The campground was clean and the staff friendly. The cabin nice but not as advertised on the website. We booked the deluxe cabin which said “full bathroom including shower and tub”. This was not the case, no tub so it was difficult with two small children. The bedding in the lofts was bad, both the mattresses and linens. The outdoor area was the best. Nice deck and fire pit area enjoyable.

I love this resort! Spent some very magical trips here. With that said our cabin was very dirty. Food under the table, cobwebs, massive dust bunnies, dirty fridge, and the CIGARETTE SMOKE!!!! It was terrible and the first round of ozone helped it was still pretty terrible especially with young kiddos. Every piece of clothing we had in the cabin needs to be heavily laundered. It was that bad!!!

My husband and I spent 3 days at this location. The grounds were beautiful, staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for our needs. We rented one of the small single room cabins. The cabin was clean and ready by checkin time. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to pricing. It was definitely overpriced in my opinion. Glacier has been on my bucket list a very long time.

The KOA facility is very nice, clean and lots to do. We loved the fact that they have an adult pool, enjoyed the whiskey tasting they had the evening we arrived, and happy with the facility overall. However, we were very disappointed in the cabin, especially based on the cost. The couch was in bad shape, the stove top had a big crack in it, and just the general shape of the cabin was rundown.

This was the most beautiful campground I’ve ever been to. The landscaping and flowers were spectacular. The extra amenities like the ice cream shop, restaurant, airstream bar, and live music were amazing.

Lovely campground/cabins. . really to expensive for the average family in my opinion.(especially without a bathroom and shower in the log cabins.) . Very nice people working there.

We enjoyed our stay. I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 because cleanliness was lacking in our lodges (especially for the price point). KL20 the floors were quite dirty and the coffee maker was filthy. Sky lodge 26 had filthy baseboards - especially in the bathrooms. My mom also said there was dog hair everywhere. Hopefully this can be fixed for future guests.

The staff is so friendly. Love visiting with them. Beautiful campground and well maintained. The West Glacier Carving Rendezvous has been held here for many years and they are so accommodating for our large group that meets here for 3 days of hand carving and friendship.

We stayed in one of the cabins across from the pools it was great the grounds were clean and the dog park was well maintained. We’ve been there a few times and loved it we just stayed there this year and didn’t need to travel around the food was excellent and my favorite was the huckleberry peach pie we plan on return next year if possible would love to check out the new cabins with the sky d

We stayed in the new cabins. Most uncomfortable couch ever, no paper towels, one dishwasher soap pod for a 3 night stay, baseboards were dirty, hair in the shower, a text was sent to my phone reminding me of quiet hours (we were asleep so I read it when I woke up). The charge to stay in these cabins was ridiculously high. I was disappointed in the accommodations. The RV park looked nice.

The new lodge with roof deck was incredible. We booked it a long time ago and had no idea it would be so nice. Love the vibe of the whole place. Prices of general store were in line w expectations. Kids loved freedom to run to playground and pool on own. Close to glacier park. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the West Glacier KOA! The property is beautiful, our kids enjoyed the pool and playgrounds and the huckleberry ice cream was a fun treat! The bathrooms were kept clean and it was awesome that there is even a dishwashing station! The office employees were so helpful in telling us about the area. We highly recommend!

All in all our family had a wonderful time. The only thing that could have been better was the wifi for the lodge that we were staying in didn't work. The TV was connected via the wifi and during our stay it rained three of the four nights we were there. For $500 a night I would expect functioning wifi and a TV that worked so that my young kids could enjoy a movie or show in the evenings.

Staff was excellent. Grounds amazing. Amenities Wonderful. I would easily give a higher rating but can't due to the pricing being too high and becoming outrageous. This year I rented three cabins for four days, it was $8000. Same cabins for next year the same four days will be $2400 higher. As much as I love the KOA I won't be back due to cost.

WE HAD SUCH A GREAT STAY AT THE WEST GLACIER KOA. STAFF WERE ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND HAPPY. THE OFFICE HAS ALL THE ESSENTIALS YOU NEED FOR ANY LAST-MINUTE NEED. THE VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR! MY KIDS LOVED ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES AND THE PLAYGROUND AND MADE AWESOME FRIENDS ! WE WILL BE COMING BACK FOR ANOTHER STAY!

Had a wonderful stay, didn't get to do much but sleep there, but when I have a chance to come back to Glacier, KOA would be my choice to stay. I'll try to bring more taffy/blueberries/snacks again too for you. ^_^

We had an incredible time at the KOA! We stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins and it was perfect. We loved the live music and family activities that were offered. It was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly!

Beautiful place with many facilities. The one concern was it wasn't deep cleaned. Our cabin needed swept and the thick mattress needed wiped. The restrooms has clean sinks and toilets. The shower antibacterial mats had hair and dirt under them. The worker shock her head no when asked if they mop as there were dirt streaks on the floor, dirty shower floors and no mop was seen.

Super friendly staff, everything felt clean and well-maintained. Loved that there was lots to do - pool, live music, playground for the kids. Great location too! It would be nice if the kid activities didn’t have an additional cost or if the cost was advertised better - we were surprised by the $25 charge for walking sticks and wouldn’t have made a point to be there for that, had we known.

This is a very convenient location, and the KOA itself is grand with a lot of different activities available across the entire property. The tent sites were great and very easy to find from the KOA store. Our site was exceptionally neat and clean, and they even deliver firewood right to your site. There were tons of activities to enjoy, including a Fourth of July parade and a kids' activity center, plus they have an excellent pool and a spa sauna available. My only critique is that I hope it would have been a bit more affordable for a tent site camping experience; we paid almost $300 for two nights to stay in a tent site over the Fourth of July weekend.

West Glacier KOA is easily one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, friendly staff, and the exceptional condition of the entire property. Every part of the campground is beautifully maintained, with colorful flowers, mature trees, and spotless facilities that clearly reflect the pride and care of the team. The location is outstanding. Being just minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park made it incredibly convenient for early morning trips on Going-to-the-Sun Road and exploring the park's breathtaking scenery. Restaurants, shops, and other services are also close by, making it an ideal base for visitors. The campground itself is peaceful, clean, and well organized. The washrooms and showers were among the cleanest we have seen at any campground, and the laundry facilities were modern and well maintained. The campground store is well stocked with essentials, gifts, and camping supplies. After a full day of sightseeing, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. We stayed here in a 30-foot motorhome and found the roads and sites easy to navigate. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, and despite being a popular campground, it never felt crowded or noisy. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it easy to unwind after busy days exploring Glacier National Park. What impressed us most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone we met was helpful, welcoming, and happy to answer questions or provide local recommendations. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be stronger Wi-Fi during peak hours, but honestly, that was a very minor issue compared with the overall experience. Overall, West Glacier KOA offers an outstanding combination of location, cleanliness, beautiful landscaping, excellent amenities, and exceptional hospitality. It is the perfect place to stay whether you are traveling in an RV, tent camping, or staying in one of their cabins. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Glacier National Park and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and memorable camping experience. It truly deserves a five-star rating.

This was a great camping experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and out and about visiting guests. Food at the restaurant was not just available, it was great tasting and a creative menu. The beer garden and live music encouraged us to leave our camper and really enjoy the atmosphere. Lots of activities for the family and close to Glacier NP.
