Overall the stay was alright. We had a deluxe cabin that seemed to lack/be lesser quality from the other deluxe cabins on the grounds. I am not sure what the other cabins rent for, but this deluxe cabin should definitely cost less than those on a nightly basis.

Overall, the stay was ok. Didn’t have any issues with anything while there. The bathrooms were clean, but very hot and humid. The road in the main campground is in need of resurfacing and the spaces for all the pull throughs are very close together. I agree with other reviews that having fires so close to neighbors is a hazard. The newly expanded area is super nice, but floods - so be prepar

Was in the new area of the grounds. Inadequate drainage when it rains along with immature grassy areas made for a muddy mess. Power kept going out. Lots of bugs still need to be worked out.

I only stayed one night and a morning, pre-checkout, but it was fantastic. Clean, the refrigerator worked and the staff was helpful. Had a hiccup due to my late check in where my cabin was still locked when it was supposed to be unlocked, but this was resolved in less than 15 minutes.

Need a bigger check in area and maybe one more person at the check in station. The two ladies there were overwhelmed with the number of people checking in and wanting to purchase items. New camping area is amazing but needs better drainage. Need more or bigger bath house in the new campground. The one at the exit of the campground is small and people have to wait. We'll be back though.

New section had the sewer connection on my site so8 closer to the tounge of trailer all are near the rear or middle I had to pull the trailer up to connect so I could dump But other than that very nice area not on top of each other would come there again

The koa itself is great! Pool and splash pad were fun. Sites were nice. Accommodations were clean. The only downside is something they can’t control… a very loud train that comes through right next to the rv spots. It comes through every few hours even during the night.

Non working bathroom, no changing tables, closing of the pool after done raining, and late opening the following day, park lacked swings, the removal of trees with a clear view of a school, campsites well kept, bathrooms cleaned regularly, no bugs, pool and splash pad nice, dog park good, tent sites very small.

The landscaping needs attention. The grass was all weeds and even had a tall weed growing on our patio site. Employees were driving to fast with their golf carts. The laundry room smelt like sewage. It was convenient place to stay next to all the Dells has to offer.

The first time i brought my kids to this location my daughter was 3 and my son 5. We had a deluce cabin and we loved it. They had plenty to do. 2nd time i brought my mom and kids we loved it. 3rd time was not a charm. My daughter is 12 and we didnt really enjoy the stay. We had a cabin w no bathroom and the matress hurt us. The cabin is facing the woods that was scary. The only fun part was thepoo

Sorry to hear your daughter did not enjoy her stay. At the time of booking you selected a basic camping cabin which the description states there is no bathroom or linens. We recommend you trying out our deluxe cabins which include a bathroom. Sorry you felt scared with your cabin facing the woods.

The Wisconsin dell koa was great. Everyone was super kind and the campground was clean. The pool Is small for the size of the campground and often felt way overcrowded. That's really our only negative comment.

Campground not maintained. Grass was high, gravel pads had very little gravel…overall landscape was poor. We have stayed at many KOAs and by far this was the worst, especially for what we were charged.

Really liked the new spacious spots for the larger coaches. It would be great to NOT have to drive thru the Alice and Wonderland section of the park to get to the new section. That was sketchy with a 40 ft coach. Maybe have a check in at the new gate or let us swing around and go in thru the new gate. Great clean up after that horrible storm. Staff was great and friendly. Great location. No kids

Great location! Restrooms near main building were usually clean but everything was always wet due to condensation. The bathrooms and laundry could use some AC. Store was well stocked!

I had a great time. The only reason I'm not likely to recommend is a I rarely recommend things. If someone were to ask me where I like to stay, I'd recommend it. Otherwise, I would not.

We throughly enjoyed our time at the Wisconsin Dells KOA. We will be back. The campground is very nice . The only negative thing to mention is while we were there we had campfire tongs and hot dog coolers stolen. In no way does this reflect on the campground or the services they provide . People need to be aware that people who camp are not typically thieves but thieves do sometimes camp.

My stay was generally pretty good. My main complaint is that when I reserve my cabin I asked for a handicap friendly cabin. Specifically requesting a ramp. I was told that they had 1 cabin that could accommodate and that they would reserve it for me. I was greatly disappointed when I was told when I got there that no cabins have any ramps at any of their cabins. This was greatly upsetting.

The train tracks are not advertised for good reason as they are throughout the night and loud around the camp ground. They only have basic amenities like pool, small park for kids, dog area, and a small pavilion that they hosted an ice cream social to buy ice cream and watch a movie one night. I wish there was more signage to know where things were and for there to be more amenities.

We have stayed at this KOA MANY TIMES, we've also been going to the Dells for well over 45 years, and have stayed at many places, it's really too bad that the current management/owner has really let this place fall to pieces. We used to enjoy it. Now it seems they only care about money and making a whole new section instead of keeping up with what they already had. Also, Oscar was very rude.

Sorta disappointed that splash pad items were broken Pool seemed dirty ( tree stuff) I would be fun for kids to have spinning targets to shoot at in pool area instead of one another. Kids aim isn’t the greatest and hit other adults in face.

With us staying on the new side of camp you always expect some hiccups. We had a couple power outages that Oscar handled with upmost professionalism and compassion with it being potentially the hottest week of the year. He alone made us never question wanting to come back!

We enjoy the stay very much, the campsite was packed but it didn't feel overwhelming. Only detail I'd advice would be increasing the cleaning of the restrooms, at the end of the day they were pretty messy.

Overall, it's a pretty nice place and the service was outstanding. Our back-in RV sites were a little tight to get in to. Our neighbor wasn't comfortable having a fire as they thought it was too close to our camper. There's a lot of nice looking cabins. Some train activity but it didn't keep us up. Best part of this campground is that your 5 minutes from the downtown area.

Sites were not kept up. Grass was not mowed, sites were not clean, fire pit was 5 ft from next door sites electrical pedestal so we could not have a fire. Bathroom/shower house was not kept up with cleanliness. It was clear that the campground has been focusing on their newer section. The only saving grace was the maintenance gentlemen dur the week, who was attentive.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Made our children very happy. The kids absolutely want to come back. This campsite went above and beyond for the kids. Safe enough that we didn’t have to stay next to the children. We will be back again for sure

Donna, in the front office - AMAZING!! Lance the site escort fun. Bathrooms clean. However site 65 had so many ant hills it was hard to find a spot to put tent and sit without them crawling all over you. Requested 4 times for someone to spray and it never happened. There is also a train that runs in front of grounds 24 hrs a day.

Paid premium price for a patio and dog pen, was so dirty with dried mud I couldn’t let my dog lay on the patio. No grass just dirt and lots of weeds. Very poorly maintained.

If you're in the Dells it's overall a good place to stay. I would have rated 4 or 5 stars, but they have a very anti-EV policy. They claim their grid can't handle it, but my Electrical Engineering degree doesn't believe for a second that they can't handle a few EVs plugged into 110 outlets, pulling the wattage of a microwave. This archaic policy will drive people away, starting with me.

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying here with our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad along with the complimentary coffee each morning. The only downside was that it is right next to the Amtrak train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest grabbing a pair of complimentary earplugs from the office.

Very clean, very nice staff, lots of activities for kids. Pool and play ground was a hit, did I mention they have a movie on Fridays. Wish there was a hot tub will the kids swim. Will be back for sure
