We stayed 3 days with out our daughter and another family and unfortunately it rained and our site was in mud the whole time. We were unable to enjoy our site and found ourselves setting up camp at our friends site next door. Site 189 is low lying and gets flooded easily. Also the view from our camper wasn’t the best. We backed a storage area for campers and trailers.

This was my first time camping and was happy we selected Lion Safari camping. It was great, throughly enjoyed it, will come again.

It was our first camp in the new RV, site was spacious, with concrete patio and picnic table with seats, hookups were good 50/30/15. Water pressure ok, sewer connection good, but needed a donut for tight connection, close to the park, where we heard the lions roaring and monkeys howling. Plenty of space for the truck and rv, lots of things to do, unfortunately rained all the time.

Unlike other rv campgrounds, KOA doesn’t have an enclosed area for children to play if it’s rainy; other campgrounds offer ping pong tables, scavenger hunts, family activities, to name a few. This park is more expensive that most others that have offered this, the staff is easily annoyed when asked questions (no smiles), the WiFi is unstable. Pool is nice, and monkey/lion sounds were great.

Manager Kathy chooses which customers she’s courteous & treats respectfully. Unfortunately, my family and I didn’t fit her criteria. She made our stay very uncomfortable along with other staff members. Kathy canceled one of my reservations claiming that she didn’t have space. But, my friends husband who stayed over BECAUSE I RECOMENDED the KOA; told me that there were empty spots his entire

It was cold but the pool temperature was great 84 degrés so we did enjoyed the swimming � the place is nice and quiet .we loved this KOA

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for our grandsons medical treatment. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We will be staying there for future treatments.

Large but spacious KOA. We were there only overnight as we were on our way to Florida Keys, but we very likely to book again. Woke up to lions roaring! Very nice staff!

We enjoyed our time at this location. The Safari was wonderful. The camp sites and facilities were clean. It was really fun to hear the lions in the morning from our campsite

Good place to stay in the Loxahatchee/Wellington area. Has a wide assortment of amenities all in decent condition. One negative is some of the sites the ground isn’t very stable and you need to relevel your rig every few days. Second negative is the Lion Country Safari next door starts cleaning their driveways very early, with leaf blowers, which doesn’t allow one to sleep late past 7

We were placed in the middle of the campground, nearby very noisy campers. It would have been nice to be in a quieter area, as it was not very full during our stay. We loved the campground overall, but will most likely not return because it was such a high nightly rate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating when I requested a site closer to the restroom and pool facilities for my husband with bad knees. The restrooms were spotless. The dog park was huge and clean. The only thing I would have liked more was to have some activities for my grandsons.

It was our 2nd time staying and we had an amazing time, start to finish!! The entire staff is absolutely incredible and they all go above and beyond to make everything perfect for their guests. It's a well maintained, expansive, beautiful property, w/great dog park & amenities! Hearing the lions roar from our rv/site was icing on the cake! We will definitely be regular visitors from now on!

This place was amazing. I honestly don't see how this place wasn't packed out. Great pool and other play areas. We stayed there for half a week, but we plan on going back because everything was amazing and the area was great. Kids had an amazing time. You really can hear the animals next door like monkeys and lions. Very unique and cool. Staff very friendly. Place very clean. Pool crystal clear.
