I stayed in a cabin. The entire cabin smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in there right before I arrived. The bathroom was the same smell. This was my first stay at a KOA and it will probably be my last. I was also charged a $20 pet fee which was not on my original charges. The pamphlet when you arrive also says pet friendly and does not mention the fee for having a pet. Do not reccomend.

Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. My only qualms this time was the temperature in the cabin. I was told the cabin was heated but it just had a small space heater that didn’t adequately heat the space. Was also lucky I didn’t bring my dogs as I had originally planned because the hot heater would have been dangerous for them. The staff are always so nice.

Loved the cabin but could use an in wall or on wall 120 volt heater with a fan. We were given a simple space heater. Had to make a fort with blankets to try and keep heat in. That worked and we love this KOA. Lil better way to heat the cabin would've been nice.

Disgusting. Dirty, sticky and grungy. Windows and screens in disrepair. Shameful to put someone in there!.It was bad enough to have our deluxe cabin taken away, two days before I was to arrive? Then give me the grunge cabin? I am getting very disappointed with KOA accommodations.

It was crowded and our cabin had a musty smell even though it was clean. We ran out of firewood and had to drive to the gas station to buy some. An older man came by and berated us for parking on the grass and then counted how many people were around the campfire. Made me feel like I was a teenager getting in trouble. It was really unnecessary.

The bathroom in cabin 10 has a broken seat. That need fixed for a long time. Maintenance needs a lot of work.it was fun for the kids.

This was my 3rd time staying in the cabins & I just loved it. Was a bit chilly this time & was so thankful a space heater was inside, kept me toasty warm throughout the night. Will be back next year!

My husband barely made it before you closed, but we had already arranged for a late check-in. He said he ended up in the same cabin we had in May of this year...very nice. He said all was great. Thank you.

Cabin was standard and clean. But no freshwater available near cabins except in bathroon and laundry room.

When I paid for my cabin I did so with the understanding that I was also paying the pet fee at the same time. Was surprised to find out that I would have to pay an additional $20 upon arrival to the campground. Very misleading. The amount for the pet fee wasn't disclosed on their website. My first KOA experience was a negative one and I will avoid when traveling with my camper in the future.

A very nice campground! Tons of stuff for the kids to do: jumpy pillow, park, mini golf, swimming pool, rent pedal trikes. And only half a mile from the outlet mall.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The pool was extremely clean and well cared for. Cabin was clean and air conditioning kept us cool. In the morning a sweet young boy brought me a fresh cup of hot coffee while I was enjoying the porch swing. We also enjoyed the activities and games provided.

The campground itself was nice. People were accommodating and friendly. We have brought our family there for several years. One thing I don’t agree with is the extra $10 to park your car there. That’s a pretty big expense for parking a car. That may cause us to go somewhere else. An idea is to have a outdoor area for Tenters and cabin rentals to wash dishes

Very nice people, loved the enclosed playground to keep the kids safe. Pool was great, Hunt Bros pizza was a great option for a hot dinner.

I arrived after hours. My night registration was all ready for me. Staff very friendly. Overnight stay in my trip. Cabins clean and cozy. Restrooms clean. Nice campground. I will be back on my return trip.

The cabin was awesome, the amenities were perfect for cabin camping. The staff was all stellar, the kids had endless fun things to do, swimming, pillow jumping, playground, mini-golf, outdoor movies, enjoying the firepit, buying bags of rocks to “mine” in the waters, sno-cones, bike riding, riding in buckets pulled by the golf carts, bingo, tie-dying shirts, foam party, sand art, guessing game

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
