This was a last-minute decision to camp for the Memorial Day weekend. The campsite guides went over and above helping us get landed in our site. Very courteous and patient. One guide in particular noticed an adjustment was needed on our camper. I was able to remedy this during our stay. The ladies in the office were attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. We will be back.

When we arrived the Harley we were towing wouldn’t start….one of the guys came and put a trickler on the battery….sure enough that was the problem. Someone else came and offered to drive us to the grocery store. They have the most wonderful people working there and they have the BEST PIZZA!! Will definitely be back!!! 15 STARS!!!!

Great park for the kids! The staff at West Omaha KOA went above and beyond for the kids. The park is close to many things, 20 minutes to the zoo. We were in the older part of the park which has tight sites. They only have one bathhouse, but plans to build a new one. We look forward to staying here again with the grandkids.

very friendly & helpful staff - i was in Forest City IA getting some repairs done to the RV and so had to change my arrival date several times -- they were always understanding, helpful and made it all work. One less thing to worry about when you're caught in a hail storm! When i got there i found the park well kept, hookups worked fine, nice setting. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The sites are a little tight, the crushed concrete used as the pad are hard to walk on due to large chunks of concrete mixed in. But overall not a bad place to stay the night. Pizza place closes to early and beings we missed the time by 5 minutes they weren’t willing to even offer to make a pizza. We didn’t check out any of the amenities as we only stayed one night

The campground itself is lovely! Very well maintained and well appointed. We were on our way home and stayed just one night. As much as we liked the campground itself, the location (right next to interstate 25 and a road busy with construction trucks) isn’t a very relaxing place. Loved it, everything was great. Thank goodness for the store inside our sewer connection broke and we were able to get what we needed. This place is so relaxing and staff is very friendly. We will be back.

Made reservation, then had to change, was given a lesser quality site at a higher price than the original reservation. Management was very emphatic about staying off the grass, however, the site I was given was not large enough to park my tow vehicle and trailer. I made do but was not impressed with the whole experience.

Just need to work on the doors in the men’s room. The doors to the stalls do not lock very well. Twice i was using the facilities when the door opened up!!

Had a great stay and plan on coming back in a couple of weeks. Office personnel are very friendly, as are the maintenance folks we came in contact with. Didn’t use the restrooms so can’t comment.

Very noisy freeway noise. Nice for 1 night. Plenty to do for kids. Water spigot in odd locations to trip over coming out of door if your site is on the side that is front of the door.

Overall we had a good stay at this KOA. The KOA Patio site was well maintained. The staff were friendly. The only downside was the highway was about 50 yards from the site so it was noisy when sitting outside.

We have done their cabins for camping a few times we always have a great time and the staff is great

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
