All the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciate the text reminders and address. My cabin (and bathroom) was clean, comfortable, and cool. Also, the dog area was clean and ample. There was lots to do for kids and while I was with my 18 year old daughter, it was fun watching young families enjoy the activities. Finally, free coffee in the morning was such a gift.

Attention to details in my cabin -shower door had soap scum that looked like was door design (I took soap & rubbed a clean spot to verify); freezer needed defrosted ! Overall it was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and the activities were wonderful and provided a fun atmosphere. The cabin was spacious albeit there were a couple things that could be improved upon. Friday night there was an altercation that occurred between other occupants that was in plain view of the guests and children. The KOA staff handled it very well and called the authorities.

The staff was wonderful, the cabin was clean and comfortable, prices were reasonable and the campground as a whole looked beautiful! The kids loved the pool and playground, and plenty of activities to keep them entertained!

Camper campsites tight with sewer draining next to or directly under picnic table of the neighbors campsite. Cabins are OK, except one having a broken box spring for bed and having to remove it to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Plenty for kids and adults to do. Better explanation that wrist bands are needed for the pool so your mower man doesn’t YELL at us for not having them!

The cabin was really nice, and the shade trees were great. The kids loved the pool, foam pit, and train. Only complaints was the burner stove top in the cabin was only big enough for one pan and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time!

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in our cabin. Cabin was clean and good for all 5 of us. Thought the grill would be charcoal, but was gas - was OK - adjusted. We love KOA's and this one did not disappoint. Also, great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. And we ordered pizza from the front desk the first night - was awesome!

Great spot with super attentive staff. Lots of fun events. 2nd time there- wish they would upgrade the tables outside the cabins. They are pretty dated and could use a facelift. But overall great value.

We loved our stay at KOA West Omaha. This team communicated with with from the beginning to the end. We loved using the Deluxe Cabin for our stay. Great amenities and park with the pool and mini golf.

We stayed during Christmas in July; the kids loved the different activities. There is something for everyone to do while staying at the campground, pool, mini golf, bike rentals. Our cabin and the campground in general were clean and well kept, one of the best KOA's we have stayed in. The pizza and wings made to order were good as well. We will be back in the future.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Needs more lights at night outside near bathrooms. Clean bathrooms. Right off freeway and near truckstop so could be loud at night without A/C running.

Everything about the West Omaha KOA is absolutely wonderful! The owners and staff here treat one another like family, and that feeling is transferred to the guests who stay here; extensive thought, time and effort go into every aspect of this KOA, and that care is evident everywhere you look. Thank you to all of the amazing KOA staff for all that you do!

I was quite put off with the staff's attitude towards customers. This is one of those places where if feels like conveyance and enforcement of kamp rules trumps all other interaction with customers. It's okay to return a wave when someone waves and smiles. We're not all conspiring to drive the wrong way, walk on the grass, unload a vehicle in the wrong area. More to say but no more space left.

This was our 2nd summer staying at KOA, and we will definitely be back again next year! We love everything about this place! Everyone is so nice, it is very clean, and there is so much for families to do! Also, we love the new features this year, and the campground kittens! �ϋ�

The only complaint we had is that our family rented 3 separate cabins for the week (all varying lengths of stay) and each of them ended up with grease fires on the grill from the overflowing grease pans underneath. Please take the time to clean your grills and drip pans between guests - it's unsanitary and dangerous! Otherwise, we loved the entire experience!

We stayed for 2 nights and our cabin was ready for us and very comfortable. Our grandson enjoyed playing on the jump pillow and the zipline. Everything was good and the staff was very helpful.

Everyone was very friendly with the exception of the slim man with the beard & mustache. The one that checks the pool chemicals. He was a complete jerk to my kids on numerous occasions. Definitely put a damper on our camping experience.

All was great. The lodges are not 5 star hotels,, but did fine for our visit.. Only thing i would suggest is to improve the grass in several areas..Outside of our cabin was plain dirt, which was mud when it rained.. hope that helps . Thanka again for the friendly hospitality..

It was rainy when we got there so we didn't get to see as much as we would have liked. After a 11 hour drive we were just so glad to be there. The campground was clean, friendly and comfortable.

I stayed in Kabin #4 and just loved it. The air conditioning was on when I arrived since it was super hot that day. Very friendly staff at check-in and I ordered the chicken nuggets for my dinner. So many wonderful items to purchase in the gift shop. I did buy the postcards as my family loves to find out where I've been. Just loved the porch swing and picnic table to eat my dinner on.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We ordered pizza when we were there and they were punctual and the pizza was good. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing in the playground and corn hole. My only complaint would be the restrooms. They smell and the water in the showers smells like iron. Not sure if something’s wrong with the pipes or just shower heads since they are very rusted.

It was a perfect stop on our road trip. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean facilities and cabins. Even when the campground was very full and busy, it didn’t feel packed or crazy. Thank you so much for a lovely stop over.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
