The camp was incredibly clean with a great view of the water. Our cabin was quaint, clean, and had a ton of amenities, ie coffee, tea, dishes, shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc. I would recommend to stay here.

Cabin was clean which I appreciate. My perception is based off of electric car driver. This region does not have fast chargers so you have to go pretty far out of your way and you can’t charge your car overnight at the KOA so I will probably stay somewhere that I can at least plug in overnight. Otherwise, I was happy with a clean cabin and fresh linens.

We had a great stay in one of the cabins-it’s our 3rd year in a row coming back for their customer appreciation weekend and such a great deal! Kudos to Mandy for saving the day and retrieving a lost earring that went under the deck through the slats-she went above and beyond. Actually everyone was so friendly there-will 100% recommend!

I stayed in a Kampin Kabin over night in my way through town. Everything in the park was very clean and well maintained and the fact it was near the end of the season shows that the owners and staff take great pride in this park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool was closed, which was hard in 95+ weather. There was only the playground, no basketball court or jumping pillow ir anything else for kids. Or cabin had several wasp nests, so we were swarmed. Burn ban meant no campfire or grill, but we couldn't cook in the cabin, so had the extra expense of eating out, unplanned.couldnt charge our ev, and got scolded, even though it wasn't posted anywhere

We have stayed at this campground many times over the years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed this year that the pool had been closed for the season just shortly before Labor Day. We probably wouldn’t have stayed if we had known. Also the inflatable jump pad was gone. Both of those were our kids favorites. Should have offered a discount. It was too expensive this yea

It was very quiet:). The cabin mattresses are getting lumpy. They are not as comfortable anymore. The bathrooms were somewhat dirty. Other than that it was great. We have been coming here for years.

very clean cabin, very nice grounds team, grass was green, the HWY 20 was closed so not many campers, but that was somewhat nice for us, The two ladies in the camp store were very helpful and nice.

Would have loved to see more activities available for kids especially with the pool being closed. One example would have been to have the bikes be free. Honestly, charging $10 per hour is a little crazy for old bikes anyway. We definitely prefer the KOA in Leavenworth!

We have been coming to the Winthrop KOA every few years for over 15 yes now; it’s a great place for the family to relax and enjoy all the area has to offer!

The weather was very hot and the pool wasn't open. Was given many reasons why it was closed but it looked fine. The roads during stays in previous years were wet down to keep the dust down but not this year. The store had minimal hours and wasn't stocked with much. Have been coming to the winthrop koa for approx 25 years but may find a new location to visit next year

A few disappointments: pool was closed (AGAIN) with no warning which honestly may have changed my plans had I known. Not enough free family activities/things to do on site. With the pool closed we had to drive to lake almost everyday. I have a special needs son who couldn't manage the river access, I was hoping to not leave KOA at all. Laundry was a pain too. The bathrooms were clean cabin too.

It was our first time staying here. The staff was great! We were in a cabin and it was perfect! It was beautiful and so clean and tidy! It had a fenced yard surrounding it which was great for our dog. The river is right next to the KOA which was perfect for a dip to cool off. The town was very cute western style. The north cascades were not very far either. Overall a great stay! A must!

The campground is great, the staff was FANTASTIC for as much as they could do. The pool being closed was a huge disappointment that’s one of the main reasons we stay here and pay more than a typical campground also the bees around camp were insane all 10 of our group got stung at least once.

Unfortunately the cabin was very dirty, food and wrapper under one of the bunks and the floors under the beds were filthy. Stayed here many times over the last 30 years and never experienced clealiness issues before.

We have been going to this KOA for years and it wasn't as nice as we have experienced in past years. The pool was dirty, lawns definitely wern't as green. Although we didn't utilize it this year, the KOA always had their own shuttle for tubing in the past. It appears now they are using an outside service. That ant the office/store closed at 5:00

We have stayed at the Winthrop KOA multiple times and normally, we love it. Our last experience wasn't great. We booked a deluxe cabin since we have a baby. We got there and the a/c was barely working. I brought a thermometer from home and it was 89 F in the cabin. We asked the front for a replacement / extra they didn't have one. We ended up leaving. They did give us a full refund though!!

My reservation was not honored. They gave our cabin to another family after I had already made a reservation the day before. Not happy. The campground is beautiful but the staff royally screwed us and told us there was nothing they could do

I wondered while there if perhaps this KOA is under new ownership? The landscaping is now weeds , pool area is coming apart in chunks, and only a soda fridge in store . I don’t appt when asking for help with accommodations that the response is it would be a hassle for them to have to turnover another cabin . I first stayed here 12 years ago and this is the first time I felt discouraged.

Nice little spot in Winthrop. Cabins were simple, but clean and plenty of room. Bathrooms were clean and showers were nice. Would def stay here again if I come thru the area.

Only stayed 2 nights in a cabin. But it was perfect location in terms of being near town and the lake. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We had a great 3 night stay in a deluxe cabin at Winthrop Washington Koa. Can't wait for our 5 night stay in August in Warrenton Oregon Koa. We have been using Koa for over 40 plus years. Love all the amenities and so far so good, Nothing but great service at all.

I thought the cabins were overpriced for only having beds and a fan and nothing else in them. Also bummed that the jumping pillow was gone. Besides that we had a great stay and it is a really fun place to stay with kids.

We had a basic cabin with a river view. Friendly staff and clean washroom. Guest laundry was clean the only thing we missed a table to fold the clothing. New showers and restroom. We bought firewood and that was the best we ever had. Diablo lake and the washington overlook in Northern Cascades where beautiful. Village of Winthrop western we had lunch at the old school brewery great beers chicken

The campsite was pretty big and spacious, close to the river - which we loved! It was also very easy to find/ clearly marked, so we didn't have trouble finding the location. We were happy that it was very clean campground and the shower/bathrooms were clean as well. Close to Manzama if parties like to come from out of town to rock climb. Would highly come back to this KOA and recommend to others!

My friends and I stayed for an overnight before a trail run nearby and had a great visit. Our cabin was clean, warm, and quiet. The bathrooms were a delight, clean, heated, and comfortable.
