Love the campground but it rained for 3 days lol. Entertainment was great though, loved the magician ! Will be back next year!!! Hopefully no rain so the pups can enjoy the trails!

What a beautiful campground. Well kept, friendly staff, immaculate facilities, and tons to do! Nearby attractions were amazing. Only comment, gym equipment is dated but functional. Thanks for a great getaway, this one exceeded our expectations!

Nice staff, clean place, would stay again. would recommend increasing the store inventory, and maybe some kind of divider fence between the sites.

Staff was great, indoor pool and hot tub where great. My only issue is that the site we were on should not be used for large campers like mine (40’). Other than that a nice campground

My site, B61 was a muddy mess. It needs a lot of gravel. The mud washes over the patio, so avoiding the mud and dirt was impossible everytime we came into the trailer. Most of the other sites were fantastic. There is a food truck to make up for no food service in the office. They ran out of chocolate ice cream! I enjoyed the indoor hot tub. It was nice during the rainy days.

Some sites are too close together. Some sites look like inexperienced drivers will have a hard time maneuvering long RVs. Dump station needs to be in a better location. Overall its a decent facility, but has the potential to be really good with some updates.

Our site was a water hole. It trained and we had water standing out our front door. Our large rug floated. Rained for 3 days. The site needs gravel brought in not gravel just where you park the camper on. If not for that it would have been good. Just had to have boots on to step out on the ground.

Only in for one night. Rv spaces were tight and generally speaking the camp needs upgrading. Bathrooms being cleaned at 9am not good timing. Staff did not know were additional showers were located on premises.

It is a very busy campground with lots of amenities and activities. Our site was just as you entered the campground so everyone went by our campsite. Also it was just big enough for our camper only. I wish we could have picked our site. Everyone was friendly.

The KOA was clean and well managed. Employees were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. One men's shower had a very loose shower head and spigot but it worked fine. The pool was very clean and enjoyable! We would definitely come back again!

The staff that checked us in was friendly and efficient in securing my signature on the "contracts" to require to stay there. (The first time I've ever had to sign any form at a KOA.) We had planned to us their food truck but were informed it was closed on Tuesday, when their website clearly shows its open on Tuesdays. The campsite was very small and on a point between two roads. Not pleasant.

Pros:Level sites, all utilities worked great, good location close to Watkins Glen and Corning. Cons:Sites were small and close together. I felt like they had stuck a campsite or cabin anywhere they had an inch of space.

Needs some TLC. Ruts in road. Mud and little gravel. Weeds in grass needs mowing. It really not worth the high rate for a “premium” site but only campground around big enough for a Class A.

We had a great time. Loved all of the amenities. The kids loved fishing at the pond, climbing the rock wall, and the water slide. The person in charge of activities was wonderful!

The sites seem to get smaller every year. There is no room. I love the campground but I feel the sites are to tight

Very nice staff. They greeted us everytime we entered the camp store. Nice clean pool area. Kind of dusty there. Everytime we went outside and brushed our pants on something we would have streaks of dirt across them. We did have heavy rain at one point and our patio got covered in thick mud. I told them about it and they were there to clean it within 15 minutes. They needed a shovel & stiff broo

Wonderful stay for our 2nd year visiting. The grandkids love this place and ask to go back. The rock wall, water slide, jump pillow and fishing are their favorites. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Super clean bathhouse. The kids love going to the studio at the Corning Museum of Glass.

Too much traffic especially golf carts speeding up and down the road. All day long kids speeding around. The sites are very small.

We always have a great time at this campground. We have been coming here for several years and always enjoy it! My only complaint is that I didn’t get my delicious chocolate chip cookies this time lol!

There were too many golf carts moving about campground, even after sunset. Some had children driving them! The campground was crowded on Friday and Saturday .

Love the big patio and swing. Love the atmosphere, love the food trailer. Only real negative is the dust. Need to pave just the roads around the park.

Great place. Friendly staff. We stayed in the back, had a great patio and had great satellite connection as well. Close to so many beautiful things. We will definitely be back.

As usual, check in was easy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Patrols at night. Quiet, comfortable place to base a Finger Lakes visit from.

I am not sure how this KOA is resort status, it was outdated and unkept. Very slow check in service, the facilities were not clean, no food available on site, very low stock in camp store, crowded sites, small area of dirt . I am glad I am getting better at finding nicer more affordable campgrounds and will use KOA on a need basis of passing through

We enjoyed our stay, and campsite. Though we were glad, that our section was pretty empty, as if it was full would have been very crowded. The showers and restrooms were some of the cleanest I have ever seen at a campground. Pools were great. Teens were disappointed to show up at the waterside at 4:45 and was told it was closed as "she was off the clock at 5:00". Seems like there was still time...

All the staff were friendly, helpful and appeared to be hardworking. Tons of amenities and extremely convenient to activities including museums in Corning, wineries and breweries all around plus the track.

Lavender has excellent customer service skills! Despite a long line, check in went smoothly and we were made to feel important. The campground was lovely though hilly and tight. Fantastic selection of activities. Our site assignment was terrible! A nightmare getting in & the map actually lists it for small RVs-sharp hill, long but extremely narrow, & Our steps landed directly in poison ivy.

Everything was great. You actually have a lot more private campsites than I was able to determine from online. Would recommend adding pictures of each campsite.

Our arrival was possibly the best check-in experience I’ve ever had anywhere! Cade was absolutely wonderful - a great ambassador for your KOA, and he got us off to a great start! We later had an issue with our RV, and by happenstance I met Moose - another great KOA ambassador! Moose was incredibly helpful and assisted us tremendously! They were great models for terrific customer service! TY!

This is a wonderful campground offering Halloween celebrations on Columbus Day weekend. Our grandchildren had a blast!!

First time at a KOA in 30 years. While I did not bring our RV, we rented a cabin. I was suprised how clean it was and the grounds around it. Rented a golf cart to check out the whole park and it is spread out. Indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus. We will definitely be back in the summer when the activities are in full swing... One more thing whoever makes the cookies that are placed in the cabin, was the best surprise
