I wasn't very happy about the laundry payment system being broken and having to instead use the PayRange app. PayRange is a rip-off because you can't fund it with the exact amount that you need. PayRange now has a couple of extra dollars from me that I'll never use and they get to keep. Multiply that by thousands of users and the company is probably getting very rich off of investing the money.

The place was amazing. The local artists each evening, the bear stream and the donut trailer…what?!?! Above all was the staff…in particular Amy and John. So accommodating and kind. Will definitely recommend and visit again!

We were very happy with the grounds, the service and the location. The only thing we felt needed some improvement was the WIFI, it was very spotty.

WE HAD SUCH A GREAT STAY AT THE WEST GLACIER KOA. STAFF WERE ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND HAPPY. THE OFFICE HAS ALL THE ESSENTIALS YOU NEED FOR ANY LAST-MINUTE NEED. THE VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR! MY KIDS LOVED ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES AND THE PLAYGROUND AND MADE AWESOME FRIENDS ! WE WILL BE COMING BACK FOR ANOTHER STAY!

It was so loud and there was no clear enforcement. I would tell people if you want to come to a place for partying this is the place. If you want to bring your family chose somewhere else. There was an extremely loud DJ just at the edge of the campground and then all the people that were at that event came loudly and drunk through the campground.

Had a wonderful stay, didn't get to do much but sleep there, but when I have a chance to come back to Glacier, KOA would be my choice to stay. I'll try to bring more taffy/blueberries/snacks again too for you. ^_^

Best KOA we have stayed at. The service and facilities were both exceptional. The cook you have on the grill knows his craft very well. We had dinner at the café and the ribeye was flawless. One of the best grilled steaks that I have had. This facility is amazing. Keep up the good work.

We had an incredible time at the KOA! We stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins and it was perfect. We loved the live music and family activities that were offered. It was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly!

Well maintained. Magnificent flowers. Convenient to Glacier National Park west entrance. One of the best campgrounds in the nation. Only suggestion is please trim tree branches which make accessing or departing sites unnecessarily difficult.

Beautiful place with many facilities. The one concern was it wasn't deep cleaned. Our cabin needed swept and the thick mattress needed wiped. The restrooms has clean sinks and toilets. The shower antibacterial mats had hair and dirt under them. The worker shock her head no when asked if they mop as there were dirt streaks on the floor, dirty shower floors and no mop was seen.

Super friendly staff, everything felt clean and well-maintained. Loved that there was lots to do - pool, live music, playground for the kids. Great location too! It would be nice if the kid activities didn’t have an additional cost or if the cost was advertised better - we were surprised by the $25 charge for walking sticks and wouldn’t have made a point to be there for that, had we known.

Beautiful resort. The flowers and amenities are first rate. The site are wonderfully grassy. I had a great time at the pool and hot tub.

We truly loved the West Glacier KOA and recommend to any going to Glacier NP. It's like 8 minutes from the gate. Everything in this campground was spot on. Ice and wood delivery, great ribs at the cafe, super friendly and helpful staff, live music every night. It was a great place to relax after a long day exploring Glacier.

Our 30 day stay at this KOA resort was the most BEAUTIFUL, well manicured KOA we’ve ever stayed at! The adult pool, hot tub & saunas were so nice to have available! The kids pool was great too! The nightly activities & music were great for all ages! So much to keep you busy in the evenings. The gift store was well stocked. The staff was very friendly & always accommodating!! Love WEST Glacier!

Such a wonderful place to call home while we explored glacier national park. Loved the landscaping which made us want to sit and enjoy. 2 pools. We ate dinner at lazy bear cafe almost every night and decided their ribs are the best we’ve had. I hope they start selling their bbq sauce �. Friendly service to top it off. A five star overall experience thank you!

We had to wait outside of the office for almost half a hour as there was no one there at check-in. The grounds are not as well kept as in the past. We were very disappointed when we are spending over $100 per night. Also, the floor in the laundry room looked like it hadn’t been swept in a few days. Not our usual KOA experience.��

We have stayed at numerous KOA’s and -WOW - We are working on plans to return very soon. We live in Seattle. The grounds are beautiful & the Bear Garden & music every evening was great. The restaurant has great service and staff.

Beautiful property, attentive staff, we enjoyed our three nights. The showers are very tiny, though, with no place to put personal stuff. I wish they were bigger.

It’s a destination vacation in itself. We are content to never leave the campground. It’s so beautiful with all the flowers and manicured to nice. Love the trails, dog park, live music, ice cream shack. We come every year…….some years even twice!! Happy the cabins have fans in them. AAA+++ �ϋ�

We come here every couple of years! This year we tried the new sky-deck tiny homes. Beautiful but sparse furnishings (not cabin-y), could use better TP, softer towels (ouch!), and a hairdryer. And for the price, a bundle of comp wood would be nice. There are still kids in the adult pool and spa, and neighbors screaming after quiet hours, but we still like it here best… the staff are outstanding!

What an amazing Koa!!! Everything looked so well maintained with flowers and beautiful sides. Nice entertainment for the kids (beautiful playground and pool) and the foodtrucks, beer cafe and bar were such a nice addition. We loved it!

This koa is really close to the entrance of Glacier. This koa has a lot to offer while we were there we were able to eat dinner at restaurant. Get lots of ice cream. Swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tubs. During the week they even had some great events. We were able to see a hot air balloon and speak to the pilot. I feel like the store prices were very reasonable. The over all cost is a lot but you get a lot for your money.

Beautiful KOA, with great views. Close to many points of interest. Nice large sites, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and great Dog parks throughout the park. Firewood and ice delivery upon request. Dan was our designated Entertaiment Embassador for the park he was great to talk to and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Definitely on the pricy side with a 20 dollar a day resort fee, but if you don't mind paying it is well worth it. Great restaurant on site with a small selection of food but made well. The bar b Que ribs were my husbands favorites. Whiskey tasting is close by and the Dew Point dive bar down the road had one of the best burger we've ever tasted.

We had the deluxe patio site. It was incredible. Super clean, very well taken care of! The on-site amenities are incredible. We had breakfast and dinner at the Cafe and it was great! Free music with the view of the mountains! Amazing! Great drinks at the bar (Air Stream)! Ice-cream and a full camp-store with everything you need! Love this place. The Best KOA I have ever stayed!
