General Campground Information

Resort Fee

Resort Fee:  The West Glacier Resort prides itself on being able to offer an exceptional guest experience.  We feature exceptional landscaping, two large pools, two hot tubs, GaGa ball, a playground, basketball, cornhole, an impressive pet playground, live music, rafting  and fly fishing demonstrations, a magic show, face painting, and other various activities, all for no individual extra charge. We have decided instead to charge a resort fee which is paid at check-in. The only time you will pay extra is if you take something home with you, like a tie-dye t-shirt. Thanks for choosing to stay with us and ENJOY!  This fee only applies to stays between the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day and is $20 per stay in 2021 and $6 per night in 2022.

One of the greatest attributes of the West Glacier KOA is that it is quiet and remote. We do not advertise WiFi as an amenity; however, there is WiFi available near the front office. We have placed several tables & chairs outside so you can comfortably look up information. This means there is just enough bandwidth to check email or lookup a restaurant. Please do not upload/download photos, stream audio/video, download video, watch movies online or do any online gaming. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay.

Campground Rules

Bikes
We love having children with their bicycles on the park. We do ask that parents supervise their young children and encourage them not to ride near the check-in area as RV traffic is heavy in this area. This is for their safety.
Landscaping
We work very hard to maintain our campground landscaping; please follow all signs and stay on the designated walk-ways.  Also note that most areas of the campground are irrigated, including your site.  Please plan accordingly.
Tent
Tents are not allowed in RV sites, unless designated as a combo site.  If you would like to setup a tent please contact the front desk about obtaining a tent site.
Vehicle Washing
Vehicle washing is not allowed in the park except by authorized vendors who use approved eco-friendly detergents.

The speed limit on the park is 5mph.  Please don't be upset if an employee asks you to slow down.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in 3:00 PM
Check-out 11:00 AM

We ask that our customers be aware of their departure date and time.  If you fail to check-out, your rig will need to be towed from the site for the incoming guest.  In this case, a tow truck is required and the customer violating their departure date will be responsible for charges.

After-hours Check-in:

If you expect to arrive after our front desk closes, there is a late arrivals box with everything you'll need to check in.  Located at our front kiosk is a brown box.  Inside, you'll find your site map with directions to your site.  If you have a cabin, it will be open and your key will be inside. Please be sure to stop by the front desk in the morning to register for your stay.  Drive safely!   Text us at (406) 345-6009 if you have more questions.

Quiet Hours

Daily: 10pm to 6am; please be respectful and mindful of your neighbors. Loud and unruly behavior will not be tolerated and if this rule is not followed you may be asked to leave.

Pet Policy

Your animal friends are welcome at the West Glacier KOA. We insist on the KOA official National Pet Policy. You may review the policy upon completion of your reservation. We ask that you do not bring any pet(s) that exhibits aggressive or protective behaviors to our busy campground. We also ask that you do not leave your pet(s) unattended at anytime and that they are on a 6 foot lead whenever the animal is outside the owner's trailer, vehicle, cabin or motorhome. Pet(s) that incessantly bark, day or night, are not permitted. You are required to pick up after your animal fury friends. Violators of any of these policies may be asked to exit our campground. Pet(s) are not allowed in any of our general public buildings, such as pavilion, laundry room, pool area, etc.
There is a $40 Pet Fee for each pet in our Deluxe Cabins and Tucker Lodge, where we provide linens, to cover cleaning costs.  This is a one time fee-per stay.

Campfires

Campfires are part of camping but they can be dangerous. Please put all fires out before retiring for the evening and please follow all fire restrictions if they are in effect.
