Our family had the best stay here in West Glacier. The location was fabulous (it’s an easy drive into the national park), accommodations were great (we stayed in a camping lodge), amenities were plentiful (pool, restaurant, ice cream parlor, general store, playground, etc…) & customer service was top notch. I would recommend this KOA to anyone. We will 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in one of the little cabins for the first time however was very disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed was...it totally sagged to the middle with two people on the mattress and we are not overweight or obese people...need to get a new mattress in cabin #8. The rest of the amenities were amazing and was able to enjoy breakfast and dinner, as well as a soak in the hot tubs!

We loved staying at West Glacier KOA in a large cabin with two lofts. Our adult daughters slept in lofts. Although the ceilings are low and they couldn’t fully stand up, we all agreed it was a great home base for exploring Glacier NP. We enjoyed the Lazy Bear Cafe for coffee and meals. Bear stream bar and live nightly music was fun too. Staff so great!

We left the cabin cleaner than we found it! Items were left in the refrigerator, the floors were dusty with bits of gravel and we wiped down the beds because they were dusty too. To expensive for having to bring EVERYTHING we needed! Not a reasonable alternative to a hotel anymore!! So Sad

Beautiful area and friendly staff! My dog loved the dog park and the cabin we had was perfect! Thank you for being pet friendly! The only complaint might be selection of dinner items in the café. Kind of fancy for a campground and expensive...There is a pizza place up the street not part of the KOA that has really good pizza.

Beautiful and well maintained place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Only suggestion would be to add an enclosed commons area (arcade for kids, seating for adults, stuff like that).

We loved the seclusion and peaceful atmosphere of this KOA. From the camp store to the restaurant, the campground offered us everything we may have needed. The ice cream shop, bar, pool, and hot tub offered us everything we could have wanted to enjoy a relaxing evening after a busy day exploring the area. Even my dog enjoyed all the pet friendly opportunities and a daily pup cup too.

Stayed in a large cabin, which had numerous problems. Blinds missing (hung blankets over window), thermostat in bedroom stuck on (then fixed the same day but it was HOT in there) leaking sink, dirty, no hangers, paper towels, kleenex, etc. Staff seemed accomodating, but never came back to fix the items other than the thermostat. Were there for 5 nigihts with a blanket over the door window.

Short 2 night stay, but we enjoyed everything in park including the beer garden, restaurant, nightly music, cabin, pools, we'll manicured grounds, and close location to Glacier Park.

Cabin was not cleaned or made up. Sent to another cabin. Upstairs mattress on the floor, no place to hang anything, and air conditioner was not adequate.

It was a little pricey especially as we did not need 3 bedrooms for the 2 of us. But - the grounds were impeccable and beautiful! Perfect for families! Roger really enjoyed the nightly music! I liked the cooking facilities! Our place was clean and efficient and we sent pictures to my daughter and she booked a big unit at the end of June!

Again, this campground has proven to be the best. I was able to invite my parents out here this year and ever couldn’t believe how amazing it was. You have thought of everything and my kids would be just as happy to stay at the campground for activities thank other things.

We stayed in a "deluxe" cabin for 4 nights. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The KOA itself had lots of amenities, although we spent most of our time at Glacier National Park. We did have a problem with the "no cash" laundry, which charged us for a dryer, but never started. Also, we wished there was a larger sink for washing dishes and a few more signs indicating one-way driveways.

This is a very convenient location, and the KOA itself is grand with a lot of different activities available across the entire property. The tent sites were great and very easy to find from the KOA store. Our site was exceptionally neat and clean, and they even deliver firewood right to your site. There were tons of activities to enjoy, including a Fourth of July parade and a kids' activity center, plus they have an excellent pool and a spa sauna available. My only critique is that I hope it would have been a bit more affordable for a tent site camping experience; we paid almost $300 for two nights to stay in a tent site over the Fourth of July weekend.

West Glacier KOA is easily one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, friendly staff, and the exceptional condition of the entire property. Every part of the campground is beautifully maintained, with colorful flowers, mature trees, and spotless facilities that clearly reflect the pride and care of the team. The location is outstanding. Being just minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park made it incredibly convenient for early morning trips on Going-to-the-Sun Road and exploring the park's breathtaking scenery. Restaurants, shops, and other services are also close by, making it an ideal base for visitors. The campground itself is peaceful, clean, and well organized. The washrooms and showers were among the cleanest we have seen at any campground, and the laundry facilities were modern and well maintained. The campground store is well stocked with essentials, gifts, and camping supplies. After a full day of sightseeing, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. We stayed here in a 30-foot motorhome and found the roads and sites easy to navigate. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, and despite being a popular campground, it never felt crowded or noisy. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it easy to unwind after busy days exploring Glacier National Park. What impressed us most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone we met was helpful, welcoming, and happy to answer questions or provide local recommendations. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be stronger Wi-Fi during peak hours, but honestly, that was a very minor issue compared with the overall experience. Overall, West Glacier KOA offers an outstanding combination of location, cleanliness, beautiful landscaping, excellent amenities, and exceptional hospitality. It is the perfect place to stay whether you are traveling in an RV, tent camping, or staying in one of their cabins. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Glacier National Park and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and memorable camping experience. It truly deserves a five-star rating.

This was a great camping experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and out and about visiting guests. Food at the restaurant was not just available, it was great tasting and a creative menu. The beer garden and live music encouraged us to leave our camper and really enjoy the atmosphere. Lots of activities for the family and close to Glacier NP.
