Nice, level, large sites close to everything and very clean. Loved the pickleball court, pool, and splash pad. A great place to stay!

We asked for a quiet area near a bathroom. We were given a quiet area near a bathroom. How cool is that? And...... how did they keep bathrooms so clean? Is there a way to know which KOA's have private bathrooms? Is it in the book?

Enjoyed meeting and talking with Scott. The pool seemed a lot colder than in past years. Very very disappointed that "Campfire Kevin" was not there this season.

I missed Campfire Kevin. I did not see any place to recycle. Site was nice w new table and chairs. Have been coming for 8 years and like how it keeps improving. Nice site

The bathrooms and showers were not cleaned while we were there. We stayed 3 nights. The rv spots were so tight. Cara were parked anywhere and in the way.

I was very disappointed in the temperature of the pool. It was not heated. The splash pad was so intermittent we stopped getting out of the pool for it

Location is very convenient! It was a nice place to stay while we enjoyed the dells, but had a few disappointments.. Sites are a LOT smaller than most KOA's. Playground is not as big as described. Campground is pretty spread out and hilly. Pool needs some maintenance! The bottom and sides are so rough, our feet were scraped up from walking/swimming in the pool!

Our 1st time there and overall, it was great! I will say my disappointment came when I first made my groups reservations. I was specifically told only ONE tent per campsite. I had offered to pay extra for a small one for 2 kids as other KOA'S it was not problem. The same night, a group of 8 or 9 people set up TWO LARGE tents for 2 nights right next to us. Employees came and went and did nothing.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Some neighbors at nearby camp sites did not adhere to the quiet hours but we managed through it. All in all, very please with the location and the campground in general; would stay again.

The staff was friendly, the rooms clean. But with us having issues with the refrigerator not working. We threw away a bunch of food. In the little ones they gave. It froze some of our meat. So that put a damper on the stay. Lots of money wasted, and worry for the little one we had with us.

We enjoyed the amenities and location. Our cabin was perfect for us, it had everything we needed. Everything was clean, the grill was in good shape.

I was told ss1, got 2 despite the fact I said we did not want to be against the road. For being super it was a huge. Small patio does not accommodate big units. The amount of dusty gravel was unpleasant. Our propane was empty, then leaked, never brought a new one. Take a look at the weeds. Count not open our back end dt weeds not maintained. The dust, weeds, etc was not super at all. Very sad!

We were a group of three vehicles checking in and one of my drivers was constantly yelled at about being in the wrong spot. Even after she was told she was in right spot, she was asked to move. We stayed in three cabins and all of them were very sandy. I also would have appreciated if the office had longer hours.

Loved our site. The patio was big, the grill was clean and the table/chairs were very useful. Think my favorite were the blue rocking chairs - it was always a “fight” to see who got those chairs first.

Stay was nice. The fire pit are was very small for our group. With no room to back up from the fire. Cuz the patio area needs to be bigger and flattened out. Otherwise good.

The location of this KOA was great to do all the activities in the area. Not much wifi, facilities were ok but nothing that stands out. Because of all the cabins and tent camping rowdy crowds at the pool. Couldn’t use it without being stepped or bumped into by others.

We’ve stayed at WI Dells KOA before and have had a great time. This time however, our tent site (113) was not in the best condition. The entire ground was literally at an angle. This made setting up our tent very difficult.

My stay at the Wisconsin dells KOA was so wonderful and relaxing... it was so nice to get back out camping and getting lot's of fresh air!

I VERY clearly asked for a level parking area at a tent site because we car camp. We were assigned one with NO level parking while the two empty sites on each side of our did. Why ask if I had any requests if you weren’t going to accommodate them?

We wished we could have stayed longer. The camp management went above and beyond. They were cheerful, professional and helpful. There is so much more to this area than water slides. We will be back.

Removed the cable and WiFi weak for streaming. Debris left behind by previous campers. No trash pickup. We have stayed at this KOA many times and have always talked it up as one of our favorite places. We offer the feedback constructively we have reservations for next year hopefully we get back to the way things were maintained before.

There really wasn't any activities or amenities. The pool was almost painful from how rough it was. The splash pad was broken, the water was bad, and the site we stayed at was super expensive. We stayed at a handful of koa's but this one would make me look elsewhere in the future

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
