It's always wonderful. our favorite is site 5 across from the train tracks. We have been going to KOA for many years. They shouldn't charge us to save site 5 3 to 4 times a summer.

Very clean place. The train was super noisy. We’ve stayed before but not in the new section so we couldn’t hear the train running all night.

Everyone was super friendly. The pull thru sites are spacious and all the hook ups were place well. Will visit again!

The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The reason for not giving a 5 star was the splash pad. The splash pad was not working properly, and the pool was rough. These are items that can be fixed. I will stay again and I recommend staying here when visiting the Dells.

Everything was great. When we first arrived the 3 people working inside truly weren’t from the area and couldn’t answer any of our local experiences questions which was disappointing. Than the one skinny guy that wears a baseball hat and directs new campers to their site needs a serious attitude change as he was just simply rude to us and our neighbors when he was driving by to send a new camp

N14 was a fabulous site. Bigger than most for sure and the trains across the street from our site were not a problem whatsoever.

Clean campground. Staff were friendly and eager to help you. Escorting you to your camp site was added touch as was delivery of firewood or ice.

This KOA does not have Holiday accommodations or amenities and should not be labeled as one. There's no activities, events, walking trails or nature areas. The pool, bathrooms, and showers need repair and deep cleaning. Roads are narrow, not maintained, saw several close calls. The pool and general store are too small. Where are all the trees? There's nothing but stumps in the original section.

It was a very clean place and located close to everything, we were in new section, construction and trains made it not very relaxing, construction is temporary but the trains were ridiculous. Friendly staff was a plus.

I wish more time was taken into cleaning. There was left over food on the shelves. There was dog hair and crud on the sides everywhere. Made us very unsure of the bedding, but it seemed cleaned. There were supplies and plenty of linens.

We had a good stay in one of the cabins at the Wisconsin Dells KOA. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and the campground itself was quiet and well-maintained. However, the bathroom facilities could use some more attention. They were quite dirty during our visit, and the hand soap dispenser was empty, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more upkeep in that area, it would have been great.

Stayed in the brand new section... spacious sites, quiet, full hookup. There was an issue with the new water faucet but the park resolved that within minutes of me reporting it.

Great location, older part is cramped with other RVs, while the new part of the park looks like a parking lot and is far from the main areas. The store is awesome and the Employees are very friendly.

During the initial reservation, I asked for a 6 person Cabin. I didn't confirm the amount of people, so when I got there, I had to pay for the additional 4 people. The reservation only had 2 people on it. It should have been 6.

We have stayed at this KOA many times over the years without any problems but this time our reservation got messed up. We called ahead to say we would be arriving late but there wasn't envelope for our sight when we arrived �. We have had a rough day already and this really sucked. The bathrooms are outdated and the train runs all hours of the night and day right in front of the campground. Our site was at the entrance even though we mentioned that it was noisy. They just played off the fact that the train was noisy like it was just a normal thing. I probably would not stay there again.

Campground is nice. Bathrooms and showers are great. I love the individual bathrooms and showers. Only complaint is the train in the middle of the night which is not something you can control...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
