Because of staffing issues we could not have the pizza dinner we had planned on and had to improvise. The bathroom flooring is a teal problem that needs addressed. Otherwise this is a great campground with fun amenities

Overall friendly staff and our campsite was nice. The bathrooms were very unclean and no toilet paper in the morning which was unfortunate. The women’s bathroom had a crack down the middle of the floor in the bathroom which needs major repair.

Great Campground with nice and informative staff and convenient camp store! Site was good. Playground was nice and my grandkids really enjoyed it. Pool seemed a little on the dirty side and was closed on our last evening there which was disappointing. Mowing crew mowed next to our camper early in the morning and threw grass in some of the kids toys. Overall good experience and would stay aga

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming—you had some great people for our 7pm check in and pizza order! They were kind and attentive. The only disappointments were that the pool was closed for chemical issues, the bathroom floor was in rough shape, and we wished there were more bathhouses/closer options.

The campground was good and the staff was very friendly when we arrived. The only downside was that the bathrooms needed a little bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a solid place to set up camp for the night.

Nice site smaller than usual. Clear shower curtain as a door for the shower stall. NO shower curtain for the shower area. And of course the showerhead was aimed at the changing area to soak all clothing. Very low rating for that. Other people in the men’s room saw much more than the wanted too that morning

The stay was great with plenty of activities for children. My only complaint is the women’s shower/restroom. The floor is uneven and tore up. I am actually surprised that someone has not fallen and hurt themselves. I’ve never seen a floor in that bad of condition. The staff was friendly.

They have sites with very nice trees for shade as well as sites without for campers with Starlink. Campsites are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. Many activities for kids.

Grandkids were disappointed to find the pool closed at 6 on a hot summer day. Even though we arrived at 8 ,they were hoping to jump in for at least 30 min. Road noise was loud.

Very clean and nice. Our spot was fairly level and easy to back into, even in the dark. We had a lovely table, fire pit and porch swing. Bunnies were cute too!

Large puppy play pen was perfect, our dog loved it! Overnight stop didn't allow us to try the on-site dog wash. Clean, large bathrooms/ showers. Very easy access pull thru sites.

It's a great stop while traveling. When it's hot be aware the are only a couple trees, so nearly zero shade. The staff has been amazing every year. We've been stopping here for five years.

I've stayed at multiple KOA's throughout my life and I would NOT stay here again. The women's bathroom floor is supposed to be epoxy, but you can see the underlayment and there is no floor in the shower area. It is NOT safe to take a shower on it. The traffic noise is really loud and the spots are crammed in so tight that you can shake hands with your neighbor while having dinner. We left early.

The new section was perfect for an in and out. Perfectly legal so I didn’t have to unhitch or place down any levelers making it very easy.

Just ok. Site was not cleaned off. Residual mud in drive thru area. Grass not well maintained. Office staff friendly. Could have used more guidance from the cart person showing us to the site.

The cabin A/C wasn't cold enough. The mattresses weren't thick enough. Wish they had a microwave and mini fridge. Hated having to buy ice every day. The girls bathroom flooring needs repaired, safety hazard. Internet lousy.

Staff was great. Had to use water hydrant from next campsite because our was broken and I didn’t know until we got set up. I didn’t want to move. Campground is hard used. The lake is moss filled and had trash along the edges. I found fishing hooks on the beach. It was expensive for the condition. Fun local attractions and good place to base when visiting Omaha. TLC is needed in the campground.

Newly paved pad, but terribly unleveled. In addition, campsite was in full sun, and lawn needed a good mow. A disappointing experience.

Our stay was awesome! The people were very nice and accommodating. The site was perfect for our 40 ft 5th wheel. I would highly recommend if you're ever in the area to make West Omaha/NE Lincoln KOA your spot to stay. Thanks for a wonderful 8 days.

We spent three days at this campground while we were attending our grandson’s baseball tourney. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The campground was very well maintained and trash was picked up at each campsite daily. I highly recommend this campground.

We were in the older part of the campground and the sites could use some work. The picnic bench was peeling paint so badly that it was unusable. It also seemed there were a lot of long term stays around us, which made it feel less appealing. The kids liked the bounce pillow and the pool was fine, albeit rather cold. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA and would highly recommend it, especially for larger family gatherings! Our extended family rented four separate cabins, and the setup couldn't have worked out better. Each family had their own space, but we were all within easy walking distance of one another, making it perfect for spending time together. The cabins were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a grill, Keurig coffee maker, convenient parking, and all the essential amenities. The beds were comfortable, and having both heat and AC was a huge plus. We visited in October, and the heat kept our cabins warm and cozy throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic! It's conveniently located near Vala's Pumpkin Patch in Gretna and the nearby outlet malls, making it a great spot for a fall getaway. One of the biggest highlights was how much there was for the kids to enjoy. We had kids ranging from younger children to teenagers, and they ALL absolutely loved the giant jumping pillow at the playground. They could have spent the entire day on it! It was easily their favorite part of the campground. We also loved all the Halloween activities the KOA organized, including outdoor movies, trick-or-treating, a bags tournament, and more. It made the weekend extra special, and the kids had an absolute blast! Overall, this was such a great experience for our entire family. Between the comfortable cabins, family-friendly activities, convenient location, and ability to stay close together while still having our own spaces, it was the perfect place for a large family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

I would personally like to thank, Brad, Jesse, and Mary. If it were not for them, I would've had a very expensive bill for a locksmith. I knew this location had probably experienced someone's trailer hitch lock getting stuck on there before so before we did anything on our own, we wanted to consult the campground to see if they had any experience in this. It turns out they did and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anybody. Probably some of the nicest bathrooms of one of the facilities I've been to. The staff is amazing as well.
