Kind and friendly staff. Impeccable grounds, great concept with separate adult pool with hot tubs. Tranquil. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Loved: gardens, adult pools, Mike Bouchet live music, food, drink, store, campground guide Hated bad dead animal type smell in the breeze at our camp site. Wished the bathrooms were cleaner and curtain in shower near adult pool smelled moldy. The cancellation policy too strict when booked last minute without 7 days in advance. Should allow change of date when a problem or travel delays occur.

The resort and stay were great. The only I am disappointment was lost money when the laundry service app was changed with no warning after I added extra funds. Especially bothered that the koa did nothing to attempt to resolve my concern. The app will not honor refunds and we won't need additional laundry funds.

The new lodge with roof deck was incredible. We booked it a long time ago and had no idea it would be so nice. Love the vibe of the whole place. Prices of general store were in line w expectations. Kids loved freedom to run to playground and pool on own. Close to glacier park. Highly recommend!

Everything is nice but tent sites are a bit close to the road and other sites. Slamming car doors and gravel crunching is loud.

Nice campground. This was the most expensive campground of my entire KOA experience. I didn't realize until after setting up my tent that I did not have electric and water! I was offered to move to another site but since my tent and camp was already set up, I declined. I had to take my electronics that needed recharging down to the shower house and sit until recharged. I paid close to $200!

The check in process was super easy and everyone was very friendly. I loved that you could walk to everything. The kids loved riding their bikes around the campground. The campground was very clean and super close to Glacier National Park. We will for sure stay here when we come back the the Glacier area.

Cabins provide all the comforts of home while still giving you that camping experience. The pool was a highlight for our daughter. Service is friendly and helpful.

Staff helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and grounds clean and well maintained. Proximity to GNP hood. Campsites are to close together. Campers are noisy even after quiet time.

We had a wonderful time at the West Glacier KOA! The property is beautiful, our kids enjoyed the pool and playgrounds and the huckleberry ice cream was a fun treat! The bathrooms were kept clean and it was awesome that there is even a dishwashing station! The office employees were so helpful in telling us about the area. We highly recommend!

The only thing I would recommend is trimming the tree that was by my pad. It scraped the side of my coach.

The people next to us were partying way past quiet time, no one from koa came by to monitor the noise, we had to ask the partying people to be quiet. I paid almost $200/night to pitch a tent for that? I can't fathom charging that much for a sandbox! I feel like koa stole my money! The WORST part of out family vacation was our stay at koa! I TRULY want my money back!

All in all our family had a wonderful time. The only thing that could have been better was the wifi for the lodge that we were staying in didn't work. The TV was connected via the wifi and during our stay it rained three of the four nights we were there. For $500 a night I would expect functioning wifi and a TV that worked so that my young kids could enjoy a movie or show in the evenings.

All staff friendly and helpful. Park is super clean and has first class amenities. Best Dog park ever! It is really a resort vs campground / rv park.

Staff was excellent. Grounds amazing. Amenities Wonderful. I would easily give a higher rating but can't due to the pricing being too high and becoming outrageous. This year I rented three cabins for four days, it was $8000. Same cabins for next year the same four days will be $2400 higher. As much as I love the KOA I won't be back due to cost.

The campground is just beautiful with flowers every where, a great cafe, ice cream shop, gift shop and lots of great entertainment! This KOA is also a great location to the Glacier National Park west side entrance. Loved the campgrounds and highly recommend!

Awesome campground/resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was lots to do including a great walking path through the woods. Two large dog parks which was a bonus for our pup. Restrooms were kept clean and stocked. The campground was beautiful with lots of flowers and plants . Good music every night to enjoy in a common area with an onsite restaurant and bar next to it. TOPNOTCH!

Campground was clean and well kept. Downside is if you are in a tent site the tent pad is so hard and rocky. Not the best place to put a tent. If I would return it would not be on a tent site. Pool area was nice for swimming. Great to have the option for Breakfast at the lazy bear cafe.

We were absolutely blown away by everything about West Glacier KOA. We had originally planned to stay 2 nights and immediately cancelled 4 nights in other campgrounds in favor of having more time at WGKOA. My husband, 8 year old son and I made memories we’ll be talking about forever! Best experience, beautiful grounds, super sweet staff, so much for kids to do. We’ll 100% be back!

This koa is really close to the entrance of Glacier. This koa has a lot to offer while we were there we were able to eat dinner at restaurant. Get lots of ice cream. Swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tubs. During the week they even had some great events. We were able to see a hot air balloon and speak to the pilot. I feel like the store prices were very reasonable. The over all cost is a lot but you get a lot for your money.

Beautiful KOA, with great views. Close to many points of interest. Nice large sites, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and great Dog parks throughout the park. Firewood and ice delivery upon request. Dan was our designated Entertaiment Embassador for the park he was great to talk to and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Definitely on the pricy side with a 20 dollar a day resort fee, but if you don't mind paying it is well worth it. Great restaurant on site with a small selection of food but made well. The bar b Que ribs were my husbands favorites. Whiskey tasting is close by and the Dew Point dive bar down the road had one of the best burger we've ever tasted.

We had the deluxe patio site. It was incredible. Super clean, very well taken care of! The on-site amenities are incredible. We had breakfast and dinner at the Cafe and it was great! Free music with the view of the mountains! Amazing! Great drinks at the bar (Air Stream)! Ice-cream and a full camp-store with everything you need! Love this place. The Best KOA I have ever stayed!
