The new section was perfect for an in and out. Perfectly legal so I didn’t have to unhitch or place down any levelers making it very easy.

Just ok. Site was not cleaned off. Residual mud in drive thru area. Grass not well maintained. Office staff friendly. Could have used more guidance from the cart person showing us to the site.

The cabin A/C wasn't cold enough. The mattresses weren't thick enough. Wish they had a microwave and mini fridge. Hated having to buy ice every day. The girls bathroom flooring needs repaired, safety hazard. Internet lousy.

Staff was great. Had to use water hydrant from next campsite because our was broken and I didn’t know until we got set up. I didn’t want to move. Campground is hard used. The lake is moss filled and had trash along the edges. I found fishing hooks on the beach. It was expensive for the condition. Fun local attractions and good place to base when visiting Omaha. TLC is needed in the campground.

The stay was wonderful except for the slightly rude gentleman who took us to our campsite.

Loved it here! Only complaint is the women’s bathroom floor needs some major repairs, and the showers were never clean.

Newly paved pad, but terribly unleveled. In addition, campsite was in full sun, and lawn needed a good mow. A disappointing experience.

Beautiful sites for large rigs. Very rare to find nowadays! Easy in and easy out! And even have pizza!!!

Staff were outstanding, as usual with KOA. our cabin showed a good bit of wear and no linens was a pretty significant drawback.

Our stay was awesome! The people were very nice and accommodating. The site was perfect for our 40 ft 5th wheel. I would highly recommend if you're ever in the area to make West Omaha/NE Lincoln KOA your spot to stay. Thanks for a wonderful 8 days.

We spent three days at this campground while we were attending our grandson’s baseball tourney. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The campground was very well maintained and trash was picked up at each campsite daily. I highly recommend this campground.

Took the grandkids for a quick camping trip. A lot for them to do so everybody had a great time!

We were in the older part of the campground and the sites could use some work. The picnic bench was peeling paint so badly that it was unusable. It also seemed there were a lot of long term stays around us, which made it feel less appealing. The kids liked the bounce pillow and the pool was fine, albeit rather cold. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a great night at the W Omaha KOA. The people working are awesome. We had a great pad on a hill with a beautiful sky and sunset. Great space to have some dinner and hang. It’s up the street from Nebraska Crossing which was a pleasant surprise also. Great location on/off the highway so we could continue on our adventure. Would go back!

In general the campground is nice and the staff are super friendly and helpful. My two complaints are in the photos and campground map it shows a fishing pond. One of the reasons I chose this campground was that my 13 year old grandson could fish at the pond. The pond is not maintained for fishing and doesn’t seem to be a priority for KOA. I have experienced this situation at other KOA’s

Very friendly and flexible staff. Bathhouse could be a little cleaner but I understand it may be difficult to keep it clean. WiFi could also be a little stronger. Overall, a very nice place and definitely would stay again when in the area

We were only there for an overnight but we can say that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the campground was clean and well maintained, the sites in the main campground had shade and were fairly level. There was a secondary section of the campground that had paved sites but little shade, although there were young trees planted. There was a nice fenced dog park and the pool was very nice.

Overall an okay stay. Was a little taken back by our amenities during our 5 day stay. Broken deck boards, metal chairs with holes in them and bent metal pieces that would catch your clothes and tear them. A shower faucet that was loose from the wall and would either let out ice cold or scalding hot water. A dirty counter too upon arrival and brown ants everywhere. We let the office know, but not s

Gross, bathrooms ,showers were bad. The floor was cracked and peeling up. People didn't know any thing interesting to see or do in the area. We were in the back row sleeping in our van. There was Marijuana growing everywhere.

I really liked your kampground, but rules aren't followed, kids running around, no parents in site. Campers moved in next to me and 9:35pm, I gave them the benefit of doubt, lost, newbies, problems, until they had the campfire & party, and I didn't get to sleep until way after midnight. I thought I found my new stop travelling across I-80. Being a good person, I will give your camp another stay.

Cabin is too small. Public restrooms were dirty in early morning. Pool was dirty. Various stages of disrepair throughout the camp.

Nice campsite. All the staff I had interactions with were friendly and helpful. I liked the escort to my site so it was easy to find. Campsite was quite. Was not kept up by loud noise or anything. Easy to find. Right off the highway.

I love this KOA's location and the wonderful staff, But the restrooms are disgusting. We were there for 7 days and I would say the bathrooms were never cleaned.

Our site (207) was good, better than many in the older section of the campground. The price seemed to be very high. Even with the KOA discount it was one of the most expensive campsites we have every had.

Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, clean facilities & sites. We were escorted to our site by staff on a golf cart! Would definitely recommend & stay again!

The campground was good and the staff was very friendly when we arrived. The only downside was that the bathrooms needed a little bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a solid place to set up camp for the night.
