Wilmington KOA Holiday earned KOA’s World Class Guest Service award. This award recognizes campgrounds with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70 or higher. An NPS score measures customer satisfaction and loyalty by asking them how likely they are to recommend a business to a friend. We are proud to maintain a score above 90.
This recognition places Wilmington KOA among KOA’s top-performing campgrounds nationwide and reflects our commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
In 2025, Wilmington KOA Holiday earned the RV LIFE Best of the Best campground recognition. This award is based on reviews from real RVers. Over 20,000 campgrounds are listed on the RV LIFE platform, and Wilmington KOA ranks in the top 25%.
That doesn't mean this area has to always be empty. When you start reviewing camping options, your history will display here to help compare sites and find the best stay. You will be able to share your stay information with friends or family and save it for a later time if you have a KOA Account.
