We had another wonderful stay!Fall is so beautiful here.Special thanks to Don,Terri, Alex,Jaz Mara, Sue & everyone who made our stay amazing. CampCabin-KK21 needs TLC. New mattress on double bed,back window repair(doesnt lock) & door @bottom has gap. We come yearly & like this cabin alot. Big Bathhouse was not as clean as in the past. Showers were dirty. Loved the Lazybear meals-ribs & prime rib:)

Alwats clean! Fantstic people! Just an all around fun place to stay! Even ss late in the season as it was, there were still hottubs, activities out near the volleyball nets! The gal at the front desk (my apologies, didn't catch your name) wass s fantastic and actually knew the area! (thats rare). This is our 2nd stay here with more to come!

Served my needs very well. The cabin was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The shop carried the things I needed. Imperfect: The men's room at the main office was a bit stinky. The vent was okay but de-stinking elements would be helpful. Of the three showers in the men's room, only one featured a bath chair (of the type for disabled individuals). There should be 1 in each shower.

Loved the Tucker lodge but for the amount of money you pay for it, it would be nice to have own personal hot tub. Community pool / hot tub and sauna close at 8pm which isn’t the best when coming back from hiking long days.

Everything was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The food was surprisingly good and the evening live music was a pleasant surprise. The only minor issue was that the WiFi was inconsistent, but we all need to be offline more anyway. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A very good campground that is definitely worth staying at if visiting the West Glacier area. We stayed in a cabin and liked the layout of the campground very much. Each cabin site felt cozy and private for a campground. The pool and overall grounds were well kept. Our cabin needed some TLC and hopefully, they can use the offseason to fix things up. Overall, would stay again.

We are RVer's and have had great experience with KOA, This time, we flew into Kalispel, so we decided to try one of the KOA sky deck cabins. We really enjoyed our cabin, the onsite restaurant and the friendly staff. I'm not sure if we will be back to Glacier National Park, but if we do, we will definitely stay here. For sure, we will recommend to our friends who wish to see the park.

The staff was very helpful. We ate at the on-site cafe several times & the food was great. The new shower house facility was a huge improvement from what you typically find at a camp facility - well done! The one suggestion is to allow seeing cabin location before reserving. Unless I missed a step in the process I was only able to select type of cabin but not the specific one.

We stayed in one of the cabins and it was wonderful. We had plenty of space and privacy. The people are so friendly and helpful. I wish I'd had longer to stay.

This place is paradise. Had a wonderful stay for 4 nights in one room cabin. Love the beer garden and restaurant. Breakfast was great. Well manicured and maintained grounds. Would have given 5 stars if there were more restrooms/showers and the ones at the office and behind the activities center need updating. All staff members were fantastic.

Loved the KOA and would definitely come back. I didn’t give it a 5 star due to the showers being dirty in the morning. The bathrooms were very clean but showers were gross, hair in drain, people left toothbrushes, razors, fake nails and food in showers. With the high volume of guest, it might be worth having staff due 15 minute checks on the showers to keep them clean. Otherwise, lovely stay.

I stayed for one night in a basic cabin and really enjoyed staying there. It is always a good stay there as I have many times through the years. They have everything there to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Staff was great . Friendly -helpfull etc - Both inside& outside staff. . Rented Tucker Cabin. Amazing log cabin-true log cabin -in & out. Only about 10 min dr to & from West Glacier entrance . Highly recommend staying at this K.O.A. Hope to return next fall.

The facility is beautiful and has many conveniences. Loved the outside patio and upper deck of our lodge. BUT the heat did not work, so it was very cold by morning and the mattresses on the bunk beds were terrible. They advertised a second bed, but it was a hide a bed which took up all the space and made it impossible to get to the bathroom.

Stayed in a basic cabin. Good bathrooms. Felt like glamping with the restaurant, entertainment and activities. Grounds were immaculate. Close proximity to park. One suggestion: since there are bears in the area, have bear proof garbage bins.

It was great! Nice and quiet and the amenities were so great. The only feedback we had would be to clean the showers more, they were often kind of gross and dirty! Would come back again! Close the glacier which was so convenient!

Your staff was very accommodating in making changes. We shifted from a group tent site to a primitive cabin, which your multi-day discount make it affordable for us. We were particularly pleased by the lack of sound from the adjacent RV's. Your Ambassadors were particularly help as the key did not fit and the store was closed. That is a great support service

Everyone’s assistance was great. Cabin clean, beds comfortable, we didn’t use upstairs. Not easy for these 3 seniors. Motion sensor lights on the floors for nighttime would be nice. Stairs too. This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced. I can't say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. Check-in was so simple and easy, the cabin was clean, had everything we needed stocked, plenty of room even in a small cabin, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and supplies. The staff was exceptional not only in the interactions with us, but in watching how they interact with other guest. You will not be disappointed. The location of this campground compared to the park is second to none. You can easily be in the park in 5 minutes. It's so quiet and peaceful but has plenty to do. You have to try the Lazy Bear Cafe and the Ice Cream shop. Between the Ribeye steak and the Huckleberry Ice cream, it will be hard to ever beat it. The prices and menu at the Lazy Bear were very reasonable and the food was out of this world. Felt like we were at a top tier restaurant. I cannot say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. If you are considering it, go ahead and book your vacation there and stay a few extra days. There is so much to do and you will not be disappointed!

The place says it all a 10 in rating is not good enough. They gave us a gift bag and very kind and friendly the cabins both comfort and sky cabins are very nice, and the grounds are beautiful they have a store and everything you need the rest rooms were clean I have to say Steve and Shelia were great people working here. highly recommend this place don't hesitate, BOOK IT.....
