Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, and lots of activities. We were in site 147 and thought the lights at the cabins next to us are too bright and should be dimmed down.

Very nice park. Well maintained and beautiful with all the flowers blooming. Lots of things to do. Fantastic ice cream. A very nice gift store. Very friendly staff. Just two miles from Glacier and a short drive to Columbia Falls, Hungry Horse and Coram. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This resort checks ALL the boxes. Could easily stay here a week and not need to leave (except to visit Glacier National Park less than 5 min away)! The hard work shows... keep it up. We've already referred friends.

One of the best KOA campgrounds in the country. But please fix your saunas. Add pickelball courts. Otherwise great stay!

My only complaint was the restaurant, we planned one dinner and my children’s food was served 30 min before mine. I asked the waitress and she said they forgot my burger (no biggie wasn’t in a rush) they clearly rushed my burger and it was undercooked and slapped together. For what it was in the end $19 felt like far too much.

I know it wasn’t your fault that the smoke ruined the trip. It would be nice if we got a significant discount to come back again next summer when it may be not so smoky.Your resort is beautiful but we couldn’t leave it because of the unhealthy air quality.

The amenities were great! The view from the pool was spectacular. Restaurant and live music were great! The site we got was tight (144). I would definitely select a site rather than just get what we get next time… tried to avoid setting the camper next to our fire pit on fire for reference of how close it was to our neighbors. Aside from the site being small we would definitely go back.

This is the best KOA we've ever stayed at! The whole family had so much fun! The amenities were awesome! I loved the music every night and the kids loved the pool, playground and train! Can't wait to come back!

Grounds were beautifully kept. Plenty of entertainment. Loved that there was an adult pool and a kids pool.

Friendly staff and well maintained facility. The barrel rides etc. were cute. The low rating is based on the $265 a night rate I was charged which is just ridiculous. For that I got to use a gas grill once and had a little bit better table. The site had no shade at all. The WiFi was also terrible. If I connected it basically made my phone dysfunctional. I left there feeling ripped off.

This was the absolute best rv park I have ever been at I hated to leave but we will be back. And the staff are fantastic friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful stay at the West Glacier KOA! The main reason we chose this campground was the proximity to the West Glacier entrance, and we were blown away by how great the campground was! They really had everything you needed, a cafe to get food, a bar, ice cream shop, live music every night, lots of common seating and space, very friendly staff too. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and the cleanliness of the park was exceptional. Only issue I had was the office staff wasn’t very flexible. I called several days in advance to try and get my brother close to me and the staff was like we are full but for $50 dollars we can arrange!

Amazing amenities. Beautiful landscaping throughout the campground. Outstanding staff shout out to Don he stopped by our campsite almost every night to say hi and pet Archie our Corgi.

Resort on the whole was nice. The bathrooms/showers really need an update/upgrade. they are not near as nice as I would have expected at a resort with as much going for it and for the price of the nights stay.

One of the best campground we ever stayed at. Clean, friendly, lots of activities, a beer garden with an airstream bar with live music and 2 pools! We’re definitely coming back!! The only drawback I’d say is the cost which to be fair they do offer a lot of amenities and we had a great time

Loved the park. Very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I wish I had gotten the Sunday August 2, 2026 server's name at the Bear Cafe. She was swamped but handled it with such ease and professionalism. She was excellent! The only thing I would say is the showers need to be updated. They are too small for average size adults.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well maintained. Our site was level and very roomy with a barrier next to us between the sites next to us, offering privacy in a large park. The pools, spa and hot tub was great after a day of exploring Gracier NP.

We absolutely love this place! It is beautiful, very well maintained and the sites are excellent. But our favorite part was the people who work here. Every one of them provided a great experience and all seemed so happy. Michelle deserves a special shout out. She asked if we had a problem and jumped into action to try to help us solve it. She definitely went the extra ten miles for us!

This is one of nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. Even though it was full of many people it was large enough to not feel crowded. The restaurant was lovely to eat at and the morning latte was so good.

This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced. I can't say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. Check-in was so simple and easy, the cabin was clean, had everything we needed stocked, plenty of room even in a small cabin, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and supplies. The staff was exceptional not only in the interactions with us, but in watching how they interact with other guest. You will not be disappointed. The location of this campground compared to the park is second to none. You can easily be in the park in 5 minutes. It's so quiet and peaceful but has plenty to do. You have to try the Lazy Bear Cafe and the Ice Cream shop. Between the Ribeye steak and the Huckleberry Ice cream, it will be hard to ever beat it. The prices and menu at the Lazy Bear were very reasonable and the food was out of this world. Felt like we were at a top tier restaurant. I cannot say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. If you are considering it, go ahead and book your vacation there and stay a few extra days. There is so much to do and you will not be disappointed!

The place says it all a 10 in rating is not good enough. They gave us a gift bag and very kind and friendly the cabins both comfort and sky cabins are very nice, and the grounds are beautiful they have a store and everything you need the rest rooms were clean I have to say Steve and Shelia were great people working here. highly recommend this place don't hesitate, BOOK IT.....
