The park gets better each time we're here. They have added new attractions and services for guests and their families. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We love the Super Sites with the patios, swings, and fire pits.

We were placed in a site that was 4' from a cabin on the side, our back door opened on to their patio. It was unlevel and short. Our campsite was used by numerous people as a short cut to the showers/toilets and other parts of the camp. We had several pieces of trash in our site that the workers just kept walking by. We finally picked them up.

We just stayed overnight on our way to Michigan. We arrived late and left early. But the campground was clean and we did have one KOA person check on us which was nice.

We settled in and 10 minutes later a Simi with a sprayer behind drove by 5 times spraying a chemical on the roads!!! What? That would have been nice to know when we checked in. Stayed 2nights only at the West Omaha/NE Lincoln KOA. When we got home we found 4 ticks on my wife and 2 on me. While we were there we noticed a lot of gnats in the grass. Maybe spray the grass for gnats, fleas and ticks

We were visiting Omaha and seeing friends, not seen in more than 30 years. We invited one person to visit us at the KOA and then two days later a handicapped husband and wife, and each time we had a visitor we had to pay $10 for them. I understand making visitors park in designated visitor parking, but there is no additional expense to the KOA for us to have two visitors on two separate days.

Very disappointed. Sites were extremely small and lined with large crushed concrete for the pads making it very Difficult to walk on. We even had a 3 x 5 ft storm drain right outside our doorway on our site. Entrance and exit road to the campground desperately needs to be relocated and huge deep holes filled in on their drive.

The campground was in great shape with a ton of amenities and very dog friendly which we really appreciated. The grounds and facilities were very clean. The only down side was where our water hookup was located. It was on the complete opposite side of the camper which extended my water hose to its limit. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

The pool closed at 8pm (they called that dusk) even though it's light until almost 10. So the next morning we get a message saying the pool is closed due to wind? We played softball all day plus their zip line ,bouncepad, mini golf, playground, corn hole and horseshoes remained open in the So called terrible wind. It opened up again after the weekend and we were leaving.

Cheerful folk met us at check-in and escorted to site. Tree shade picnic table in, truthfully it was a ground growing weed but green, well manicured nice area. Camper site level with slight pitch tp rear as desired. Very nice pool and exceptionally clean and attractive restroom facilities/showers. Its a "Journey" 2 minutes off I-80. Very Happy with stay.

Worst stay ever at a KOA - rudest staff. I asked one of the staff where I could park our extra vehicle. I parked where he told me. Then as I’m holding my toddler and trying to set up our lot, he came and harassed me about not having a pass on my extra car. I told him I included it in my reservation but he argued with me. I offered to pay then but he told me I could pay the next morning.

Nice staff. Nice variety of sites which are in excellent condition. They have been doing some construction adding new sites and rearranging some amenities. Liked it before and like it better now. Still need to improve their entrance which can be difficult after dark.

Staff are amazingly helpful and very friendly. Good location for bopping out to see the sites. Kids loved the amenities (pool, zip line, bounce pad, game room) and pizza order option was yummy and handy!

Nice KOA, putt putt golf, bounce dome for kids, swimming pool. Our spot 89 was amazing with fire pit, table and chairs. The only reason for the low rating is the gravel driveways, and lack of shade in many spots. The dust was very bad, if they’d pave it and add more trees to the “newer” part of the park this would be a really nice KOA

Had a great time. Perfect. All staff were terrific and kind. The young lady in the Pizza kitchen makes a great Pizza! Facilities were just fine (something for everyone) and distance to Omaha was good. Maybe add a couple PickleBall courts would be cool.

Stayed for CWS for 4 days. We stayed in newer area -lot of road noise from I80 and the roads were very dusty. Most of spaces close together. We had full hookup and had no problems. Lot of OTA channels Seems to be good place for kids

Not up to KOA standards we expect when staying at a KOA. Water pipe was bent over like someone had run into it a while ago. Cable box was broken.picnic table was in bad shape. Signs were posted that if you didn’t have your car tag visible you would immediately get towed. Had to wear wrist bands to use the pool. Site was shady but mostly gravel. Employees were friendly. Needs investment.

We had a deluxe patio lot with lots of shade near the pool and play ground area. Very level pad, very nice patio with fire ring table and chairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was our third stay at this KOA and we will be back again.

Excellent staff, outstanding pizza made on site and delivered to our site. College World Series was in town so the overnight stop was a bit overpriced or even gouged and seemed unfair. It is what it is. Fwy noise was light. All in all, a very nice place for both overnight or to go into town for sight seeing and visiting. We have a 45' coach and toad.

We were disappointed in our site. We had reserved a pull thru patio site, that was supposed to have Adirondack chairs and a composite table and chairs. We had a metal table and chairs and no other chairs. The site was so small that it would have been impossible to sit around the fire without being in the road. Next time, we will just get back in site, since they are cheaper and much larger.

The office people were GREAT AND VEY HELPFUL. We came to see our grandsons play at the slugger fest (I think that's it), they stayed at a hotel with their teams. My wife and I and our daughter law stayed at the camp ground we were not there a lot,BUT 2 of the koa works made us feel like we were criminals. The one had a large mustache and the other was a large man. They watched us like HAWKS.

We had an unfortunate situation during our stay. The were gunshots fired supposedly fired at or near the campground. We were told by the police that the gunshots were fired from someone in the campground. I called the emergency number and was told police were only investigating a noise complaint. No one from the campground ever reached out to campers.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
