Patios are terrific! Showers clean and easy to operate. Convenient drive through for our rv. Hospital identification bans are a little much. Thank you for operating a first class family resort.

We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our choice was a trailer site with a patio and swings for the first time, although we had previously stayed another year without a patio. Sitting on the swing near the fire pit was a lovely way to end the evening. The pool was warm, the hiking trail clearly marked, and the mini golf lots of fun. In addition, we loved hearing the train whistle.

Bathrooms were very clean and showers had plenty of hot water. The office and store was also very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The site where we stayed was level and easy to pull into. There are so many things to do at the KOA, it is a very well planned and designed campground.

The indoor pool was amazing. It happened to be a cool week in August, but the indoor pool was warm and perfect for kids. The hot tub was great too. Everything was very clean. The water slide and jumping pillows were great for our 10 year old. The playground was fun as well. I also enjoyed the nature trail. An all around great campground at a great price.

Changing your check in method was very difficult. In past years you had someone at the entrance with your site number allowing you to set up and then return to check in. This year traffic was backed up out the entrance and onto the road we were 5th in line with no shoulder to pull off the road . We were almost side swiped 3 times. I would hope you change the check in progress back to the 0ld way.

Liked our site. Staff is GREAT. Very polite and helpful, We are seniors and not streaming savvy but maintenance stopped by and they helped us and then left us some firewood:) We also called when we got home because my husband lost his glasses and they were not turned into office but girl said she would leave a note with our name and number in case they turned up. Again going above and beyond.

Sent to site C38, horrible site, had to turn around and return to the office. There was not enough room to turn around, so we headed up a road right next to the site. Turns out this was a dead end maintenance road, had to back all the way down. Very difficult to do. Why was there no “Do not enter” sign at that road? Very serious lack of signage on Koa’s part. Washing machines were filthy.

Paid for patio site to have nice stay. Between being located next to the playground and golf carts constantly going by, it wasn't very relaxing. Great if you have kids, not so much if you want relax. Clean place! Nice food truck and hiking trail. Can hear racetrack and train.

Staff super helpful and wonderful!!! enjoyed mini golf and the indoor pool & the spa. We are just used to more scenic campgrounds for away from the road. also toilets consistently not flushing was a little gross.

Very nice campground with lots to do on the grounds. VERY busy with the race weekend , but they did a nice job. Indoor pool is amazing. I don’t hardly ever give a 10, so you know they did good.

It was a short stay but very nice. Prices are high and campsites are very close. But other than that, it was nice. There is lots to do especially for the kids. And the hot tub….nice!

We stayed here three nights in August 2025. There is a lot to do in and around this KOA!!! Our son enjoyed and climbing wall and we all enjoyed the pools. We enjoyed the surrounding area - finger lakes, Ithaca etc... The grounds were well-kept and clean. We utilized the food truck - the food was tasty and reasonably priced. We had no idea there was a grand prix race track nearby - very cool!

Very nice resort, plenty to do. Sites are tight and close together, otherwise I would go back. This is my third time staying here.

Overall we really enjoyed it. Our biggest complaint was the lack of shade at the sites and at the pools. Also, there was NO enforcement of the speed-we saw so many people flying through the campground. We were a little bit iffy on the size of our site vs our camper and truck. We went with what they told us would fit but it was a pretty tight squeeze.

We experienced strong sewer smell the first day and evening. Normal quiet hours were no enforced by the park. Trash bins are needed through out the park, not only at the entrance. Overall, given the cost per night I think you could do significantly better. A loose gravel site isn't the bar. Consider looking at Nashville's KOA and then Canada KOA (also bad) and decide you want to be.

no cable - still high price , that they raise up for racing fans, and did not lower cause of no cable. Too big of rocks in site , need small ones put on top , so don't keep twisting ankles.

Had a great stay. Lots to do at the campground and in the area. Staff was friendly, especially Jaymes who helped us with check in, the golf cart rental and our ice cream order in the evening!! ����

KOA Watkins Glen is a beautiful campground! The sites are spacious, staff is friendly and the amenities including the indoor/outdoor pool, jumping pillow and water slide were great! We will be back again!

Staff said we had the best spot in Watkins Glen KOA. Our patio was covered with ants,grease and dog poop by gazebo along with ketchup stuck in the table. We told them. Their fix was sprinkling pesticide in the dirt around patio. Not the ants in the patio, left poop, ketchup and grease.very disappointing. And we paid full price for that. No one followed up. No one gave a darn. Won’t go back.

We had a wonderful week at Watkins Glen KOA. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are fantastic! Our kids loved the pools and the water slide! The campground also had everything we needed (including propane refills which is very unusual for a campground)! We loved it so much we have already booked a return trip in October.

It would have been nice to know that the rebooking policies had changed for the NASCAR race weekend. It was very disappointing to lose our site. Would not come back if not for the race.

We have been visiting the Watkins Glen area for some 24 years now. Every year we visit we are aways taken by its scenery and the many things to do. The camp grounds are wonderful. We have been camping here at the Watkins Glen KOA for 16 years now and the staff is great, aways help and friendly. The camp grounds are aways being improved/updated. The sites are clean and well kept. Thank you.

Great Nascar weekend, clean and friendly staff. Not a complaint but perhaps more Nascar activation, especially with one of the teams sponsored by KOA. Maybe autograph session or merch. Be back next year

Site was the narrowest ever - with the hookups actually inside the concrete of the patio!!! And the pretend fence decorations are an obstacle to manouver medium and large rigs, with absolutely no purpose!! The bath house is old, dirty and it shows

Very dusty needed to be watered down more. Golf carts should have a set speed limit and their lights should be on. Do something with the area next to the pool. Where the water bumper cars were. We love the cement pads that were installed . Cookies were a nice touch. Check in people were super friendly and polite. Maybe trim some of the lower limbs on the trees. .

Very great camp ground. We stayed in 4 KOA cabins while road tripping and this one was by far the best one. It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness in the air. They do a good job w making you feel comfortable with a tv provided and thoughtful note & cookies

Great little KOA that offers a lot of amenities! Some sites are extremely close together, but end spots are exceptional, with stamped concrete pads, two-person swing, firepit and tables!
