Loved this campground and the staff! My only suggestion would be to put a little bit thicker mattress on the twin bunk beds.

The slide is amazing - amenities are great! We were extending our stay, and the staff wasn't super accommodating, not letting us check in early. They didn't really seem interested in being helpful - which shouldn't be the case if people are having to site hop to stay longer! The TV also did not work in the second cabin we rented. One of the slide staff was very difficult to understand and rude.

The cabin was nice - the facilities were well kept. Some staff was just not very friendly or helpful. One of the employees who worked the slide spoke so softly and unintelligibly that I couldn't understand her, and then when the kids didn't follow the direction she never explained she told them they couldn't go on the slide for 30 minutes, not even so much as a warning. Signage needs to be clearer

Our stay was really nice overall. The young man who checked us in was very professional and friendly. The deluxe cabin was more spacious than expected. We did not get to try all of the activities because it rained for what felt like the majority of our stay. The owners put a lot of thought into the setup of the campground, and I loved that it was walkable.

It was a nice experience. The grounds were kept clean and peaceful. The amount of things to do was impressive for a campground. Considering the number of people on the site, I was shocked at how available the shower facilities were, even at peak morning time. My only detractions were the tight fit of the showers and the number of activities available only between 12 and 5, less than ideal.

We enjoyed our accommodations in the camping cabin and the many activities! One thing that I wish we had known sooner was how many of the activities we would have to have one of us stand outside with our dog for and that we couldn’t leave her in the cabin. I understand and agree with the rule however I wish that was communicated ahead of time like prior to booking and especially before check in.

We loved everything there, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and spacious, the mattress was the only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable but other than that we loved it. And the cookies that were left in the cabin at check in were great!! The bathrooms and showers were very clean and bright.

My family really loves staying at the KOA in Watkins. It's safe, fun, engaging, convenient, and clean. Even on a rainy day there is so much to do. One of our favorite activities is swimming, and we love that your pools are not chlorinated! This is a game changer for those who have not felt the difference.

This was our second year booking at watkins glen koa and we absolutely love it! The cabins are so clean and cute. The pool area is so clean and the bathrooms are always pristine. The staff is super warm and welcoming. I love this koa and we look forward to booking again next year!

We were greeted by warm and friendly staff at check-in. Also, Shane had tons of helpful insights that helped us plan our day trips. The cabin was clean and comfortable with a welcome note and cookies! The live music in the evening was a nice surprise too. Our kids loved all of the on-site activities. We had a wonderful experience!

The camp ground is very nice , clean Staff was nice. ONLY COMPLAINT we arrived early at the camp ground and were not able to check in until exactly 3 pm. We came from 7 hours away so we arrived 5 hours early and were told we have to wait to check in. Even went in at 2:50 and were told no had to wait until 3. We have never had this problem before. I would have even paid extra if I could .

Check in and check out were seamless. We stayed in a cabin which was very clean and cozy! Loved the swing on the covered deck and the amount of room around the cabin site. There were many activities around the KOA to participate in and keep the kids busy!

We only stayed 1 night but the employees at check in were very nice. The cabin was very nice with everything we would need plus some delicious cookies left on the table as a welcome. We would definitely stay again and maybe a little longer to experience the resort a little more. We mainly just needed a place for 5 to sleep for the night.

Our stay was excellent. Loved the indoor pool and spa. I do wish the cabins weren’t right on top of each other for a little more privacy but other than that it was great. Cabins were clean and well maintained. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Definitely will be back.

It was great love it! Everything was clean and everyone was very kind. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the fire wood that was sold to us was very wet and we were unable to light it even with a fire start.

Usually "no linens provided" refers to sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and in some cases, towels and washcloths for the bath. However, our cabin also did not include pillows on the bed. Had we known, we could have packed them as well. I would suggest making that clearer under Amenities for your cabins.

we were checked in by a very friendly person at the front desk. We get to our cabin. It’s extremely clean and cookies were left for us. Thanking us for staying personally written. We went into the bathroom so really clean. Everything was really clean and it seems like there was a lot to do there. Everyone we ran into horse friendly and always took their time to say hi.

Our cabin was clean and the bed is So comfortable! We love it there. There is so much to do and very close to Watkins Glen to go hiking. This was our 3rd trip to this KOA in the same cabin. We will be back next year and bringing more extended family!

I rented two cabins for me and family members. We enjoyed our cabins, decks and patios. We had campfires and BBQs. The young children enjoyed the playground and mini golf. The one thing that surprised me was that you didn’t have recycling. .

Overall everything was great. I wish some of the features were open a little later (with check in at 3 it didn’t leave us much time to unpack and explore). The cabin was beautiful. The only issues we had there was the main bedroom (and lower cabinets in kitchen) had a terrible musty smell and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Deluxe cabin had no place to put clothing. There were a few hooks in the large bedroom over the bed-not in convenient locations. A hook over the fire extinguisher is not a good location. And umbrellas on the tables by the pool are needed. There was only one umbrella that was ripped and essentially useless. We expect more for the money we paid for this KOA.

This is a wonderful campground offering Halloween celebrations on Columbus Day weekend. Our grandchildren had a blast!!

First time at a KOA in 30 years. While I did not bring our RV, we rented a cabin. I was suprised how clean it was and the grounds around it. Rented a golf cart to check out the whole park and it is spread out. Indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus. We will definitely be back in the summer when the activities are in full swing... One more thing whoever makes the cookies that are placed in the cabin, was the best surprise
