The park is nice, lots of family activities. My issue was the laundry and a young woman there. She was not a guest but “knew the owners”. One dryer had an “out of order” sign she was using. I asked if it had been repaired “no, she said, that’s my trick” so she always had it to use. Several of us were trying to get a load done and waited over an hour to dry. Remember your guests KOA.

Great campground. Have stayed there several times. They keep making improvements. Out of town but close enough to enjoy the city or visit the wineries and breweries around Seneca Lake.

The entire campground was extremely clean and there was plenty of staff around to help. It was a very family friendly place with lots of activities for children. Definitely would go back.

We were on a corner site that flooded when it rained, there were many open sites not sure why we got the site that flooded. And you could tell that the site has flooded before. The site next to us didn’t flood and it was open the whole time we were there. The site we were on should be a last resort site

We camped three nights and we were with another party. Rachael was kind enough to give us two adjacent sites. Everyone was very friendly. The facilities are amazing!

Easy check-in, though the site I got wasn't what I expected. We were not able to leave the trailer behind us but luckily there was enough room on the side. The bathhouse was a long walk for two old people as was the snack shack. We tried to eat there but it closed early that day. The sites were also not very level.

The campground was really nice, well run, lots to do, and thoroughly enjoyable. The one issue was that many of the sewer connections were broken, probably run over, and had not been repaired making emptying difficult to say the least. This was unfortunate where everything else was perfect.

Nice campground. Nice campsites. Loved the swing. Food truck was nice if you didn't want to cook. Bathroom clean Nice pool. Close to lots of waterfalls. Will definitely be back

During our stay our camp site was directly across from the food truck and Pavillion on Saturday night 7-26-2025 there was a DJ set up in the Pavillion the music was extremely loud, I understand they are providing entertainment to all campers. The music was blasting I walked over and asked if they could turn the volume down the DJ said the office said play as loud as you want. Not what we expected.

Every inner action with staff was pleasant and friendly! Site was level and clean a very enjoyable stay! The entrance of the highway was a little tight for big rigs especially those with a toad!

My site had sewage smell not at the dump hole but around the electric box. Also some sewage smell at times away from that spot so maybe our site was near septic?

Clean and well maintained location. The bathroom was renovated and kept very clean. It had a lot of amenities that we looked at but didn’t use as we were hiking. It would be a good place for a family.

The stay and camping experience was wondering. If I had any negative complaints it would be the dust. Would be wonderful if you paved the roads. Other than this the campground is awesome. We booked for next year already.

This has been our 3rd time here. Love the slide, fishing and pool. Our site was very very tiny - we could hardly fit with our rv and no room for family and a fire. We will need to request a different one. Staff in the check in building were very friendly and helpful. Other staff we encountered (laundry room & my brother cabin) not so much. We love the area tho and we will be back.

Everything went well. Only issue was TV reception which was zero channels. The campground has an excellent wi-fi system which if you are prepared to stream to a TV you will be in good shape. Our issue was we are not equipped with smart tv's nor any type of "stick". Be prepared before you arrive. I wouldn't let the tv issue stop me from staying at this campground. Staff very attentive and friendly.

It was our first time at your KOA and we really enjoyed it. Everyone was very friendly, the cookies at check in were very nice and extremely yummy. All areas of the park were very clean, only downfall would be the lack of tables and umbrellas at the pool areas. There were only two umbrellas so no shade for most people.

From the moment we arrived until we packed up for home, we had a marvelous experience at this KOA. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! They were friendly, helpful, and professional. The grounds and facilities were well tended and the indoor pool area was spotless. (We didn't visit the outdoor pool.) Our campsite was perfect for our travel trailer. Thank you for helping to make our vacation one to remember.

Everything was good except the WiFi. It didn’t work well for us. We were there for six nights with little or no TV. I will probably look elsewhere when I return to your area.

Good: Well kept, indoor and outdoor pool, nice hardworking staff, lots to do in area, store open often, Bad: (B sec) too noisy, gravel road is noisy, concrete slabs mostly in the way, cramped, need grills on ALL fireplaces.

We had a terrible site that should not be a site. It's where all the water runs when it rains. My cement pad was covered with mud that took 2 hours to clean just to go outside my camper. Then it rained again! We had to clean it all again! We asked to move, but told we would have to pay for a more expensive site. After spending hours cleaning, I was not paying more to pack up and move.

Nice campground located pretty close to everything that Watkins Glen has to offer. Sites were clean and staff was friendly. No activities on Sunday 7/13 which was disappointing and the pool was a VERY far walk from our side of the campground plus there was zero shade at the pool. But the kids had a blast and there was plenty for them to do. Just nitpicking.

Very great camp ground. We stayed in 4 KOA cabins while road tripping and this one was by far the best one. It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness in the air. They do a good job w making you feel comfortable with a tv provided and thoughtful note & cookies

Great little KOA that offers a lot of amenities! Some sites are extremely close together, but end spots are exceptional, with stamped concrete pads, two-person swing, firepit and tables!
