Easy check in & escort appreciated. The pizza smelled so good after a long day of travel that we ordered two & ate every bite. Strong odor in cabin, bed uncomfortable, brown sofa dirty appearance. No stopper in tub. Shower fluctuated between hot & cold. We stay here for pet friendly to visit family who was told it would cost $10 just to park & sit on our porch for the evening. Ridiculous.

We arrived right at 7 pm. after spending an unexpected 5 hours at an RV repair facility. It had been a stressful day with the complete electrical failure in the coach. Upon arrival at Omaha West North east Lincoln KOA in Gretna, Nebraska we were greeted warmly and pleasantly.It was really welcoming. We will stay here next week on our return trip. We highly recommend West Omaha NE Lincoln KO

We stayed a quick one night. The campground was clean and staff were friendly. The sites are very close to one another, but people that we met were friendly and noise was minimal. We had pizza delivered that is prepared on site. We had a fire ring and picnic table on site and could have purchased wood from the office. All the conveniences of a KOA!

It is a nice campground. Easy to access off of I-80. Although it was too hot when we arrived, the table and chairs with our site was all rusted. Two of the washing machines were not functional leaving one left as the other was filled with wet clothes and no one around (I know that part is not the campgrounds fault). Other than that, easy access to areas around Omaha and down to Lincoln.

I was disappointed that the pool did not have a hand rail at the shallow end steps. Those of us with bad knees and hips need that support going in and out of the water and we prefer to exit in shallow end

Wonderful staff and very accommodating. We did struggle pretty badly with the ac in one of our cabins vs the other 3 cabins. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't do much about it but tired their best to support us with offering a fan. Other 3 cabins ac were adequate just this one struggled for some reason. All the facilities were great and we do look forward to coming back again someday!

Finally a KOA real rv sites for today's market. Concrete pads, landscaping and space between sites are the new standard.

Wonderful communication and facility. The tent camping sites were close to the road and so loud 100% of the time. The site number on the map did not align with the location of the posted numbers-confusing.

The only downside was that we were in a primitive tent site and being so close to the road made it not so great for sleeping. The camp is kept clean which is a big bonus!

We have been visiting this KOA for years and have made some wonderful memories here! This year was a bit different, though. There were very few amenities for the kids to enjoy. The AC units kept turning off, and we woke up to a hot cabin both nights. Pizza was great, service was prompt, and the pool was clean. Weird parking rules now - only 1 car at the cabin sites. Might look elsewhere next year.

The older area is not well kept. The bathroom cleanliness all over was lacking. The movie began earlier than stated and the kids were disappointed to miss the opening. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Nice campground came back after our stay was cut short last summer because of illness. Granddaughters were excited for the outdoor movie again but wee disappointed because it was started so early and too light to see. Also group of adults drinking in pool was inappropriate and group of older kids running and diving. Pool needs some supervision.

You really need a new sofa sleeper in cabin 52. It was ripped up and very hard to pull out. It was very hot so maybe that was why there was no movie or Hawaiian party? We enjoyed our stay, though.

I've stayed at this KOA 4 times now and I have to say I've never been disappointed.. It's one of my favorite places to spend a few days to just relax and unwind.. It's always clean, organized , and the staff can't be beat!

Excellent amenities, great location, friendly staff. The jumping pillow, pool, and gaga pit were our faves (bring your own kickball and other sports equipment). We ordered pizza, and it was well-liked by everyone. We like to rent cabins with bathrooms. I wish they would reserve some cabins that do not allow pets. Some of the mattresses were ripped, and the couch was covered in pet hair.

The roads in the campground are absolutely terrible. The cost of the site is not worth the cost. I stay at numerous KOA campgrounds. This is my first time giving a negative review.

Great stay. Just wish I could have used my 100lb propane tanks as a long term stay resident. They only allow those in the winter which is fair I guess.

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA and would highly recommend it, especially for larger family gatherings! Our extended family rented four separate cabins, and the setup couldn't have worked out better. Each family had their own space, but we were all within easy walking distance of one another, making it perfect for spending time together. The cabins were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a grill, Keurig coffee maker, convenient parking, and all the essential amenities. The beds were comfortable, and having both heat and AC was a huge plus. We visited in October, and the heat kept our cabins warm and cozy throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic! It's conveniently located near Vala's Pumpkin Patch in Gretna and the nearby outlet malls, making it a great spot for a fall getaway. One of the biggest highlights was how much there was for the kids to enjoy. We had kids ranging from younger children to teenagers, and they ALL absolutely loved the giant jumping pillow at the playground. They could have spent the entire day on it! It was easily their favorite part of the campground. We also loved all the Halloween activities the KOA organized, including outdoor movies, trick-or-treating, a bags tournament, and more. It made the weekend extra special, and the kids had an absolute blast! Overall, this was such a great experience for our entire family. Between the comfortable cabins, family-friendly activities, convenient location, and ability to stay close together while still having our own spaces, it was the perfect place for a large family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

I would personally like to thank, Brad, Jesse, and Mary. If it were not for them, I would've had a very expensive bill for a locksmith. I knew this location had probably experienced someone's trailer hitch lock getting stuck on there before so before we did anything on our own, we wanted to consult the campground to see if they had any experience in this. It turns out they did and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anybody. Probably some of the nicest bathrooms of one of the facilities I've been to. The staff is amazing as well.
