The staff was very friendly and attentive. I wish that your website mentioned that movies, truck ride were only on the weekends. My granddaughter was very disappointed.

Everything was great, do wish there was a code on the cabin door instead of key card. The cabins are quite close together as are all of the sites but a nice place for a large multi family and friends gathering.

Starting with a nice clean cabin with a/c and equiped with the essentials needed to be comfortable only thing you need is towels pillows and blankets everything else is in it, even wine glass.They very personalize with the guest receiving you with a thank you note and fresh baked cookies.Everything in the camp ground is clean and they take a good care of it.Thank You I see you soon guys!!

The showers have a serious problem with water going out onto the floor and, literally, soaking the carpet. This happens because the shower curtain is about an inch or 2 too high and cannot stop water from leaving shower. I stayed in 2 different cabins and this was present in both cabins, so I can only assume it is in all cabins with showers. First cabin literally had a puddle in the bathroom.

I don't spend a lot of time at the camp. Primarily cause of it being Nascar weekend, but for the time I am there, I enjoy seeing the same people year after year. That includes friends, family, other campers, and staff. After a long day at WGI, I enjoy relaxing in the indoor pool, and Sienna up at the KOA store, is always very pleasant and ready to greet you with a smile.

Wasn’t pleased with checking. I made the mistake of showing up a hour early and still wasn’t allowed into my cabin until 3. Bring back site pickup for garbage.

Hot water was unreliable in the cabin K7. We called twice and maintenance was quick to arrive but it still wasn’t reliable. There needs to be shelves installed on either side of the bed and near the sink. This cabin is ok size for 2 adults and a small child. We had 3 adults and it was crowded. The campground itself was well maintained and we enjoyed the water slide and pool.

We had a great stay and enjoy this KOA, however the kids love activities and they were not offered as we stayed Sunday-Tuesday. I think activities should be offered during the week as well. It would bring more families there during the week.

Lots of activities and off the property. The front desk was great on check in. Workers in house keeping were a cordial but not very friendly. When we needed something they said they would return but never did.

This was our 8th year staying . It was the shortest of our trips. We had a wonderful stay as always. The activities planned were a great upgrade . I think dropping the cable tv and upgrading WiFi was a great decision.

This is our second time staying and was just as impressed as the first. Cabins were clean, site was great and there are many activities. Staff is also friendly. Only recommendation - more frequent cleaning of Activity Center bathrooms during busy times and water pressure isn’t great in there. Showers were clean, water pressure was good in shower and water stayed at desired temperature.

Very quiet camping- which is what I needed. Grandkids enjoyed bike riding around- rentals would’ve been nice. Pools were great except changing area had rugs and couldn’t use room with them in place due to blocking door. Staff happy- overall. Cabin had water bugs and air did not cool cabin enough as we had pm sun. Thanks for a great time

I like that they offer big sites. Me and my family enjoyed ganging out at each other’s sites. We also enjoyed the inside pool it gave shade on the hot days.

With 2 large pools, 1 outdoor and 1 indoor with outdoor sunbathing, you'll always have something to do in the Summer. The Deluxe Cabins have a comfortable bed, and ok kitchen but could use a few grill utensils. The strong, pine cleaner aroma needs to be toned down a bit and the AC filter doesn't seem to be on the weekly maintenance list, which may have caused our unit to ice up and stop working.

We have never stayed at a KOA before and the amenities were so nice! Everything was clean, it was safe for our son to ride his bike around, and there was plenty of shade. The pools were clean and the playgrounds were fun. My only complaint is the mattress in our cabin. If that’s the worst thing, I’ll just bring an air mattress next time! Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed it. It is a nice place and, we would stay there again. A few suggestions for the small camping cabin. We felt it could use a few hooks or have small shelf to put clothing, personal items. Additionally the light seemed a bit weak. An additional lamp would be great. Thanks!

We have small children so the convenience of where the bathrooms are located are so important and they were very close to our cabin. Always very clean, lots to do and staff was so friendly! I’m 6 hours away but I’d definitely come again!

The only problem we had was the woman next to us would rarely leash her dog and kept coming over to sniff my dog. We love KOA and wish youd let dogs into the nicer cabins that have bathrooms.

The campground was clean and peaceful. The only issues I had was the lack of campers sinks so people that stay in tents/cabins have a place to wash dishes and pots and pans. One in the middle of the campground just doesn't cut it. The times for bathroom cleanings need to be adjusted. In the morning I go to take a shower and the bathrooms were closed. The best time to do that is between 12-2.

The staff was always polite kind and helpful! The grounds were always clean!! The bathrooms throughout the entire campground were sparkling and stocked. The grounds overall were very nice and well maintained. We tried both pools and loved them both! Our cabin was small, yet clean and met our needs.

First time camper so we booked a deluxe cabin. It was clean and quiet and not uncomfortable. I liked that the porch faced the woods. The nature trail was lovely and the kids loved the jumping pillow and the pools. Now I want to find other KOAs!!

There were so many fun activities to choose from, you could never get bored. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Great place!

The 2 room cabin was perfect for our stay! We had 5 people and 3 dogs so we thought it might be a little crowded but it ended up being great! The dog park was very nice and the campgrounds were very quiet. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were only okay. The toilets did not flush on the first or sometimes even the second time. Other than that I loved the KOA!

Great little KOA that offers a lot of amenities! Some sites are extremely close together, but end spots are exceptional, with stamped concrete pads, two-person swing, firepit and tables!
