The staff was very friendly, always a wave and hello. The grounds were incredibly dirty; the adult pool and hot tub were in serious need of cleaning. The bathrooms were disgusting with some not having the trash emptied during our entire stay. The only clean bathrooms were the new ones with showers and the ones by tent sites; otherwise, not cleaned very often if at all during our stay.

The Three-star rating is simply due to the price. With all the added fees it came out to be $200/night for a rustic cabin. This price is surprising considering how empty the campground was, and we learned from another camper that they were offering a discount if you booked in May. Why not offer a discount to those that booked earlier? This year I paid, Next year? Everything else was outstanding.

We came in last minute with no plans to originally stay here. We as a family had stayed at this KOA 8 years and had great memories so figured we would give it a shot. Not only did you have space, but it was a fair price and you were able to accommodate our improvisation. The staff were amazing and everyone was so accommodating. Amazing memories were made yet again at Glacier KOA

We loved the lodge we stayed in. It was cute, clean, and had all the basics we could have wanted! We didn’t check out the campground bathrooms or events but the proximity to Glacier NP was a huge selling point. Overall really happy with our experience!

I believe we were there on the last week the campground was open for the season so they had some items closed such as the family pool so there were kids swimming in the adult pool and activities were limited, however, we enjoyed having fewer people of the peacefulness of the surroundings. Very conveniently located near the park, exceptionally friendly staff and the most beautiful views all around

I have been staying at this KOA since the early 90s. I have stayed at alot of KOAs in the U.S. and in Montana and this one is top notch. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. This year I happened to be at the very end of the season and even tho they were getting ready to close down they were still present and always going above and beyond. Thanks for a memorable stay.

What an amazing stay at West Glacier KOA! I can see why this campground was voted best in the country a few years ago!! We arrived on Saturday just in time to enjoy a huckleberry-flavored cocktail at their beergarden, dinner at their bistro and live music! What a treat! They worked with me to get me a quieter cabin! And our dog had the best time on their pet walk and play park. We loved it there!!

All good in my cabin. Very quiet at night. The hot tub did not seem very clean however. Music was great, food & servers were wonderful. Flowers, landscaping is FANTASTIC. I will be back. This was my 2nd stay.

Great place. I did not use any amenities except the bathroom but it seemed like there was a lot going on there. I rented a cabin with no bathroom or linens and there was a tip envelope for the cleaner? Literally vinyl mattresses, a small fridge with no freezer, and a tiny microwave so asking for tips to sweep a floor I didn’t even get dirty because I take my shoes off at the door…

We have been to this KOA many times as a couple and with all our family. Love the convenience of being so close to GNP! We have always stayed in the deluxe studio cabins. Everything is kept clean and the atmosphere is friendly and quiet. Scoops and the Bear Cafe are nice additions, as well as plenty of seating in shade or sun around the park.This KOA near GNP in Montana is our happy place!

The grounds were beautifully landscaped. Nice to have easy evening music. The only negative is that the new shower had only a little triangle bench to set things on

Without question the best KOA as well as the best RV Resort we have ever stayed in. Easy access to both Park and Glacier. wonderfully polite, helpful staff, beautifully maintained grounds and facilities. Whoever maintains the flowers doesn’t get paid enough. Well thought out and engineered layout. This should be the benchmark for all.

Nobody has vacuumed the cracks of the beds or walls in the cabin in about a decade. The more you look the worse it gets. Found about 30 dead spiders and someone’s pills

The camping cabin inside very nice with box fan, mini fridge, microwave, hooks for hanging things, table and chair. The restrooms by office were clean, toilet and shower stalls with hooks, bench, hot water after long day hiking, sinks with mirrors, outlets, hand soap, paper towels. Bring your own hair dryer, it would be nice if they would provide a hair dryer in the bathrooms. Great Stay!

Best KOA we have stayed at. Excellent staff More of a resort than campground. Pools, hot tubs, saunas, place to eat, store, playgrounds. Family friendly.

Everything was great! Staff were friendly and helpful, the store had what we needed, cabin and bathroom were clean and easy to find. Live music and food truck were nice, and we enjoyed ice cream from Scoops. Only complaint was the food truck ran out of items (not your issue) and we had to leave to drive to find food after planning on eating at the food truck. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but that cabin was not takin care of. Lock to the bathroom didnt work. The couch looked like someone took it off the corner of the street. The main door did not seal and was loose. The one sliding door was junk. They didnt take cash to get ice cream... when you spend that much, you expect more. Everything else was really nice. Top notch. Would go again. Just not that cabin.

Beautiful, well taken care of campground. Stayed in lodge 16, and it had plenty of room for just us two. Swam and did the hot Uber in the evenings while listening to the musicians. Wonderful experience!

This koa is really close to the entrance of Glacier. This koa has a lot to offer while we were there we were able to eat dinner at restaurant. Get lots of ice cream. Swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tubs. During the week they even had some great events. We were able to see a hot air balloon and speak to the pilot. I feel like the store prices were very reasonable. The over all cost is a lot but you get a lot for your money.

Beautiful KOA, with great views. Close to many points of interest. Nice large sites, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and great Dog parks throughout the park. Firewood and ice delivery upon request. Dan was our designated Entertaiment Embassador for the park he was great to talk to and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Definitely on the pricy side with a 20 dollar a day resort fee, but if you don't mind paying it is well worth it. Great restaurant on site with a small selection of food but made well. The bar b Que ribs were my husbands favorites. Whiskey tasting is close by and the Dew Point dive bar down the road had one of the best burger we've ever tasted.

We had the deluxe patio site. It was incredible. Super clean, very well taken care of! The on-site amenities are incredible. We had breakfast and dinner at the Cafe and it was great! Free music with the view of the mountains! Amazing! Great drinks at the bar (Air Stream)! Ice-cream and a full camp-store with everything you need! Love this place. The Best KOA I have ever stayed!
