Campers and guests can help campgrounds get the Rising Star Award. When you complete the surveys requesting feedback about your stay, the information and results get reviewed by KOA. The KOA campground that demonstrates the most exceptional growth, guest services and initiative receives this rising star award. This is determined using a net promoter score(NPS) and camper reviews.
The new campground with the most significant improvement since its opening is eligible to receive the KOA Rising Star Award.
