Everything about this KOA is top notch. I met several members of the staff from the people working in the store to the waitresses at the restaurant and also some of the cleanup crew. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also thought it was great that so many kids at the resort could get together and play baseball and other sports and have a great time!

Excellent campground. However, a bit pricey and I do not agree with charging an additional resort fee. That needs to be included in the nightly rate so as not attached at the end of the transaction.

AWESOME! Our family has stayed at a handful of KOA's but West Glacier KOA just moved to the top of the list! The fantastic customer service with a sense of urgency, the beautiful grounds, music in the park with a nice bar, 2 pools (adult & kids) as well as the onsite Lazy Bear restaraunt. We can't wait to come back as our family had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

I had originally booked my stay for more than one night it should have been for 3 nights The young lady who took my original reservation over the phone didn't do it correctly mode that you send me any emails at all when I got to the site the manager I assume was able to accommodate me to two nights in one location the third night I had to move to another location so that was a little bit of a has

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad we could accommodate your full three night stay, even though it required moving sites for the final night. Our records show the reservation details were confirmed during booking and by email. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back.

The wifi was very slow and one night while I was taking a shower a boy came in and was cleaning in there. I did not let my teenage daughter take a shower without being in there with her after that. The atmosphere was fun, the kid activities were great, and the staff in the main office were all absolutely fantastic and kind.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I really wish they had more than one bathroom at the family pool. They should remove the shower from the one bathroom at the family pool. Someone took a shower in there and a line of children had to wait over 15 minutes to use the bathroom. Otherwise great visit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your visit and appreciate your suggestion regarding the family pool restroom. Guest feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving the experience for everyone.

The kids liked the pool and the ice cream. The tent sites are way too close together for any privacy. The gentlemen next to us were sleeping off their hangovers at 8:00am (long after quiet hours), despite their late night drinking and disrupting OUR evening sleep. Our young children (7, 6, and 4) got yelled at for this, which I did not appreciate. Five feet between campsites it not enough.

Very clean! Camp staff was very friendly, quick to respond to requests and needs, amenities were amazing. 65 people were in attendance for our reunion, most staying at the KOA . Perfect location to visit Glascier National Park. .

This was one of the best stays I have ever experienced. I can't say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. Check-in was so simple and easy, the cabin was clean, had everything we needed stocked, plenty of room even in a small cabin, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and supplies. The staff was exceptional not only in the interactions with us, but in watching how they interact with other guest. You will not be disappointed. The location of this campground compared to the park is second to none. You can easily be in the park in 5 minutes. It's so quiet and peaceful but has plenty to do. You have to try the Lazy Bear Cafe and the Ice Cream shop. Between the Ribeye steak and the Huckleberry Ice cream, it will be hard to ever beat it. The prices and menu at the Lazy Bear were very reasonable and the food was out of this world. Felt like we were at a top tier restaurant. I cannot say enough great things about the West Glacier KOA. If you are considering it, go ahead and book your vacation there and stay a few extra days. There is so much to do and you will not be disappointed!
