There was a shortage of bathrooms for as big of campground as this was, but everything was very clean and spacious.

We stopped overnight on our way to and from Colorado. Convenient to I-80, shady campground, very clean and well-kept, staff was very friendly, and helpful. We will definitely keep West Omaha KOA on our list for trips out-west.

The staff was amazing, we stayed over labor day weekend (2023), one of the busiest weekends. Our original site we booked was a little small for my travel trailer (my fault) the staff quickly made some arrangements and got us into a beautiful site that worked perfect. Wonderful family activities, and a pancake breakfast cooked by the property owners! This is our new spot while visiting Omaha!

Very nice people, loved the enclosed playground to keep the kids safe. Pool was great, Hunt Bros pizza was a great option for a hot dinner.

I arrived after hours. My night registration was all ready for me. Staff very friendly. Overnight stay in my trip. Cabins clean and cozy. Restrooms clean. Nice campground. I will be back on my return trip.

It was only one night. But we could appreciate the facilities and the amenities of the campgroung. Good cabin, good location. A place to remember.

Way too expensive for just overnight. Would not stay anywhere that cost that much again. Rather find an open parking lot and dry camp first.

Overpriced, charged for our company to come for dinner give me a break, two many police but don’t monitor their friends. Too good old boyish. Would never stay there again. Lot was barely big enough.

Put in a spot between two extremely large boulders..hurt my husband's truck snd almost impossible to pull our 30+ trailer out!

The campground as a whole was ok. The site we were assigned was extremely small and very un-level. We could not sit outside very long due to the fact that we were right up against the neighboring sewer hose. Every time they used their bathroom we saw exactly what went down.

Great stay, the entrance needs something the turn in is on the crest of hill with a blind spot. the un pave first 30 feet is not good.

Only complaint is the shower stalls. We read negative reviews about the mold in the showers and it was bad. All the stalls in the women's and men's need to be regrouted. It is easy to dig out the moldy spots and regrout, will make such a difference. Staff is very friendly and so many kids enjoying all the planned activities. The pizza is AMAZING!!! Love the shady spots. Great areas to walk dogs

Excellent place to stay. Used the camping cabin for 6. Clean and nice. All employees were beyond helpful. Good pizza too! Pool was clean and the kids LOVED the pool and bounce pillow

West Omaha KOA is our family "go to" campground. It's close to home so our grandkids can get there easily. The service and staff are tops. Friendly and very courteous. It was a very relaxing weekend.!

The cabin was awesome, the amenities were perfect for cabin camping. The staff was all stellar, the kids had endless fun things to do, swimming, pillow jumping, playground, mini-golf, outdoor movies, enjoying the firepit, buying bags of rocks to “mine” in the waters, sno-cones, bike riding, riding in buckets pulled by the golf carts, bingo, tie-dying shirts, foam party, sand art, guessing game

It was just an overnighter as we were on our way home. The campgrounds were very clean and well organized. Restrooms/showers were nice, too. We were most impressed with the staff. Our phone reservation was handled quickly and efficiently. When we reached the campgrounds, the check-in staff was very pleasant, an employee escorted us to our site and made sure we were settled. I was impressed.

Very accommodating. We had a breakdown on our motorhome and had to stay 2 days longer than expected. It was no problem at all. Will definitely stay here again when passing through the area.

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
