The new camping area is excellent! Very clean and easy to access. We have stayed here before and knew about the trains and that is not an issue. Only disappointment is "Pet Play" areas by the camper. There were unattended dogs barking quite a few times during our stay as early as 6:30am. Not sure of a solution but maybe a reminder at check-in, and signs on fences not to leave dogs unattende

Stayed for an overnight, it was a large pull thru. Perfect! However, we arrived late after office hours. We navigated the map okay. The roads in that campground are so small. Navigating the map, and the roads to our site with a 36’ class A was a bit tricky. Probably the hardest campground I’ve ever had to get into at night. Staff was nice when we chatted in the morning. We would come back.

Great location, close to everything Dells. Not big rig friendly tho, roads are narrow and winding. Sites are also very narrow as my awning reached the camper next door

Beautiful campground. Our site was dirty with dirt all over the patio but that was because they were redoing the retention pond. I would have expected a better clean up before we used the lot. But all in all the campground is very nice.

Well maintained, clean bathrooms & showers, very nice camp store. We were in the new area. Only downside is the noise from the freight & Metra trains going by, about 100 yards from the campsite.

The hours for the pool could be better.. 8am-8pm is what they used to be and now it's 10-8?? At least close at 9pm... Also the service has gone downhill.. koa was a nice campground and they picked up the trash for you.. Now you do it yourself? Also overpriced

Rented 2 cabins for 4 nights. Mattresses were not very comfortable for longer stays so 4 nignts was about the max for us. Other than that the facility was great and we had an awesome time in the dells. We would definitely return for a similar 3 or 4 night stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful; several activities for all family members in which to partake. This is our 2nd stay when visiting the Dells and will do so again.

The spots are so small, we couldn’t even set up our screen tent. Dog parks aren’t clean, I understand it’s the owners not picking up after. Still didn’t want my dogs running around in it. Splash pad was a big hit, wish the store would carry noodles for the pool to buy. Not one of the better KOA I have stayed at. Staff were very friendly. Trains shook the RV in the middle of the night. We love going to KOA campgrounds! We came with two other families, the sites here are a bit tight, made it difficult to have a fire with more than two people sitting around it. The office staff we encountered were not the friendliest or very helpful. The pool could use some updates, the bottom is very rough.

The television would not work, the internet connection was slow or bad and nothing would load. The AC unit had a off odor.

Highlights: new dog park area! Improvements: Entrance is not big rig friendly! Tight corners to get to newly constructed area. Should direct big rigs into new exit. Many sites in new area temporarily flooded after a heavy rain. Drainage ponds in front of patio sites. With green pollen on surface. Fire pit in concrete three feet from opened slide. Design flaw. Site 21. Better in Baraboo.

Delay in taking us to our site. No shade during really hot weather — plus backed up right below the dog park Would have asked for another site if I’d known it was below the dog park. Site was not level & there was really no way to go forward or backward to get level .

Very spotty internet or no internet at all. Pool was not heated although it’s advertised as such. I had a few complaints which were not really heard by staff. They say safety is of utmost importance however when big RVs had to be escorted they were the priority not safety of children on bikes. If you’re a big rig class A with four slides and your put in the old part of the campground your not going to be happy. Sites are super tight. Grass hadn’t been mowed in days and was act6 inches tall around the coach. Fire hazard oh you use a Auqa Hot since the exhaust burns the grass! As a KOA VIP we were very disappointed in this park. Stayed in KOA journeys that were in better shape!

Office staff were pleasant. Upon arrival I requested a spot in the new, lower, section. I was informed that none were available and I was given a spot in the upper section. This spot #80 was not wide enough for a motor home with 4 slides. I had to walk under the one neighbors awning to get by and step over the other neighbors water line. I had to move the table to get to my propane tank.

Several maintenance issues with cabin. Grounds in general were unsightly with weeds and overgrown foliage. Very expensive cabin so I expected better.

Friendly staff, good location, and a fun place to hold our family reunion. The cost is a bit high for what you get with the cabins and such a confined space. The pickleball court was great... please add more!

Beautiful park. If you are a family with children, we highly recommend staying here. We're an older couple and did not use any of the amenities available but they certainly looked inviting. Only negative was that our site was right at the entrance which just happens to be right across from the railroad tracks. However, it did not affect our sleep as we carry a sound machine just for this issue

We stay every year at this KOA when we come to the Wisconsin dells. We loved our stay and our only disappointment was that the campground no longer takes our trash but otherwise things were wonderful and clean

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lots of fun in the pool. The little cabin we stayed in was perfect...the porch was perfect on a rainy day, beds were comfortable, the a/c worked great as well as the mini fridge. The only disturbances were some guests with dogs. Specially, a couple of dogs at a site across from the camp store and playground barked almost constantly at people passing.

I understand your wanting to expand and grow but we weee on B17 and just found it to be muddy and full of weeds There were plenty of developed sites in other parts of the campground and I wish that we could have been assigned one of those for our three day stay If we stay here in the future we will definitely ask for a site in better condition

We were in the new area that just opened. Site was long enough for 45’motorhome towing. Due to torrential rains our patio was underwater. Not every site was flooded. Drainage needs to be addressed on sites S19 & 20. We will come again and request a different site.

I came back after having a good experience last year. This year was horrible, they gave me a site that was on a hill so the tent felt sloped when trying to lay down. The ground was covered in sticks, not a flat surface like last time. The bathrooms weren't as clean either. The lady checking me in gave me a smart remark also about the amount of cars I was checking in.

Great visit. Campground near all the Dells action. Sites were a little close together but that's okay - campground was very clean and well designed. Best part - ALL staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Great little store, too. Thanks for a memorable trip!

We stayed July 11 - July 13 in one of the new back in sites and had a good time cooking over the fire pit and sitting by the fire. Site was level, wide and well kept. It did not bother us, but you're close to a train track that runs several times throughout the day.

The staff wasn’t all that welcoming, the campground was nice and had a lot of things for us and the kids to do. But the staff wasn’t very friendly and it made us feel like we were bothering them anytime we had a question or to go into the store to talk to any of them. Other than that the campground was nice and the sites are decent enough! It’s very close to plenty of awesome things to do.

There was small amounts of trash at my site that could have been picked up if the person would get off the golf cart walk around the timber are rotting and it really needs rake the leaves and site would look a lot better

Ruth and Lance where great welcoming workers. The bathroom not clean. Only at the morning restrooms not thru day. soap dispenser broke in one stall and toiletnot flushing in the other. Need to monitor during the day. Guy drives thru campground once a day thinking he sees everything, no not at all. (owner or head director). sites need weed wacking and lawn service. campground close to downtown.

Everything was great, no complaints. My only 2 suggestions would be: that the store/front check-in should be open later than 6. I have been to KOAs where it is open until 9. Also, it would be nice if there was a fence along the 2 sides against the roads. Thank you.

Huge place, great WiFi, and friendly staff. There was a lot to do in campsite. We loved the gas grill and dog run on our spot. We will be back.

I can't speak for the cabins because we brought our RV but the campground was great! We were near the seasonal sites and it was peaceful, near the pickle ball courts which are very nice and a doable walk to the pool. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience staying here with our group. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad along with the complimentary coffee each morning. The only downside was that it is right next to the Amtrak train tracks. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest grabbing a pair of complimentary earplugs from the office.

Very clean, very nice staff, lots of activities for kids. Pool and play ground was a hit, did I mention they have a movie on Fridays. Wish there was a hot tub will the kids swim. Will be back for sure
