Great place cabin was comfortable and was a great place too unwind after days at baseball tournament. Kids activities kept them occupied and their pizza is great

Initial lodge provided had urine smelling bed and mouse in kids area. We were moved to another lodge that smelled like mildew. Awful experience. Pool was nice feature if you can ignore the unsupervised teen with foul mouths. Policy is absolutely no refunds or early departures. Will NEVER stay at a KOA again.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean place and very nice helpful staff. The cabin was cute and cozy we stayed in. Playground and pool was an awesome bonus for having little kids with.

Did not feel the bathrooms were cleaned often like other KOAs we have stayed at. The toliet paper was regularly replaced but the sinks, counters, bathrooms and showers did not seem cleaned regularly. The check in desk people were super nice and helpful.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. The showers and bathrooms were a bit shabby (no toilet paper in 2 of the 3), Water took forever to heat up & sporadically shut off completely. Pizza was great. Pool was cool and refreshing. Our stay was only for one night so it could have been better but I would just have to rate it an OK but not terrific.

This is our 3rd year coming here and always have a great time. Staff friendly and helpful. Cabins are clean. Only issue this time was ladies room ran out of tp sat evening and sun morning still not stocked . My cabin had no bathroom so this was bit of an issue.

If your cabin sleeps 8 for a price, you shouldn't be able to charge more per person. And you should expect at least 2 pr 3 vehicles for a cabin that sleeps 8. Not charge more per vehicle if they are already paying the cabin fee. Your cabin pictures online do not match what they really are. Misleading. And paying more to hold a certain cabin is stupid. Its an added fee again.

You need to update your website. Our kids were very disappointed there was no mini golf, ice cream and snow cones, and BikeKart rentals. We have stayed at the West Des Moines KOA, and they have so much more to offer.

It was wonderful! The campground and our cabin were clean and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised to have our wood and ice delivered to our cabin and our kids absolutely LOVED the jumping pillow

It was wonderful all that was in the cabin. The only thing I would've liked differently was having a trial to walk, being farther away from the garage as it was used a lot and we had busy traffic out in front. My kids and I greatly enjoyed the park and the jump pad. During check in everyone was very nice and the cabin was clean and welcoming. The cabin itself definitely was above expectations.

I spent a quick overnight stay in a cabin traveling to/from Colorado. Bathrooms and showers are close by and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Vacation rental cabin. The only thing we had to bring was our own bedding and bath towels, they provided everything else for the kitchen including a Keurig with coffee pods and the bathroom included TP, hand towels and small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, lotion and body wash. The bed was soft but comfortable and it was pretty quiet. The staff is very friendly.

Everything was great except for the wifi. There’s a tv in the cabin that is useless because the internet connection isn’t great. I wasn’t there to watch tv necessarily, but I had a sporting event I wanted to watch and couldn’t. Other than that, it was a great experience for my wife and I and the kids had fun.

We stayed in one of cabins for a night in our travels, cabin was nice and very quiet. My only complaint would be they could do a better job cleaning the restrooms and showers but would still definitely stay again.

When we first arrived, we were given a cabin with a foul smell. We went to the office to explain, and it was obvious that they knew this cabin was unfit for guests. They did give us another cabin. This one was a little nicer but the new cabins bathroom smelled of urine. Wish they cleaned better. We had a car battery die and the guys at campground helped us put tremendously.

I only stayed one night, but as impressed with this KOA- Receptionist was nice and didn't try to hard sell me beer, pizza, ice cream like Mitchell KOA. Clean, and having a TV as well as a good AC unit was really nice, so was the free (good) coffee!! Also there is a big mall very close that had a lot of eating options. I forgot to ask if there was a Military/Veteran discount, but I bet there is.

I found that the cabins were too close together and the picnic tables are too far from the porch. I would like larger parking areas and more rooms around cabins. But i feel that it is a problem across many KOAs. However, my cabin was very good. The two rooms was nice! The site was good. Good facilities!!

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA and would highly recommend it, especially for larger family gatherings! Our extended family rented four separate cabins, and the setup couldn't have worked out better. Each family had their own space, but we were all within easy walking distance of one another, making it perfect for spending time together. The cabins were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a grill, Keurig coffee maker, convenient parking, and all the essential amenities. The beds were comfortable, and having both heat and AC was a huge plus. We visited in October, and the heat kept our cabins warm and cozy throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic! It's conveniently located near Vala's Pumpkin Patch in Gretna and the nearby outlet malls, making it a great spot for a fall getaway. One of the biggest highlights was how much there was for the kids to enjoy. We had kids ranging from younger children to teenagers, and they ALL absolutely loved the giant jumping pillow at the playground. They could have spent the entire day on it! It was easily their favorite part of the campground. We also loved all the Halloween activities the KOA organized, including outdoor movies, trick-or-treating, a bags tournament, and more. It made the weekend extra special, and the kids had an absolute blast! Overall, this was such a great experience for our entire family. Between the comfortable cabins, family-friendly activities, convenient location, and ability to stay close together while still having our own spaces, it was the perfect place for a large family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

I would personally like to thank, Brad, Jesse, and Mary. If it were not for them, I would've had a very expensive bill for a locksmith. I knew this location had probably experienced someone's trailer hitch lock getting stuck on there before so before we did anything on our own, we wanted to consult the campground to see if they had any experience in this. It turns out they did and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anybody. Probably some of the nicest bathrooms of one of the facilities I've been to. The staff is amazing as well.
