We love staying at WI Dells KOA. The campground and amenities are always clean. The staff is always helpful, responsive, and super friendly. So much to do in the area before a restful evening by the fire. Thank you for never disappointing!

It was our first time staying at a KOA, and all I can say is that if every KOA is like the Wisconsin Dells Holiday KOA, we'll always be booking our camping stays at KOAs. The staff was super friendly and helpful, very engaged with campers. We really enjoyed the interactions with them and the extra activities the KOA offers, especially close to Halloween.

The trip was great. The campground clean and our tent site was great. The showers could of been a little warmer inside. Would definatetely stay her again summer or fall Mother and son

We've stayed here previously an always enjoyed it. This time was a little different. Campsite was very nice. BUT....the restrooms on the new part of the campground, did not look like they were cleaned everyday. Unusual for a KOA. An there are signs for owners of pets, to keep them under control, no excessive barking, etc, Signs should be made for parents not supervising there toddlers

We chose to stay at the Dells KOA and spend a little extra money, rather than staying at one of the State parks. For that extra money we expected clean, heated bathrooms. This was not the case. The toilet/sink only bathrooms were OK, but the shower units were absolutely not OK. They had dirty showers and shower curtains and looked as if they had not been cleaned for some time.

Welcoming from the get go. We stayed in a glamping tent and it had everything we needed including a half bath. They had live music and Halloween events. It was a great experience and stay.

This was our 2nd stay here in a year both in Mid October. This is probably of our favorite KOA. Our family have traveled across many states in our 5th wheel and have stayed at numerous KOA's. The new manager (I forgot his name) is fantastic. He is a great addition to your brand. I hope he is there when we check in again in late May 2027. Thanks for another great trip.

The cabin was nice. The booking thru the website was a little deceiving. I was looking at a cabin with a loft & 95% of the pictures were of that cabin, yet once I booked it, I apparently got one with bunk beds instead. The staff & grounds were very nice though. The wifi for the TV was literally unusable. I wish they'd have it at least hooked up to a local antenna to watch TV that doesn't need wifi

Convenient to Dells attractions. Well spaced sites. Plenty of amenities. We stayed here 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. Helpful and attentive staff. Well stocked camp store. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were clean and functional. Utilities on site were easy to access and worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

We have a 45 ft RV and getting in was a bit tight to maneuver around corners to get into the pull through sites and had to back up to get out of the gate from S row.

My Dog and I ended up stating 2 extra nights because the cabin and facilities were awesome. The staff was amazing, great showers and bathrooms, and the laundry room onsite was clean, and inexpensive. So much to do in the area and several restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

The host a husband and wife team were so nice and helpful! They stayed a little late to help check us in. And were so kind and helpful. We appreciate it very much. In today's world customer service is dead. And they proved it was alive and well at your KOA. Thank you.

We loved our cabin, it was very clean and new. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the Halloween decorating contest and trick or treating. There was also a social we attended that allowed us to meet other campers and staff. Overall I was impressed with the communication from the KOA letting us know when things were happening. No pressure weekend for sure.

3 nights back-in w/full hook-ups and Paw Pen. Helpful staff. Loved having a fenced “yard” for our dog! Our site, at far north end of park, had gas grill (great!), patio, fire pit, table/chairs & rocking chairs. Best WiFi ever! Close to restrooms/showers & laundry. Only 1 negative - a big one. Our site backed to a noisy road & very noisy RR tracks/lots of trains! Love the park. Hated the noi

Friendly hard working folks made our stay a pleasure. Lovely hilly campground. So glad we discovered the little cabins with bathrooms. There is a train that passes by at bedtime and dawn for those who are sensitive. Priced accordingly though.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Halloween weekend during the campground's end-of-season stay, and we had an amazing experience! We originally booked one cabin but were given the opportunity to upgrade after our first night, which made our trip even better.A special thank-you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about making our experience memorable, and his kindness and customer service did not go unnoticed.We couldn't recommend this campground enough! If you're looking for a welcoming campground with great accommodations and outstanding staff, this is the place to go. Thank you, Daniel and the entire KOA team, for making our Halloween getaway so special. We will definitely be back! 🎃❤️

Eric and the entire team are amazing and have an amazing set up. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins, thinking we had booked of the rustic cabins so the “surprise upgrade” was very welcomed and the price was perfect and the cabin was even better. Our toddler slept in her own big girl bed (the bunk bed) for the first time on her first “camping” trip and did amazing! She loved the playground and exploring the “rocks” on our hikes. We will be booking this same KOA next time we come out to the Dells for sure! Thank you for the amazing family memories!
