Try to pick nicer sites when not crowded. We were asked to park in a very undesirable site when there were 75% of the park empty. They did move us to a much better site when asked. In the same price range.

Our favorite place to stay. Easy check in, clean cabin, cute little shop. Its the best place and a great deal. Everyone is super friendly and its so clean.

The staff friendly. Check in nice and easy. A lot of the cabins are close together. I mean on top of each other. Not much room for parking. With so much space in the campground why are they on top of each other?

There is a dog park at the entrance that is small, but it worked. There is a much larger dog park in the newer area, but it was full of holes and dog poop, so we only went once. There also wasn't any place to park if you drove over to it. The whole campground was clean and in good repair. We would absolutely stay again. The internet was the best of any campground we've stayed in.

Great check-in process, people. Walked around the campground, has a nice layout. I only rated 4 stars, as I was not able to stay longer to experience it all.

I rated it 5 star because of Checkin. I was impressed how personable and accomodating the guy was. It wasn't just me, they were kind to everyone! Also, the surrounding campers were nice too. I like the text event reminders they send on occasion.

Cute cabin, nice accommodations. A little dusty though- especially ceiling fan blades, not a big deal but small details count when you’re paying a premium price. The bedding seemed a bit worn. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Very well kept park. Stayed in new area with large pull. Short drive to downtown and attractions. From check in office to site is a bit of a challenge with a large rig but doable. Separate exit only in the new area is perfect. There is train noise but more of a rumble; no horns.

Great place to stay when visiting Circus World. Of course, you are also close to all the local attractions.

We enjoyed our short break the site was nice just one negative remark the tent site had insufficient drainage so in heavy rain you got a deluge a water on your camping pitch and into the tents.

4 night stay. Campsite was a patio pull through with plenty of room and easy access located on the ‘high’ side of the KOA. Train noise mentioned elsewhere was barely perceptible. Short drive to all amenities the Dells has to offer.

Had a great stay!! Eric and his staff were fabulous! We attended the wine and cheese social, stopping in for dining suggestions and interactive with several staff members. Communication through texting was top notch. During a tornado scare we were advised where to go and the urgently was conveyed quickly and efficiently! This is our go-to in the Dells!

We loved this campground. Our patio site was nice. We didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked great. The staff was super kind and helpful.

Grounds were a mix of new and old but well kept and tidy. Pool and splash pad was a great place to cool down, pool area was inviting. This campground had the best wifi we have experienced at any campground at 380Mbps.

We stayed here for 3 nights unknowingly right next to the railroad. Our patio site was roomy and right next to the bathhouse but I am very unlikely to stay again because of the train traffic. The bathroom/shower combo is a great idea but if you are just using the toilet then plan on getting wet feet. Would be better to have the two separated into two different areas versus together. Very cramped.

Fabulous campground with so many options for your stay. The main office was staffed with friendly helpful people. Next time through, I will definitely stay here.

We were in town for a family wedding, so this time did not have time to take advantage of all the activities. But the people there were very friendly and the amenities were great. Thank you!

Clean facility, good location, staff was great! Although we paid for the Deluxe Cabin, we ended up with a small studio cabin. If you think you are getting the cabin with pictures on the website, fridge, stove, extra space, you better double check before arrival. Our cabin wasn't worth the money that we paid for. Hotel room would have been larger for 4 people.

Love the convenience to downtown dells and the attractions. The campground is very clean and we'll maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always smiling which makes my day start out great, and they even offer free coffee, you can give a donation if you want. The pool is heated and clean. Had biscuits and gravy one morning which was yummy. Had a great time will definitely recommend and.

We were in a 1 room camping cabin which is what we have stayed in many times over the years. It was convenient to the restrooms and showers. We appreciated the individual rest rooms and separate shower rooms which were mostly clean. One negative for us was how dark it was inside the cabin due to a dim light bulb. Also the grounds overall looked unkept with many weeds and untrimmed grass.

Very nice place. Extremely enjoyed our stay there. Already talking about coming back. And from KY, that really tells you something. And of course we will invite a few of our other camping friends. People working there are very nice and will do anything to help you out. 5 Stars

Great campground if your kids love water! My only wish was that they shut off the splash pad when the pool closed. We were across from the pool area and I kept thinking it was raining!! Some spots are skinny but it was a great place to stay. (Bring your ear plugs for the trains)

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
