While most of the staff were warm and welcoming the dude who we met first was rude, unwelcoming and arrogant.

Great customer service and a clean, well managed campground. Sites are just too freaking close together! I couldn't have a fire in my fire pit because my neighbor's slide would have been engulfed in smoke.

Came in after hours and check-in /payment at the self-serve unit was easy to do. This is a very well maintained, quiet place.

Asked for early arrival accommodation, resulting in repeated scoldings despite agreeing to all additional expenses. 2nd employee couldn’t fit us in our spot, scolded us for not renting a 45’+ site for our 40 ft Moho. Ultimately he recognized it was a software glitch & put us in employee lot, ugh. Paid additional day for early check in, did not get one of their nice guest spots. ����Tom was n

Nice place for a few nights, with level sites, quiet, and no blazing lights at night to keep you awake.

Nice campground. Travelers just need to be aware that this campground charges by the hour for early check in ($10/hour) which is not something we have encountered before with our years of traveling. We were there 90 minutes before check-in and they charged us for 2 hours.

It was great! The campground was nice and it had a really cool playground for the kids. Our daughter loved it! We loved the dog friendliness too. It's definitely on our list to come back to when we are near the area again.

Everyone there is friendly. Probably would be the best KOA we stayed at if all the campsites had a fire pit. Was disappointed our site had no fire pit.

Had a blowout on 29..talked to stupid people who couldn’t locate us. , nice folks at small station and we were back on..called your KOA and this nice voice said the slot will be there for us, no matter how late we were..when we arrived, the staff was super sweet, asking about us..love the changes you made..we were there right around the birth of the Crossings…and a Shout Out to the Yellow Shir

We were disappointed with the grass natzi that came around and because we had one wheel a little on the grass made us move over a couple of inches. It was a tight fit and to us that was unnecessary. Also the pool was not open when we got there because of a chemical problem. Made my husband angry and he said he would not do another KOA

Brought our a-frame popup, and were put in a spot that was fairly small and difficult to back into right on a corner, but ended up working out OK. Was only a little over $50 for a night, so not a bad value for electric, water, and a great shower. This campground is perfect if you have kids (which we don't) as there were several games, plus a bounce pad.

Disappointed that the pool was out of order and closed. I understand there was storm damage, but I paid for a pool.... Site was not level and we were parking on a hill. Otherwise it was very clean and staff was friendly.

Driveway entrance is very tight and rough, pool was unavailable our entire stay, site was rough gravel and pretty much weeds not grass, staff member was pretty crappy with a family member about our golf cart park in the weeds of our lot. Overall disappointing

I wondered why the pool was not open. I would not have used it, but if I had my kids in my younger days, that would have been a huge disappointment.

We stay at this particular KOA every time we are in the Omaha area. Very well laid out park, fantastic staff, clean and well maintained - plus the text updates on things happening within the park or even weather updates, is a great feature. Highly recommend this KOA!

This KOA is AWAESOME!!! We had a flat tire when we pulled in and the staff was on the spot asking what they could do to help. The campground is very clean and a GREAT place to stay. We ordered a pizza from their store and surprised at how good it was plus they delivered it to our site HOT and for a total of $14.00 Thank you West Omaha Staff!!!! We will be back!!!

Wish the hours that the ice cream / sno cone shop was open were consistent. Would have been nice to have actual grass in the dog park rather that weeds. My camper site pad so many rocks the size of my fist that it made it had to walk across the gravel portion of the site. I actual rolled each of my ankles during my stay due to the large “gravel” pieces rolling under my feet. Luckily no fal

Nice / even concrete pad. No shade in the back part of the park. Bathroom / showers clean and maintained. Entrance a bit tricky…. 60 mph highway…Deep decline than a sharp left to head to office. Not sure if they have plans to improve. Would stay again!

Only thing I was disappointed in, was the dump station was removed during construction. If I had realized before booking, I would not have gotten a site without sewer. Otherwise, everything was perfect as always!

Once again not disappointed in our stay here. The grandkids love coming here! Improved parking lot so one side is enter other side exit. Pizza is always so good! Staff so kind and amazing!

there were so many staff members there, they were very helpful. One suggestion, that you use one staff member for only one reason, to monitor your guests for 1. dogs off leash 2. dogs leashes are too long allowing the dog to stand in the road and poop on the common grounds. 3. Monitor the pool for unruly kids (mostly teens who come without parents). these are your rules. Just enforce them

We stayed over night traveling home to Illinois. The campground was beautiful and staff very friendly. Definitely will stay again.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
