I had site 75 and it was just too tight. The area around the fire pit was so messed up you could not comfortably put chairs around it. Then there was a stump in the way. I tried to enjoy a campfire and could not because if I extended my arm I would touch the fender of the tow vehicle next to me. This was my second time at this KOA. I wanted to give it another try, but I won't be back.

Leslie, Lance, and Haylen were the three people that we met and they were wonderful! They were very helpful, kind, and willing to answer many questions! We all really enjoyed staying there!

Close to town, nice pool feature with splash pad and staff was friendly. Would like to see a larger dog park which looks like it’s in the plan and the “lawn” areas could have been mowed and weeded.

The pool area was nice. There are trains that run day and night which kept me awake. We paid $15 a day for our adult kids to hang out with us a few hours. They tried to charge us another $10 for extra parking but their car fit on our spot next to our truck. We asked if we could use the grill on the empty lot next to us and pay for the use and were told no. (The whole place was pretty empty Sunday)

Right on the railway which you have sold as a positive to some people but for price we paid, we should have had a restful location. Poor service when we brought it to your attention. Also the number of text messages you sent out were borderline stalking or harassment. Never again!!

A million text messages over a 2 day stay. Regarding kids how we cant allow children to be in the street riding their scooter, etc.At night they circled like hawks around us. The guy on watch was sitting and waiting around the corner when we will speak louder and “catch” us not following the quiet rules. Jeez Stay away! They recently cut the nicest forest area and now its a rv parking.

the staff in the office was very friendly. The only thing that I saw that needed improving was cutting the grass before we arrived. I have 2 small dogs and they were about the same height as the grass. Sites were a little close but not bad. Had a wonderful time at this location. Centrally located to the downtown area.

The people operating the facility were great, very helpful. The sites were too tight with the next site. We have a large rig pulling a vehicle, I didn’t like driving up the steep hill to get to campsite. It worked good for us during our stay.

It was great. The cabin was perfect, the resort was very nice, and it was so close to the Dells but far enough to keep the peaceful nature. Only thing is I would heat the pool more. It was on the chilly side.

This is only the second KOA I stayed out that actually escorts you to your spot and helps back you in. This is a nice touch. All the staff I experienced were very friendly. We only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant stay. Community bathrooms/showers were very clean. If I find myself in that part of the country again I will definitely stay here. Keep up the awesome work.

Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful and nice. Our deluxe cabin was very clean and the site was quiet. It was also perfectly located. The downside was on Memorial Day the pool had limited hours and the next day the pool was closed due to maintenance, this was our only disappointment.

I’d like to first say that the staff was very nice, especially Ruth. This review does not have to do with the staff. Having said that my family and I tent camp. We do that so that we can feel a little closer to nature. Instead, we were at site N2 which had the lack luster view of a parking lot and the back of a high school. This was definitely not worth the $80/ night to camp here.

The campground doesn't have the private/camping feeling anymore. With the new addition of the campground, it is way to large for our liking. Another camper made the same comment. It's nice though.

Everyone was very friendly. I liked being able to walk to town. I liked that you got text reminders of store hours and you could ask questions by text and get answers quickly. I liked the individual showers units with bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful and outgoing.

Pros - good location. Cons - We had site 61. Couldn’t get our RV level. The power house was too far away and on a grassy slippery slope. It rained, it happens but I don’t want 2 streams running through the middle of my campsite. The fire ring was a small pond. Bathrooms - half were closed, had smell of septic emitting from the floor. Checked out early, clerk non responsive to our comments.

The staff is really what makes this campground shine. Oscar the GM was so kind and not afraid to get his hands dirty, in fact I first met him while he was cleaning the shower/bath house. His leadership style really translates to the rest of the employees Ruth,Halen,and Lance. All super helpful and hospitable. They are what make dells more than just another campground.

Site was supposed to have been away from the activities. We were right by the entrance and exit. Not only that there was no mention of a very active railroad about 75 feet from our site. With trains all night and day. Shook the camper at times. Don’t go on Automotion weekend. All you hear at all hours was drag racing! Would not have stayed there. Staff was nowhere to be found. The two times I talked to them on the phone, they were very rude. The lady was unwilling to help us when we needed help, she even suggested other campgrounds to stay at. As she listed them. Our whole stay, showers and toilets were dirty, had trash in them, and clogged. The entire campground looked unmaintained. Done paying them a premium to stay there. Never again!

We enjoyed the campground pretty much. The electrical infrastructure was a little weak but we managed okay. I was impressed by the, what looked like, improvements going on while we were there. I hope everything turns out okay.

Advertised cable TV…spent over an hour trying to get it to work only to find out the next day that you no longer have cable, even tho the cable is on the post. Also, we were given a spot that was really close to the train tracks…the train went several times daily. Not only was it very loud, but it shook our camper each time. It appeared that there were many open sites away from the entrance

Such an amazing cabin that has everything we needed! The campground was beautiful and had lots for my kids to do! Only recommendation is I wish the sofa bed had 2 sheets - I was told they only provided 1 Sheet and a blanket and 2 sheets would have been nice.

Rent a clean comfortably cabin. Grounds are wooded and well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are clean private stalls,no hot water when I was there, but it was early in the season. Well located, close to local attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Bravo

We had a nice level lot near the front. We did not use the restrooms but the store and campground was nice. It was easy to get in and out of the location too.

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying here with our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad along with the complimentary coffee each morning. The only downside was that it is right next to the Amtrak train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest grabbing a pair of complimentary earplugs from the office.

Very clean, very nice staff, lots of activities for kids. Pool and play ground was a hit, did I mention they have a movie on Fridays. Wish there was a hot tub will the kids swim. Will be back for sure
