Every trip west from Alabama includes a stay here going and coming. Very nice double dog parks, always clean w/bags, nice sites, friendly staff, good restaurants and hiking trails, perfect.

We loved the fenced in patio with the K9. A great site. The opportunity for improvement was the new bathroom. The floors were soaked and soiled. Other KOA's have elevated mat that keeps your feet dry. Plus the only spot to put your close on was the counter. You need benches in each bathroom. Hope that helps.

The staff, site and facilities were all good. What I will remember about this stay is that the Grass Cutting Crew showed up between 8am and 8:30am and began cutting. Besides the noise at that hour. They blew wet grass all over my RV, tow car, water hose and electrical hook up. The cement pad was also covered in grass. I was surprised that this activity did not occur after checkout.

Loved the “pet pen” attached to our site. The puppies loved it and spent a lot of time enjoying it!

These spots are 2-3 times more expensive than most others in the area but was supposed to have three amenities that made it worth it. Reserved a Paw pen site but couldn’t use it cause the fence it’s too close to pad, couldn’t get slides or door open. Website showed pool was to be open but they closed it two weeks prior, have screen shot. Advertise fishing pond but won’t let you fish it.

Super clean and well laid out, easy to set up and nice level concrete pads for parking our RV. Very helpful and cheerful staff that made us feel at home! Nice job!

The showers were disgustingly filthy, with bugs, mold, hair, etc. I bought it to the attention of the office, and I was told housekeeping would be informed, but the conditions did not improve during the 6 days we were there. Also, the hot water in the men’s shower was nonexistent. The campground is very dark, a table was moved into the middle of a lane, causing us to scrape our wheels and tires.

Good location close to the interstate and high end outlet mall. Nice level sites and new bathroom in the section where we stayed. Because it’s a new area the trees are small and didn’t provide any shade with the temps in the high 90’s. However our Starlink worked great with no obstructions. Good area to walk dogs but didn’t find any bags or trash cans in our loop.

Older KOA W/ significant new development just completed. Stayed in the new pull through area & loved it. Great patios w/ grass. Area good for dog walking but a bit of a journey to the dog park. Great staff.

Paid for a full hook up site with wifi. Water was off 13 out of 15 hours we were there. WiFi was intermittent. Road inside campground was poorly marked for exiting.

The park has been expanded and updated. The spaces are flat and well kept. The wifi worked well. We will stay again. Staff was great

Great spot when passing through. Close to I80 (which also means highway noise). Plenty of service ms around to fuel up, eat, etc. Nicely setup if you have kids, lots for them to do.

Paid for a premium concrete site that was full of hardened dirt and rock. With the 3 hours between check in and check out it should have been shoveled and hosed off for an overall better experience. While mowing our site at 7:30a.m. they left our electric cord dislodged, turning our power off. Staff listened to our complaint with no resolve and told us they hoped our day would improve.

Very friendly check in and staff. Loved our pull-thru patio site with furniture and raised firepit. The playground and jump pad were great for our grandkid. Park was clean and well maintained. Dog park had great grass and was clean too.

I'd give it a 4.5 if possible. Great check-in process that was quick & easy, + they offered a much appreciated cold water. Staff friendly and professional. Nice location easy enough to access & far enough from highway so noise was minimal. My negative is that our site & several others weren't as level as should be for big rigs. But was able to level without wheel blocks, but a high step off.

Very spacious campground with plenty of spece between sites. We were in the “newer” part of the campground and enjoyed the sunflowers as we walked around the grounds.

We love it here. It is a short getaway that always makes us feel like we are on a vacation, where we can relax and recjarge. Excellent customer service, clean sites, aged trees in the older areas, and nice new wide spaces in the expansions. A variety of pricing and sites to fit camping needs. Tons to do if you want extras, great wifi, husker games on, movies, and pizza available as well!

We stayed in the “new campground”. Roads were poorly graded, muddy, and difficult to navigate. There was poor drainage and our premium site was muddy. The new bathroom was filthy. I will not return to this KOA. Road noise is high. It was bad enough that I thought about asking to have my money refunded. Awful campground and I will not stay here again.

Large rocks that were part of the site attibuted to my wife falling backward. Very luckily she was not injured. We will pass on KOA’s that have large rocks as part of their gravel.

We arrived later than planned. Around 9:30pm. We had sure 455, a dog site. My camper had a problem and I had to use a 30 and 20 amp receptacle. The 20 receptacle is a gfci and would not reset. I call the after hours line and talked with Gabe who sounded like I was bothering him. Gabe said that he would come check it out. I waited 1.5 hours and Gabe never shown up. Crappy service for $150 site

We were in the new section so it's a 4, old section 2-3, pretty old. Pool is small but clean. Office not much souvenir-wise as some KOAs have but has basic stuff. Office staff polite and helpful, new section has a nice laundry (pictured). We would return but only to the new section.
