Was better a few years ago. Seems to be headed down hill. No more miniature golf, no icecream at the snack shop, didn’t see the peddle bikes, and not near as many activities.

I was a late arrival.. The entrance to the park was not very well lit, and it was difficult to navigate the tight turns to get to the “check in area”. Once inside the park, everything was easy to navigate and find. The park was clean and functional. The staff was very accommodating when I spoke with them. I would definitely stay theee again!

Small spot on a hill and near the front. Odd angle prevented unhooking and not long enough to park our truck once unhooked. Re-c0nnecting would have been difficult. Not very helpful staff, bathrooms were unkempt and there were plenty of other more appropriate empty spots we could have been assigned to.

The staff was very accommodating. The site was beautiful but I couldn't level my motorhome and they immediately changed my site.

Anytime I have an opportunity to book a stay at a KOA campground, I take it!! I was traveling alone, with my dog, from Maine to California and every KOA I was able to book made me feel safe. I not only feel safe, the properties are alway well maintained, have an incredible and friendly staff and I just prefer staying at a KOA and this particular KOA deserves 10 Stars!!!

If it was just based on the people who work there, I would give it 5 stars. But it’s about more than that. We were placed in an area where the spaces were small, downhill, and the “grass” was all weeds. The end of our gravel and dirt pad was pitched about 10 degrees and had been damaged by a rainstorm but definitely not fixed, And the bugs made it very uncomfortable to be outside.

All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Fun activities planned and good communications (I liked the texts). I appreciated that our spot had two sewer connections for our toy hauler. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that some of the roads in the new section are a bit rough, and across from the Shop area there is a lot of junk sitting around.

Traveled to Omaha for the Zoo. Stay was as expected for KOA. Good location and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use as a stop when traveling.

The bones of the campground are great. Nice lot size, nice pool and area for kids. But the bathrooms need a really good scrubbing and new shower liners and curtains. Tons of bugs all around the floor. The lawn and grounds were really nice as was the store.

The KOA has a lot to offer. However, There is concrete going to the dog park but it gets hot on our pets feet. There is a small strip of grass going to the dog park. It was full of sticks that my miniature dog would get caught up in. I complained and they did nothing. So i cleared the sticks and put them in the street. They were Still there 3 days later.

Cabins need a fair amount of work, futon was broke, queen bed let you sink in to the floor. I would probably just get a hotel instead of staying in the cabin again as they would be cheaper and better condition

Customer service was top-notch, very friendly personable. The only thing that decreased the score was the bathroom situation. I feel that there should be a lock, a working lock in the bathroom.

Last minute stop. The delux cabin wasn't cleaned from prior visitors. Not much seems to be done to improve the campground. Good for an overnight stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. I only stayed one night, so I didn’t use any amenities. But the fact that they are here is a bonus. Nice pull through and easy hookups.

Good place but could be better with a few small improvements. Better sinage is critical. We arrived after dark and there were no signs to help us locate our site. We had to keep stopping and walk to the pedestals to figure out where we were. Map has lane names but there are no signs. Second is mud

Great campground. We stayed on one of the slots with a gated dog area. It was deluxe. We were headed into the campsite to beat a storm, it was a welcome sight to see such a clean, perfect set up. We slept like babies. No flooding the next day. Also, a welcome outcome.

Location is wonderful, close enough to 95% of things you might need. We stayed on a concrete sit with pet area. Pet Pad area was clean, it was honestly a bigger area than i expected, the fire pit was cleaned out and ready for use. Our lamp on the electrical panel didnt work (oh well, we hung string lights) , the bathrooms always had toilet paper, for being in a campground they were very nice. Hot water immediately, short distance to our site. we didnt even connect sewer or water because the bathrooms were so convenient! we arrived in the dark, was nearly impossible to tell where to go from the entrance (minimal entrance lighting) however the office was well lit, late check in worked out for us wonderfully. all staff interactions were nice; it was awesome that they came around to pick up trash each morning. We are looking forward to our next visit here. 10/10 very minimal complaints

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA and would highly recommend it, especially for larger family gatherings! Our extended family rented four separate cabins, and the setup couldn't have worked out better. Each family had their own space, but we were all within easy walking distance of one another, making it perfect for spending time together. The cabins were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a grill, Keurig coffee maker, convenient parking, and all the essential amenities. The beds were comfortable, and having both heat and AC was a huge plus. We visited in October, and the heat kept our cabins warm and cozy throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic! It's conveniently located near Vala's Pumpkin Patch in Gretna and the nearby outlet malls, making it a great spot for a fall getaway. One of the biggest highlights was how much there was for the kids to enjoy. We had kids ranging from younger children to teenagers, and they ALL absolutely loved the giant jumping pillow at the playground. They could have spent the entire day on it! It was easily their favorite part of the campground. We also loved all the Halloween activities the KOA organized, including outdoor movies, trick-or-treating, a bags tournament, and more. It made the weekend extra special, and the kids had an absolute blast! Overall, this was such a great experience for our entire family. Between the comfortable cabins, family-friendly activities, convenient location, and ability to stay close together while still having our own spaces, it was the perfect place for a large family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

I would personally like to thank, Brad, Jesse, and Mary. If it were not for them, I would've had a very expensive bill for a locksmith. I knew this location had probably experienced someone's trailer hitch lock getting stuck on there before so before we did anything on our own, we wanted to consult the campground to see if they had any experience in this. It turns out they did and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this place to anybody. Probably some of the nicest bathrooms of one of the facilities I've been to. The staff is amazing as well.
