We have stayed at West Omaha KOA multiple times over the years and used this stop over to visit our grandchildren that live in the Omaha area. You have always required visitors to obtain a visitors pass but this time they added on a $10 charge. We feel that this charge is not necessary especially when our grand only wanted to pick us up and did not even get out of her car.

Great visit in our 44ft 5th wheel. Nice big open sites..easy in easy out. Wonderful pool! Tons of activities for the kids. We had a patio site with awesome firepit and even a swing. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

Have stayed at many KOA’s. This was probably my least favorite. Showers were quite dirty. Either dirt or mold. I didn’t get close enough to determine. Would be ok for an overnight but we were 5 days.

Overall it was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and the activities were wonderful and provided a fun atmosphere. The cabin was spacious albeit there were a couple things that could be improved upon. Friday night there was an altercation that occurred between other occupants that was in plain view of the guests and children. The KOA staff handled it very well and called the authorities.

Easy on and off, no interstate noise to speak of, great sites. Busy place yet a quiet oasis. Wings and pizza available. Great camp hosts.

Great amenities, a “well run ship”. Thorough checking, assisted to location, great family atmosphere. Best one of the 7-8 we’ve been to. Five stars !

The staff was wonderful, the cabin was clean and comfortable, prices were reasonable and the campground as a whole looked beautiful! The kids loved the pool and playground, and plenty of activities to keep them entertained!

Had Cathy make us a Hunt Bros pizza for lunch. She knocked it out of the park. We've had HB pizza in at least 7 other RV parks and none were as good as this.

Security guard was rude about where I parked and bc I was car camping. He threatened to "kick me out" even though I paid and reserved and no one ever told me I wasn't supposed to car camp (still makes no sense to me, I've car camped at many koa tent sites and no one has ever had a problem). Also a fight broke out and the cops had to come. I had to call for security. The office ladies were nice tho

the sites were on top of each other! our picnic table was right next to our neighbors sewer dump inlet. not impressed for what u charge

We were left without a bathroom for quite literally more than half my stay, with no alternative. The location is extremely noisy from the highway. Would not recommend and will not stay again.

Camper campsites tight with sewer draining next to or directly under picnic table of the neighbors campsite. Cabins are OK, except one having a broken box spring for bed and having to remove it to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Plenty for kids and adults to do. Better explanation that wrist bands are needed for the pool so your mower man doesn’t YELL at us for not having them!

Traveling from Colorado to Indiana and didn’t get in to campground until after dark because of traffic back up in mountains. The campground was very clean and workers busy next morning picking up garbage and tidying up the sites. The camp has some great amenities especially for kids and they are also kept up and clean. The price was a little high for only using the campsite. Staff was wonderful

We stayed from 6/25/23-7/01/23. The campground is clean and well-maintained. The staff is both professional and friendly. Our site was gravel and it was level. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Strong reliable WiFi and digital TV. Our antenna picked up over 15 stations. Full service camp store with pizza delivery!

This was our second time staying here. The people are friendly, the campground is very clean, and the amenities are top notch! We got in late and took advantage of the on-site Hunt brothers pizza Cafe. The pizza was wonderful and they delivered it to our site just as we were finishing setting up. Perfect timing! Great stay, don't miss staying here.

Kids had a blast. Bubble party was the highlight of their vacation. Jumping pillow and zip line were fun. Wifi was fast and convenient. Wish the pool was heated. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean

The campground itself seemed to be kept up satisfactorily however, it is very difficult to find your site when it's dark. And the afterhours staff were somewhat rude at first. That alone can dampen ones experience so it would be hard to wholeheartedly recommend this campground.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty around for shopping/ eating needs. The entrance/ exit road needs some work. Bumpy, and has holes. The entrance/ exit has a slight blind spot as you exit or enter. Busy road… We loved the fact that the wifi was great and fast! We were even able to stream… unlike quite alot of KOA’S that advertise wifi but you can not stream especially the ones that charge premium ra

We arrived late evening, in the dark, office was closed. We received a helpful late arrival text that made it easy to find our spot and get setup. In the morning the office staff was cheery and pleasant. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed a few of the amenities before heading out again. Our 7yo liked the pool and jump pad/playground, and the mini golf course was cute. We would go back!

The cabin was really nice, and the shade trees were great. The kids loved the pool, foam pit, and train. Only complaints was the burner stove top in the cabin was only big enough for one pan and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time!

a mechanical issue with our rv developed during our stay. the koa staff worked with us for a successful resolution of the immediate concerns. nice, good staff there. I think it was the manager, Jim, who set the helpful tone for all the staff. thank you for your assistance.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in our cabin. Cabin was clean and good for all 5 of us. Thought the grill would be charcoal, but was gas - was OK - adjusted. We love KOA's and this one did not disappoint. Also, great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. And we ordered pizza from the front desk the first night - was awesome!

A REAL PLUS: One of the best check-ins we've ever had ... friendly, cheerful and interested in us!!! (not just 'processing' our arrival). POSITIVE: Great W-Fi NOT-SO POSITIVE: We were in site 46, one of the older sites. Close spacing with RVs on either side. NEGATIVE: Our picnic table was right next to the sewer dump for the next RV. NOT pleasant!

Always seem to have space for us when we get there. Now, seems like greed has taken over. Summer months price has now tripled, no monthly prices $2500 to $3500 based on daily rates. That's almost as high as Florida costal sites. Sorry kids and grandkids can't come to visit at these prices. Feel sorry for those who try!

Stopped for an overnight. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff and guests. The wifi was the best I have experienced. Hookups were easy, the site was level, and the bathrooms were nice. If you're hungry upon arriving, they have fresh made pizza in the office area. Would definitely stay here again.
