get ice or firewood. Bathrooms and showers are clean and the sights arent bad but a bit sandy is all.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
