Excellent stop along the way, it is right on the highway, so it can be noisy, but; the sites are nice, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the pool and water park are amazing for kids. We will definitely stay again on our next trip through Winnipeg.

The owners (?) /managers were helpful and friendly. The bathrooms and showers were clean. Sadly there are only two washers and two dryers so there were lots of people waiting to use the equipment. If the pool were open earlier or closed later I would have used it. The K-9 camp was wonderful! And sadly they can't help the location being noisy due to highway noise.

Second stay a KOA West Winnipeg. Nice clean park. Great staff, clean washrooms/showers. Quiet park. Would stay again on our way to visit family in N. Alberta.

We had a perfect spot for our large rig. We enjoyed using the dog park. We ordered the butter chicken and curried chicken for our last day, and it was really delicious. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even though there was a massive lightning storm that knocked out the power to three surrounding towns.

The front office staff made every effort to ensure that our stay was successful, from the minute we arrived and for each additional question and request we made. A special bonus was the fact that home cooked Curries could be ordered for later consumption. Highly recommend this family as good KOA hosts.

Lots of road noise. Not a great smell. Felt like an old, dated KOA. Adequate for a 1 night stay passing through.

One night stay. Staff were amazing but the site was disappointing. Very poor drainage and a foul smell. There was a heavy rain storm that passed through overnight which severely flooded some campsites. I would not choose to stay again.

Our stay was great! The staff were very help and pleasant recommended things to see and do in Winnipeg which we really enjoyed. We would for sure tell our family and friends about this campground.

We were there for two nights. This spot provided what we needed, ie a campground with access to Winnipeg. But as my daughter out it, “it doesn’t have the KOA vibe”. It felt like a gas station that happened to have a campground attached.

It was a great rv park amd we loved the dog area for our pets!! Only one recommendation - it needs better wifi service.

People in front office/store were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. Also had a splash pad for the little ones to enjoy. Easy to pitch tent and park car next to site. On the flip side, it definitely needed more restrooms (toilets) and showers. At one point one of 4 possible toilets was down. Also, they may want to ensure sites are clean between uses.

We have stayed there a few times.The last time we were in site 3 .That was awhile go and I complained about a sewage smell. We got site 4 this time and same sewage smell. We have a 28 ft trailer and he was putting smaller ones in nicer spots. We will stay again only not in sites 1to6. The rest of the campsite is looked after very well

The Winnipeg West KOA is perfect for an overnight stay and then continuing on your journey. It has full hook up, Laundry, Showers and Washrooms and a small pool. It's downside if you are planning to stay for any length of time is that it is located right next to the Trans Canada Hwy and therefore has non stop the traffic noise. Just depends on what you are looking for.

Nice campground, all the amenities you need and a pool too (although I didn’t use it). Shower /bathrooms were nice and clean. A bit noisy in a tent as it is right next to the highway and train lines which are busy all night, but I knew that when booking, so no big deal! Office staff were super helpful! Thanks!

It has most of the features expected of a KOA but sits right beside a busy main highway and highway noise is there 24/7 with transport trucks.

We where very excited when we first booked this campground. I love fishing and there was fly fishing just a quick walk from our campground, what they didn’t explain was that you had to travers through a swamp to get to the river. I was very let down on the this and we definitely won’t be booking here again

Propriétaires gentils et serviables. Terrains très grands. Camping bruyant à cause de la route à proximité mais on s'habitue au bruit. Facile d'aller au centre des activités même si à 20 km.

This KOA did not meet my expectations. The pool was not heated. There was no playing field. The website said they have a cafe with Indian dishes and pizza for purchase but they only had frozen pizza. They also did not have any organized activities.

We had a great time. Camp ground was spotlessly clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Expensive, but you couldn't ask for a better hookup situation. Very easy to get in and out of. Staff are super friendly. Easy access right off the highway (you do hear the highway at night).

Our first time was beginning summer. We went back 2 more times for week both times. Took our family out the last time . The bathroom and showers are kept very clean we loved it. Will be going back alot more next year. Thank you Management you are wonderful people
