Such a nice campsite, just minutes from the park entrance! We had a tent site with electric here. The property is nicely spread out, and the staff were thoughtful to space the tent campers out so that we had some privacy during our stay. Credit card-friendly laundry facility was a great plus, and the washers are new front-loaders. We loved the staff; they were so friendly and helpful!

The staff were all exceptional- friendly and helpful! The place was clean and organized. My kids loved the beautiful wooden playground and the pools were fun to cool off in. We absolutely loved the live music every night- Thursday’s guy was amazing! (I would recommend turning the sound up for the other 2 musicians). We really enjoyed the close proximity to the park. Highly recommend staying here

It was a little expensive but very nice lots of amenities didn't really feel like camping felt more like a motel overall five star rating

Our stay was short but this park is amazing! Everything about it is beautiful, even the bathrooms! Friendly staff from office to grounds. Would love to come back.

Granted we were there at a slow time, but the place was great, v. clean and staff very accommodating. Pool(there are 2 but only one was open in late September), sauna, hot tub were wonderful. Restaurant had an unexpectedly great menu and it was a great place for my birthday dinner! We were in a van on a tent site with no hookups in late sept, but the RV sites had patio furniture & umbrellas.

Beautiful, well kept campground! The flowers were amazing and the food at the restaurant was delicious! And so close to the entrance to Glacier National Park. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Wonderful!! We booked one of the last available campsites for our large group of 8. It was perfect! We were able to set up a second tent just behind the tent pad, and we were near a small parking area for the extra vehicle. We normally book a group site, but took a chance when we got a last minute opportunity for a Glacier trip. As always, we wanted to stay longer and enjoy the awesome amenities.

It’s conveniently located to the West glacier entrance! Our stay was so relaxing. Only thing I would recommend is really enforce the speed limit cause vehicles were zooming by the tent sites and kicking up a bunch of dust.

This location was way more than i expected. The pools were great, and i loved they had an adults only one. If we had a question everyone was super friendly and when we couldn't find the garbages on the map a gentleman came up to our site and took it out for us, and told us where we could find the big ones. every employee we talked to was lovely. and the Bear stream was really cool!

We ate dinner at the Cozy Bear 3 nights in a row ,each meal was delicious . The pools were nice , the camp ground beautiful and the staff was friendly . I just had 2 concerns : some showers near the back tent sites had extremely low water pressure and the pet waste station smell near there was unpleasant . Overall the best KOA my family has been to. Thankyou

accessible shower and toilet areas would be very appreciated. A dedicated bathroom closer to the group tent area would be helpful without a long walk up a hill for small children and those needing quick access as opposed to driving and very limited parking at the building.

Almost perfect. On dry days the road dust can be a minor issue in the tent sites. But the sites, bathrooms, services and facility is amazing.

Everything is nice but tent sites are a bit close to the road and other sites. Slamming car doors and gravel crunching is loud.

Nice campground. This was the most expensive campground of my entire KOA experience. I didn't realize until after setting up my tent that I did not have electric and water! I was offered to move to another site but since my tent and camp was already set up, I declined. I had to take my electronics that needed recharging down to the shower house and sit until recharged. I paid close to $200!

Staff helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and grounds clean and well maintained. Proximity to GNP hood. Campsites are to close together. Campers are noisy even after quiet time.

The people next to us were partying way past quiet time, no one from koa came by to monitor the noise, we had to ask the partying people to be quiet. I paid almost $200/night to pitch a tent for that? I can't fathom charging that much for a sandbox! I feel like koa stole my money! The WORST part of out family vacation was our stay at koa! I TRULY want my money back!

Campground was clean and well kept. Downside is if you are in a tent site the tent pad is so hard and rocky. Not the best place to put a tent. If I would return it would not be on a tent site. Pool area was nice for swimming. Great to have the option for Breakfast at the lazy bear cafe.

It was so loud and there was no clear enforcement. I would tell people if you want to come to a place for partying this is the place. If you want to bring your family chose somewhere else. There was an extremely loud DJ just at the edge of the campground and then all the people that were at that event came loudly and drunk through the campground.

Nice place but…. Food is OK, but expensive! Bathrooms are nice. Laundry should run with quarters, not some app that you have to download. People were confused by this and makes the process worse. I had to check out early, from a TENT site, of course, couldn’t get a refund, which is just wrong in my opinion. Another KOA we stayed at a few years ago gave me a refund for leaving early. We had the best time again. We are blown away by how friendly the staff are each year. You cant find a more beautiful spot to post up for a vacation. The kids are so happy here with all the other campers and activities and proximity to Glacier. We look forward to our stay every year!

As much as I appreciated the laundry mat and shower facilities it was hard to enjoy the tent sites when there was an outdoor wedding with loud music and speakers all night. They did shut down at quiet time but I would have booked elsewhere had I known that we would be listening to an event all evening.

Scenic quite atmosphere, colorful flowered common area with lounge furnitures, live music, nice restaurant, clean modern restrooms, central position to the National park. Nice and worthy to stay several days i.e. as a starting point for hikes. A pleasure have been there.

Tent spots had plenty of room and area was well laid out. Bathrooms were semi dirty but there was tons of people staying there so hard to maintain constantly. Would 100% stay here again. The pool and live music were outstanding

This is a very convenient location, and the KOA itself is grand with a lot of different activities available across the entire property. The tent sites were great and very easy to find from the KOA store. Our site was exceptionally neat and clean, and they even deliver firewood right to your site. There were tons of activities to enjoy, including a Fourth of July parade and a kids' activity center, plus they have an excellent pool and a spa sauna available. My only critique is that I hope it would have been a bit more affordable for a tent site camping experience; we paid almost $300 for two nights to stay in a tent site over the Fourth of July weekend.

West Glacier KOA is easily one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, friendly staff, and the exceptional condition of the entire property. Every part of the campground is beautifully maintained, with colorful flowers, mature trees, and spotless facilities that clearly reflect the pride and care of the team. The location is outstanding. Being just minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park made it incredibly convenient for early morning trips on Going-to-the-Sun Road and exploring the park's breathtaking scenery. Restaurants, shops, and other services are also close by, making it an ideal base for visitors. The campground itself is peaceful, clean, and well organized. The washrooms and showers were among the cleanest we have seen at any campground, and the laundry facilities were modern and well maintained. The campground store is well stocked with essentials, gifts, and camping supplies. After a full day of sightseeing, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. We stayed here in a 30-foot motorhome and found the roads and sites easy to navigate. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, and despite being a popular campground, it never felt crowded or noisy. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it easy to unwind after busy days exploring Glacier National Park. What impressed us most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone we met was helpful, welcoming, and happy to answer questions or provide local recommendations. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be stronger Wi-Fi during peak hours, but honestly, that was a very minor issue compared with the overall experience. Overall, West Glacier KOA offers an outstanding combination of location, cleanliness, beautiful landscaping, excellent amenities, and exceptional hospitality. It is the perfect place to stay whether you are traveling in an RV, tent camping, or staying in one of their cabins. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Glacier National Park and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and memorable camping experience. It truly deserves a five-star rating.

This was a great camping experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and out and about visiting guests. Food at the restaurant was not just available, it was great tasting and a creative menu. The beer garden and live music encouraged us to leave our camper and really enjoy the atmosphere. Lots of activities for the family and close to Glacier NP.
