I had a new pet pen space and the lawns around the fence were beautiful however inside the grass was not cut and extremely long and a lot of previous pet residue left behind

The price we paid to stay for two nights did not reflect the lack of activities available. No outdoor movie, nothing but a jumping pillow and playground. The fishing pond was a joke as well. Very disappointing. Some campers completely ignored the quiet hours and the guest rules which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. We probably won’t return.

Took such good care of us! From the minute we got there up until we left. I even had some wasps on my camper the gentlemen came and took care of! So clean, we have children and so family friendly. Amazing! Thanks you guys!

We have stayed at Koas for years this subway first time we were competely unhappy with a visit. Our site was packed in a corner near a cabin, we felt cramped and un appreciated No one should use site 15 for anything but a tent

Loved how quiet it was! Lots of KOAs are next to train tracks or highways. But we were pleasantly surprised at this one.

The campground is beautiful. The sites are large and have a grass area. The best KOA we have stayed at.

Wonderful stay! Very welcoming and friendly. We're new to RVing and so we had some questions. Brad, the manager answered our qestions and came out to our camp site to make sure we were doing okay. Whenever we're in the area we will certainly stay there again.

Just an overnight stay but very clean, spacious sites. Laundry facilities very nice as well. Our site was in the new section.

Like that I can speak directly to the front desk to make reservation. Everyone is very friendly & accommodating. Sites are well kept. Love having the option of pizza order, baked there, & delivered to campsite hot & ready to eat!

Lovely place. Friendly staff. Loved the garbage pickup each morning. The pizza delivery service was very nice. Disappointed that the pool was not opened through Sept 15th as stated on the website.

The staff and manager were great. Highly recommend this campground. The location was ideal for attending a baseball game at Werner Park and 7 miles to a great AF museum. Easy access and nice facilities.

Hello. I've stayed here before but this last time they had a water main break in a few rows of sites, and we lost not only water for a while but also power. The men working on fixing this problem worked well into the night. The office moved us, upgrading us to a very nice site. I applaud the hard work and diligence the campground put into fixing things and for their kindness. I would go here aga

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the check-in process was easy. An hour after we were set up our water would not work. We finally went to the office to ask about it and were told that we that the water was off to the entire park. Water came back on at 10:00 am. Breakdowns happen but communication about it should have been better.

Every trip west from Alabama includes a stay here going and coming. Very nice double dog parks, always clean w/bags, nice sites, friendly staff, good restaurants and hiking trails, perfect.

We loved the fenced in patio with the K9. A great site. The opportunity for improvement was the new bathroom. The floors were soaked and soiled. Other KOA's have elevated mat that keeps your feet dry. Plus the only spot to put your close on was the counter. You need benches in each bathroom. Hope that helps.

The staff, site and facilities were all good. What I will remember about this stay is that the Grass Cutting Crew showed up between 8am and 8:30am and began cutting. Besides the noise at that hour. They blew wet grass all over my RV, tow car, water hose and electrical hook up. The cement pad was also covered in grass. I was surprised that this activity did not occur after checkout.

These spots are 2-3 times more expensive than most others in the area but was supposed to have three amenities that made it worth it. Reserved a Paw pen site but couldn’t use it cause the fence it’s too close to pad, couldn’t get slides or door open. Website showed pool was to be open but they closed it two weeks prior, have screen shot. Advertise fishing pond but won’t let you fish it.

Super clean and well laid out, easy to set up and nice level concrete pads for parking our RV. Very helpful and cheerful staff that made us feel at home! Nice job!

The showers were disgustingly filthy, with bugs, mold, hair, etc. I bought it to the attention of the office, and I was told housekeeping would be informed, but the conditions did not improve during the 6 days we were there. Also, the hot water in the men’s shower was nonexistent. The campground is very dark, a table was moved into the middle of a lane, causing us to scrape our wheels and tires.

Good location close to the interstate and high end outlet mall. Nice level sites and new bathroom in the section where we stayed. Because it’s a new area the trees are small and didn’t provide any shade with the temps in the high 90’s. However our Starlink worked great with no obstructions. Good area to walk dogs but didn’t find any bags or trash cans in our loop.

Older KOA W/ significant new development just completed. Stayed in the new pull through area & loved it. Great patios w/ grass. Area good for dog walking but a bit of a journey to the dog park. Great staff.

Paid for a full hook up site with wifi. Water was off 13 out of 15 hours we were there. WiFi was intermittent. Road inside campground was poorly marked for exiting.

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA and would highly recommend it, especially for larger family gatherings! Our extended family rented four separate cabins, and the setup couldn't have worked out better. Each family had their own space, but we were all within easy walking distance of one another, making it perfect for spending time together. The cabins were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a grill, Keurig coffee maker, convenient parking, and all the essential amenities. The beds were comfortable, and having both heat and AC was a huge plus. We visited in October, and the heat kept our cabins warm and cozy throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic! It's conveniently located near Vala's Pumpkin Patch in Gretna and the nearby outlet malls, making it a great spot for a fall getaway. One of the biggest highlights was how much there was for the kids to enjoy. We had kids ranging from younger children to teenagers, and they ALL absolutely loved the giant jumping pillow at the playground. They could have spent the entire day on it! It was easily their favorite part of the campground. We also loved all the Halloween activities the KOA organized, including outdoor movies, trick-or-treating, a bags tournament, and more. It made the weekend extra special, and the kids had an absolute blast! Overall, this was such a great experience for our entire family. Between the comfortable cabins, family-friendly activities, convenient location, and ability to stay close together while still having our own spaces, it was the perfect place for a large family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

I would personally like to thank, Brad, Jesse, and Mary. If it were not for them, I would've had a very expensive bill for a locksmith. I knew this location had probably experienced someone's trailer hitch lock getting stuck on there before so before we did anything on our own, we wanted to consult the campground to see if they had any experience in this. It turns out they did and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anybody. Probably some of the nicest bathrooms of one of the facilities I've been to. The staff is amazing as well.
