We stayed two nights for my wife's birthday. Rented one of the sites with its own private dog park which our 4 dogs loved. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a nice little store, and they filled up our propane tank at my request prior to showing us to our campsite. The nice clean private restroom with shower is awesome and great water pressure. Would recommend staying at this KOA

Nice flat sight, hosts were great.Even got a guided trip to the site. They serve pizza and we ordered, and they actually even delivered it to our unit. I've downgraded it from a 5 to a 4 jbecause of the way you have to exit, it's very difficult with a big rig, very tight turns a very steep hill, followed by a sharp left with huge boulders on the side.Yelling 'm here to damage your motor home

Sites in the new area are long for a large 5th wheel camper and nice spacing between the other camper sites. Also a new bathroom and laundry building in the new area. Would be good to have

Tough to find the entrance and office in the dark!!! Night attendant was VERY helpful once we found the office.

My stay was very quick. I arrived late and had to leave early the next morning. I made my reservation over the phone and the staff were very friendly and eager to help. There was even a follow up call to make sure that I made the proper reservation. Everything was ready for me with a map directing me to my spot that was left in the after hours box. Very nice.

First time at West Omaha KOA. Last minute booking. Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Halloween activities for kids were a great addition. Plan to go back in the future.

We took our kids for a Halloween event weekend. When we arrived, they had changed and condensed all the events originally listed on the app, not a huge deal. However, they further canceled about half of them during the day without notice onsite. There were a lot of upset kids. The camp site, campers and playground were nice. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. Overall, disappointing weekend.

We camped at KOA during this time because of the Halloween activities. Most activities did not take place. Please don't advertise activities if you are not going to have them. My family was really disappointed.

This is the second time we've stayed at this campground! It is very clean, we love the dog park, and all of the activities for kids (ours are grown but we love to see this)! We plan to stay here again!

I loved how nice the drive through lots were. I liked how close i was to the showers/restroom All the workers were super nice, and helpful. I will for sure will stay here next time I'm in town and bring my family.

We passed through West Omaha/NE Lincoln KOA at the beginning of our trip and on the return home. We didn't have a clue about the site before hand and only chose it because of the reliability of the KOA brand name and our experience with them in other areas of the country. We weren't let down. A very open layout. Sites are easily accessible.

We spent 7 days here while exploring the Omaha area. Our site was spacious, clean, and convenient to the laundry. The staff were very welcoming.

We had a good time but it was not as smooth as years past. We specifically chose this weekend for the advertised Halloween activities but they said they weren’t following the corporate schedule and later provided an alternate one. Then they would still cancel without notice. We understand changes but were disappointed bc there was no reason to think they wouldn’t happen after getting the new p

The campground is very organized. Our spot was well shaded and we loved the cemented area with the burning pit at our site. The dog area was great, our dogs loved being able to go off leash and run. The showers/bathrooms were clean and spacious. We had a great time!!

Making the reservation and check in was easy. The staff was informative and friendly. There is something here for everyone. This is a FAMILY oriented facility. We arrived on “trick or treat” night, ghost, goblins and skeletons were all over. The sites are big and easy to access. This is a place to return to.

Was just an overnight stay. Grounds were clean, the staff were very nice, and restrooms were clean.

I enjoyed my stay, only concern was the water pressure to my site appeared to drop late at night. I got up around midnight and was unable to flush the toilet or wash my hands. Pressure was up by 6 am, so I was able to clear my holding tanks before my departure on Tuesday October 14. It would have been less stressful if there had been a notification if this was a scheduled outage.

We were in the new section so it's a 4, old section 2-3, pretty old. Pool is small but clean. Office not much souvenir-wise as some KOAs have but has basic stuff. Office staff polite and helpful, new section has a nice laundry (pictured). We would return but only to the new section.
