My only regret is that our stay was for only one night. And I wish I was told about the rv sites with a fence for our two pooches. Beautiful campground, very friendly staff and awesome amenities!!! I would definitely stay again and I put a post on my facebook page highly recommending this KOA RV Resort!!

Everything was great, except the location. The trucks were going most of the night. Between 2:00 & 3:00 am it was better with less traffic.

You almost doubled the rates for the week I was there. 209$ a night? You got to be kidding. No paved interior roads no paved pads in the old part of campground, dust everywhere with the wind and RV car travel. The staff running the place were very friendly and accommodating Way overpriced for what you over . I usually pay under 100$ a night for luxury Rv parks and this one is not. I would not st

Initial lodge provided had urine smelling bed and mouse in kids area. We were moved to another lodge that smelled like mildew. Awful experience. Pool was nice feature if you can ignore the unsupervised teen with foul mouths. Policy is absolutely no refunds or early departures. Will NEVER stay at a KOA again.

Not sure the campground is worth the nightly rate. Maybe the rate was increased because of the College World Series. Laundry facilities had broken equipment which made it very difficult to do laundry. The front office staff were very nice.

The grounds were nice and they were increasing capacity. Several spots with nice level cement pads. However, the bathrooms were horrible. The floors were wet and filthy all the time and there were wads of wet paper on the floor almost every time I went in there. This KOA was perfect for our stay since we were there to watch the college world series baseball. I have to say the bathrooms were very dirty. There was hair everywhere and the bathroom I used was out of toilet paper. Both reels empty.

Womens bathroom floor is a tripping hazard and should be repaired. The sites are very close together. I loved every aspect besides these 2 things. Bathroom was very well kept up and cleaned the entire stay

It was peaceful and clean. Tent sites are to close together or too close to play areas. Ladies restroom floor needs attention badly. Who want to stand on it after a shower? I was disappointed. That is not like KOA.

The campground was fine & conveniently located but very costly compared to other KOAs. The pool was not clean due to a nearby tree & pool furniture was limited. The campground does not have fine gravel but rather large rocks to walk on. Employees were nice. We wanted to buy a bag of ice the 2nd night but the store must have closed a bit early. I might stay again; just need to manage expectations.

The office were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The bouncy pillow and pool were lots of fun. The public bathrooms could have been cleaner. Would have like the other dog park to be open.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean place and very nice helpful staff. The cabin was cute and cozy we stayed in. Playground and pool was an awesome bonus for having little kids with.

Did not feel the bathrooms were cleaned often like other KOAs we have stayed at. The toliet paper was regularly replaced but the sinks, counters, bathrooms and showers did not seem cleaned regularly. The check in desk people were super nice and helpful.

I booked this place because of the amenities, and the closeness to the Omaha zoo. I will forever be finding somewhere else to stay and recommending that people stay elsewhere as well. It was cramped. The sewer of the camper next to us literally ran under our picnic table and the bump out on there camper was my back rest. The bathrooms were not well kept or well stocked. There was no toilet paper!

This was by far our best campground we stayed at on our 10 day road trip. My teenagers loved getting their energy out on the playground and looked forward to a nightly game of Gaga ball! Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

Outstanding, The check-in was flawless. They even put someone next to us that went to the same High School that I graduated from in Kentucky. Don’t know how they arranged that but it was awesome. Very clean and organized. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff put us next to some "lifers" who had no regard for quiet hours. LOUD PARTY all night. Their "fire" just smoked and stank up our RV and bedding. At 3:30 AM, we called the camp management to complain about the NOISE and SMOKE. NO ONE responded. At 4:30 AM we gave up and left. The fire still smoked when we left. Never put recreational campers next to lifers!

We had an extended stay here to help care for family while our son was deployed (military). First month we stayed in the newer section with a K9 Paw Pen. Nice level concrete site and view overlooking pond and sunsets. Our second month we moved to the upper original area and had nice patio site with swing and fire pit. Level gravel site. Jessie - manager was very helpful with extended stay.

Sites were small which was ok, but a little annoying your neighbors sewer was in the middle of my picnic table. Also there was a male staff member that was using the woman’s restroom which is unacceptable and I will not be back.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. The showers and bathrooms were a bit shabby (no toilet paper in 2 of the 3), Water took forever to heat up & sporadically shut off completely. Pizza was great. Pool was cool and refreshing. Our stay was only for one night so it could have been better but I would just have to rate it an OK but not terrific.

We stayed there on our way TO Wisconsin and when we came BACK from Wisconsin. It is a very clean area, people were friendly and questions were answered honestly. We will definitely keep using this site.

Such a helpful staff and the campground is a great place to stay. We needed to get on the road early so they made sure our site was long enough that we could stay hooked up.

Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, clean facilities & sites. We were escorted to our site by staff on a golf cart! Would definitely recommend & stay again!

The campground was good and the staff was very friendly when we arrived. The only downside was that the bathrooms needed a little bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a solid place to set up camp for the night.
