Staff are always nice and helpful. The air conditioned cabins are excellent. Been going to the Winthrop KOA for about 25 years and it has just gotten better.

party people till late at night with vulgar language. had little kids with us. someone puking on dirt road filthy bathrooms. saw girls cleaning go in. a while later came out. went to use. still filthy. trash, floor, showers nope won't come back

Cabins were great, very well equipped. Amenities were nice, pool, bouncy house was great for kids just the sites were a little closer than what I was used to. Very close to town, floated the River which was nice

* Excessive Noise: Loud music and screeching sounds persisted until 12:30 AM, disrupting our sleep. Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 4 nights that had great air conditioning which was needed. Great KOA with well kept grounds. Excellent and very friendly staff. A river runs the length of the campground for easy rafting/tubing, and fishing. A portion of the town is within easy walking distance, the remainder about 2 minutes away by vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

We’ve been camping at the Winthrop KOA for 40 years. You are the best. So many good memories. This year we had 4 generations camping together. So thankful.

I planed to stay and leave on the 8th. I was only booked till the 7th. On the 7th the grounds guy was walking around and telling people in our group that we are going to be charged a late check out charge. He could have said hey do you guys know what time it is or at least been curious when asking. Like I said a few of us thought we were booked to leave on the 8th of July. We had a large group.

My only complaint is that i have been camping here for 25 years and the grounds used to be well watered and green and now the campsites are dusty and many have been replaced with gravel.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home. I appreciate their willingness to help with any problems. They also are a well of knowledge about the surrounding area!

Stayed in the covered wagon, it was comfortable and roomy. Bedding was nice, and clean. AC was definitely needed. I would recommend bringing a little fan and a grill cover for the fire pit if you plan to use it for cooking. Bathrooms were nice, well kept and stocked. Pool river and other activities were great. I wish the campground was darker at night for stargazing. Staff is kind and helpful

Friendly staff, great location easy walk or bike ride to town. Clean bathrooms/showers. This was a great base camp for my first time Winthrop Gravel ride adventure. I was able to rest and recover well each night and ready for my day. Knowing I had a cabin to come back to each day really added to my successful trip. Thank You!!!!

We had a great time there, the cabin was clean, the staff was friendly. The bathrooms were also cleaned frequently. No annoying loud neighbors. And we love the Winthrop area, got to go see the rodeo, learn some line dancing, go on some great hikes. Highly recommended!

It was not crowded at all. The buildings and grounds are very well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We are planning on coming back again just because it was such a nice visit

It was ok, there's not a lot to do at the campground. We used to go to KOA's and they would have a pancake breakfast on the weekends, normally an ice cream social at night. Nothing anymore. Winthrop the town didn't have much to offer for the Memorial Day weekend either. Some of the places were closed for the weekend.

This is a very special KOA. I have been vacationing here since 1990. It is always clean. The people,staff and customers alike, are friendly and helpful. As a solo senior traveler, I always feel safe here. And the river is right there! This is my go-to place for letting the world move by.

KOA staff friendly. Pool hours changed to close at 8pm which is a bit early. Suggest providing a bike rack if staff does not want bikes on sidewalk or grass by main bathroom. If you ride your bike from the campsite to the bathroom there is no where to put bike, but on grass or sidewalk. I understand the need to keep that area clear, a bike rack would fix problem. Bathrooms needed cleaning.

My family and I stayed in a camping cabin. It was a cute little cabin that was very clean when we walked in. The bathrooms were very close by and they had a lot of activities for the kids to play. You could hear the river from the cabin and it was only feet away. We are definitely coming back!

We reserved an RV Site, cabin and covered wagon. Everyone was happy with their lodging. Wish our sites were a little closer together but it was a holiday weekend. Kids loved the bouncy pad.

Beautiful spot by the Methow River! Great cabins with covered porches. Fun group cooking area with hot water and very good sinks. Super bathrooms with private rooms with showers!

It was great, thanks for the extras - heater and can of coffee in the cabin! I only wish I had brought sheets and a pillow, although my sleeping bag was fine :) . Lovely spot.

The cabin and restrooms were extremely clean. The only issue we had was the TV and we were fine without it. Just wish we hadn't paid extra for it. The staff were wonderful.

The campground is a shadow of what it was since the Meyers sold it a number of years back. It is poorly maintained and the bathrooms barely cleaned. Our cabin was in disrepair with both the door and screen door off kilter with significant gaps that would have easily allowed mice and bugs to come in freely, luckily we didn't see any. The last few years the pool closed since August?!?

My friends and I stayed for an overnight before a trail run nearby and had a great visit. Our cabin was clean, warm, and quiet. The bathrooms were a delight, clean, heated, and comfortable.
