When we first arrived, we were given a cabin with a foul smell. We went to the office to explain, and it was obvious that they knew this cabin was unfit for guests. They did give us another cabin. This one was a little nicer but the new cabins bathroom smelled of urine. Wish they cleaned better. We had a car battery die and the guys at campground helped us put tremendously.

I only stayed one night, but as impressed with this KOA- Receptionist was nice and didn't try to hard sell me beer, pizza, ice cream like Mitchell KOA. Clean, and having a TV as well as a good AC unit was really nice, so was the free (good) coffee!! Also there is a big mall very close that had a lot of eating options. I forgot to ask if there was a Military/Veteran discount, but I bet there is.

Very friendly staff, great central location for traveling to Lincoln or Omaha! Will definitely be back!! Cabin was perfect, upgrades being made including metal roof that was amazing during the rain!

I found that the cabins were too close together and the picnic tables are too far from the porch. I would like larger parking areas and more rooms around cabins. But i feel that it is a problem across many KOAs. However, my cabin was very good. The two rooms was nice! The site was good. Good facilities!!

I stayed in a cabin for just one night. I was incredibly happy with the conditions of the property. Kids enjoyed the jump pillow! I brought my dog and had no problems. The cabin was well furnished and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay!! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the kids really enjoyed the jump pillow and playground. The grounds were well kept and clean, and our cabin was in good condition. The only downfall was highway noise.

Cabins need a fair amount of work, futon was broke, queen bed let you sink in to the floor. I would probably just get a hotel instead of staying in the cabin again as they would be cheaper and better condition

Last minute stop. The delux cabin wasn't cleaned from prior visitors. Not much seems to be done to improve the campground. Good for an overnight stay.

We had a great stay. The bathroom showers could do with some update on shower curtains , and shower faucets: Stayed at cabin, would have been nice not to have tarp on our roof, and tables at least painted.

Cabin #52 was perfect size. Was clean and ready for us to check in. I only wondered why I was charged for propane when it was empty when we arrived. Other than that we had a great time. Staff was very kind and professional. Loved staying there.

We arrived and the check-in process was seamless and quick. Both lady’s at the counter were helpful and kind. During the stay we had 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen sized bed. It slept 6 adults comfortably. The dogs loved the dog park.

I can’t even begin to say how amazing this location was and how kind everyone was! We came in just as they were closing the pizza and they offered to make us one and deliver it. Which was perfect as we were tired from driving all day. The cabin was clean with a great little bathroom and coffee. Thank you so much!!!

This KOA is gorgeous, clean, and the pool was immaculate. The staff are the nicest people and I loved getting to chat with them. Our cabin was clean and spacious. We loved the community game room. We routed our trip home back through Nebraska so we can stay here again. Good job guys!

We really enjoyed the stay but was disappointed when we found out there was not mini golf like the website states. Other than that, staff was friendly and great. Everything was clean and nice.

The west Omaha KOA is a fabulous campground. The campground well maintained and updated, with plenty of activities. It provides easy on and off from the highway with gas stations, restaurants, and stores nearby. It had a well stocked store and plenty of places to walk our dog, including an off leash park. The sites are level with well-maintained roads. The cabins were clean with plenty of room.

Had a great time. Loved that there were many activities for little kids. 4 and 6 year old grand daughters enjoyed them. Bracelet making, movie and scavenger hunt, foam play... Loved the free hamburger, hotdogs, and chips and watermelon. The jumping pillow and poolwas a big hit. Mattress on fold out couch not the most comfortable. Cabin was tight for 8 persons but doable. Stayed one night in camper cabin. Sites are quite jammed together and quite dated. Staff is very friendly, the pizza on site is excellent. Generally the campground could use a refresh. If you have an RV stay in their new loop.

I had 3 cabins rented. Cabin 52 had no issues. I personally stayed in Cabin 62 where I was unable to use the bedroom due to the overwhelming smell of mold/mildew. I suffer from COPD and Asthma and instantly could not breath upon entering this room. Also the top of the refrigerator was covered in dust. The 3rd cabin that my sister and brother-in-law stayed in had a shower that would not drain.

Your website says that you have putt putt golf & other amenities that you didn’t have. When paying $190 of night, I expect to have a blow dryer and toilet paper. I also don’t feel you should charge a parking fee for me and my guest. We paid for a cabin for eight people, and got charged for each extra person. Shouldn’t have to pay a parking fee either. Camping has gotten too expensive.

Overall disappointed, the campground ground & cabins really need a facelift. Our tub handle was in need of repair and didn’t work properly, the wrought iron chairs weld on the back of one was broken and one had jagged edges on the seat , the bunk bed corner post has a screw poking through, power washing at check in time everything wet rest of day. Restroom and showers were nice. Pool good.

Unfortunately the cabin was dirty. I had to clean/sweep the floor to put my dog's bowl on the floor to feed her. I also paid a dog fee that should be reimbursed.

We stay there on our way to hunt and fish in WY and MT. It has always been good, but this last trip I had to change my plan due to late winter snow run off and rain our spots in WY were unfishable. I called to change my reservations and they were happy to help. When I arrived something went wrong in the computer system and my cabin was not available - no problem they upgraded me to a better one.

The campground was good and the staff was very friendly when we arrived. The only downside was that the bathrooms needed a little bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a solid place to set up camp for the night.
