The facility is beautiful and has many conveniences. Loved the outside patio and upper deck of our lodge. BUT the heat did not work, so it was very cold by morning and the mattresses on the bunk beds were terrible. They advertised a second bed, but it was a hide a bed which took up all the space and made it impossible to get to the bathroom.

Stayed in a basic cabin. Good bathrooms. Felt like glamping with the restaurant, entertainment and activities. Grounds were immaculate. Close proximity to park. One suggestion: since there are bears in the area, have bear proof garbage bins.

It was great! Nice and quiet and the amenities were so great. The only feedback we had would be to clean the showers more, they were often kind of gross and dirty! Would come back again! Close the glacier which was so convenient!

Amazing activities. Took our Grandson for his first overnight camping trip with us in our RV (lives locally) - he so enjoyed the Axe throwing game, Scoops, the craft activity, the playground. Looking forward to our next visit to Kalispell so that we can stay here again in the future.

Best campground ever! One caveat, though. The shower houses were not up to the standards of the rest of the place. They were not that clean. Not that well kept up. Some showers had a place to sit, some did not. Even the handicapped facilities were in need of some repairs and cleaning. Disappointing since everything else is so fantastic.

This KOA is truly a resort with a lot of amenities. Nice, friendly staff were always nearby. Everything was clean and well maintained with fast Wi-Fi.

Been coming here for over 20 years. It's a great resort with a lot of amenities. Be prepared because the laundry machines and the ice cream vendor require debit or credit cards. Lots of activities offered. My only complaint is that check-in is 3pm, so you're paying for a full day/overnight, but you miss out on a good portion of your first day there. Still the BEST KOA I've ever stayed at.

The campground is great, our spot was a little tight because of a tree that should probably be cut down but it was a good experience overall. My only suggestion would be a hot tub in the family pool area so parents can be in the hot tub and watch their kids in the pool. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. It was unusual to not have an escort to our spot upon arrival like the other KOAs

The cabin was fantastic, the staff was friendly and responsive. The food at the Lazy Bear Cafe was excellent. This was the best camp ground I’ve ever been to!

Loved the place. Wow so many amenities and daily functions. Live music was fabulous. My only minor gripe was dust from the gravel roads. Overall 5 star place.

Best KOA we are ever stayed at. Beautiful area to relax, listen to music, grab a drink or dinner and top it off with ice cream. We didn’t get a chance to use the pools, hit tubs or saunas but those a definitely a plus and would allow time to do that next time. Beautiful clean shower rooms and bathrooms, if you aren’t a camper they have the little cabins to stay on and those looked nice.

Your staff was very accommodating in making changes. We shifted from a group tent site to a primitive cabin, which your multi-day discount make it affordable for us. We were particularly pleased by the lack of sound from the adjacent RV's. Your Ambassadors were particularly help as the key did not fit and the store was closed. That is a great support service

We booked this resort for the hot tub after a long day of driving. The website stated it closed at 10:00. The sign at the bottom stated it closed at 10:00. At 9:15 after we had been in for only 15 minutes they said it closed at 9:00. The sign right above our heads said 10:00. Website said 10:00. I wouldn’t have paid 100$ extra for this place if I had known it was 9:00.

We've stayed at dozens of KOAs, and this was BY FAR the best one! The campground is nestled in the mountains just a short bike ride away from the West Glacier entrance to Glacier National Park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Shelia. The on-site cafe, weekend entertainment, bar, pools, and well-manicured grounds make this the perfect spot for a family vacation.

From the moment we arrived we received a warm and informative welcome to every interaction we had with staff: wait staff, grounds keeper, front office, etc. The property and camping spots are beautiful and kept up so well. We loved the offerings at the store, Bear Garden, Lazy Bear, and food trucks. The nightly music was a perfect way to end the day. Everything was perfect! THANK YOU �ϋ�

Everyone’s assistance was great. Cabin clean, beds comfortable, we didn’t use upstairs. Not easy for these 3 seniors. Motion sensor lights on the floors for nighttime would be nice. Stairs too. Thank you for all the kindness. I found my telephone. In my car back in Helena. &))@$)., credit card has not been used but I canceled it anyway. My guess, I will find it. Thank you for everythin

It truly lives up to all the good reviews. The scenery was amazing. The entire park is so clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a different food truck each night we stayed. The bathrooms are very clean and well lit. I really don’t have a single complaint about this place. ��� �� ��

This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced. I can't say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. Check-in was so simple and easy, the cabin was clean, had everything we needed stocked, plenty of room even in a small cabin, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and supplies. The staff was exceptional not only in the interactions with us, but in watching how they interact with other guest. You will not be disappointed. The location of this campground compared to the park is second to none. You can easily be in the park in 5 minutes. It's so quiet and peaceful but has plenty to do. You have to try the Lazy Bear Cafe and the Ice Cream shop. Between the Ribeye steak and the Huckleberry Ice cream, it will be hard to ever beat it. The prices and menu at the Lazy Bear were very reasonable and the food was out of this world. Felt like we were at a top tier restaurant. I cannot say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. If you are considering it, go ahead and book your vacation there and stay a few extra days. There is so much to do and you will not be disappointed!

The place says it all a 10 in rating is not good enough. They gave us a gift bag and very kind and friendly the cabins both comfort and sky cabins are very nice, and the grounds are beautiful they have a store and everything you need the rest rooms were clean I have to say Steve and Shelia were great people working here. highly recommend this place don't hesitate, BOOK IT.....
