We were here for one night. The reservation process online was very easy. The ladies in the office were kind and pleasant, very helpful. Our site was level, all the hookups worked perfectly. We were impressed with the pizza restaurant on site, the cleanliness of the grounds, the embracing of the older buildings which lend so much character, and the work being done to expand. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. The campground, bathrooms and showers have always been clean. We come here at least once a year.

Well kept RV Park with lots of amenities. Clean bathrooms and camp store with all the necessities as well as toys and souvenirs.

Our first time and it was really nice! The campground is under construction and making many improvements! Staff were very friendly! Definitely would like to come back to see all the new stuff!

We were rocking and rolling in our motorhome when we turned off of the road onto the very rough dirt/gravel drive into the campground. Other than that we had a pleasurable stay. We used the laundry room where 2 top load washers, 2 front load washers and 4 driers were easy to use. I was surprised to see deliveries from Amazon and other shippers were left on an unsecured table for the campers.

Love to pull into this location when traveling through 3-4x a year. Always clean and well organized. Welcoming staff. Thank you for another relaxing night.

Super easy pull through site, perfect for a one night stop. Enjoyed the small size dog park for my boy to get to sniff and run around a bit.

In general, this is a nice campground. We stayed in site #201 and it could use some work. The site slopes down on the non-camping side which makes keeping your footing difficult and we worried about falling. We travel with dogs and were disappointed that the very handy dog area was not closed in. The enclosed park was a hike for this senior. Also, both trash bins for dog waste were overflowing.

It was just fine for a one night stay, if traveling thru again we would most likely stay here again. The entrance is a little tough with a motorhome towing and I understand there is construction going on in the entrance area.

The only problems I have are the playground was locked and the entrance and exit are very narrow for big rigs. We had driven about 5 hours and my four year old couldn't play on the playground, we played on the volleyball court instead so we were able to get some energy out, but it would've been nice for him to play on the actual playground.

Some of the sites were a little tight to get into. My site #83 had a camper and vehicle parked perpendicular to my site that made manuevering somewhat difficult initially. When I left, the roof of my fifth wheel rubbed on a tree branch up 13 feet and tore my rubber roof. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the store was well stocked, overall a mostly good experience.

We booked online late on Easter Day. We arrived after hours. Still, our packet was in the designated spot and we were set. Some may have slacked off on a holiday. Not these folks. Very well done.

The only negative comment would be road condition. They had the equipment and material available to fix potholes in the road. Other than that, great place to stay.

They accommodated us well and worked with us on moving to another site after arrival. The road coming into the campground is in bad shape, needs some attention

We enjoyed our time at West Omaha/Lincoln KOA. Park was always clean. I love that we could sit our propane out & they come by an refill. I wish the playground was open all season, I understand the pool being closed but not the playground. Especially with having toddlers it would have been great to utilize it. The staff was nice, we only saw Brandi there during our stay & she was great!

Checked in after office hours; it was dark. Able to reach, I believe Rhonda, by phone. She was able to help me get a site for the evening and was very helpful. Fortunate to be able to stay overnight at this KOA, George

KOA Really needs a method of communicating campgrounds being improved. Physical services were great, well kept. Staff efficient and friendly.

Very accomodating with regard to changing spots and extending stay. Office/store open odd hours. Some long term campers with debris scattered about which should be cleaned up.

I stayed in a cabin. The entire cabin smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in there right before I arrived. The bathroom was the same smell. This was my first stay at a KOA and it will probably be my last. I was also charged a $20 pet fee which was not on my original charges. The pamphlet when you arrive also says pet friendly and does not mention the fee for having a pet. Do not reccomend.

This used to be a good place for us to stop, but this 2023 summer it was no longer well maintained. We were told it's under new management and the old owners did not have a permit for the pool so no one could use that. Seemed odd along with a few other things, but maybe it's just new owners trying to settle in. For a 1 night stay in an RV it's okay.

We stayed 3 months, Nov-Feb. dead of winter. Very reduced amenities, which is normal. Helpful staff. Had repeated issue with the camp’s 120 v gfi receptacle, kept popping, which would shut off the heated tape for the city water. Camp’s maintenance guy said it was my heated fresh water hose that was the problem. I got a new hose and the issue continued. Nitely charge of 80 bucks during winter s

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The campground felt more like a trailer park than a campground. So many seasonal sites and parkmodels. This was off season so it just was different. No lock wirh code on bathrooms which made me uncomfortable but made worse with a guy in the women's side.

I think the people running are very in professional the bathhouse has mold in the corners of all the showers the prices of the camp ground is super high and the roads are a mud pit and there is a pile of gravel there and they have a skid steer maintenance just lazy for price point terrible campground

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
